        후천적 뇌손상환자에게 적용된 몰입형 가상현실재활에 대한 체계적 고찰: 해외투고논문 중심으로

        This study was conducted to learn about the research trends of immersive virtual reality rehabilitation training as it applies to acquired brain-damaged patients. This systematic review was based on overseas investment papers, and will hopefully provide basic data and evidence data for future research on arbitration programs. For analysis, the research focused on overseas research published from 2009 to 2019. Foreign databases Pubmed, CINAHL, and OTseeker were used to search for papers. The main search terms employed used a suitable combination of words such as “Imperial virtual reality”, “Rehabilitation”, “Acquired brain injury”, “Stroke”, and “Traumatic brain injury”. A total of nine studies were selected as a result of the research analysis. Seven of those studies targeted stroke patients and utilized an Oculus Rift as it’s immersive virtual reality device. The arbitration period was mostly for four weeks, with an average intervention being 24 sessions. In most cases of mediation, the patients showed significant improvement in performance of both motor control and activities of daily living. Based on the research results showing the positive effects of rehabilitation training employing immersive virtual reality technology its application should be considered at rehabilitation sites in Korea. However, since there is still a lack of cases and studies that utilize immersive virtual reality at rehabilitation sites in Korea, future research will be require to be performed to discover it’s full usefulness.

        몰입형 가상현실콘텐츠를 이용한 인지재활이 경도인지장애 노인의 인지기능과 시지각에 미치는 영향

        Mild cognitive impairment is a transitional cognitive stage that appears between normal aging and early Alzheimer’s disease. Cognitive functions other than memory are normal and there is no difficulty in daily life, but management is needed to delay the transition to dementia. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of cognitive rehabilitation using immersive virtual reality on the cognitive function and visual perception of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment and to compare them with traditional cognitive rehabilitation. In this study, a total of 64 elderly people aged 65 and over who visited 4 rehabilitation hospitals and dementia safety centers located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk were selected. As a result of the study, cognitive function showed a significant improvement in the experimental group, and visual perception function showed a significant improvement in both the experimental group and the control group. Cognitive rehabilitation using immersive virtual reality can present another strategy for improving the cognitive function and visual perception of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment.

        ICT기술을 활용한 시지각훈련이 치매 및 경도인지장애노인의 시지각 및 인지기능에 미치는 효과

        연구목적 : 본 연구는 치매 및 경도인지장애 노인을 대상으로 ICT기술을 활용한 시지각훈련 도구개발 및 적용을 통해 시지각 및 인지기능에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 대구에 위치한 D주간보호센터와 H노인복지관에 내원하는 치매 또는 경도인지장애 24명을 선정하여 무작위로 실험군 및 대조군으로 선정 후 실험군은 ICT시지각훈련을 5주간 주 3회, 1회 30분간 총 15회기가 실시 되었고, 대조군은 전통적인 시지각훈련을 5주간 주 3회 1회 30분간 총 15회 실시하였다. 중재 후 MVPT-3와 LOTCA를 통해 시지각과 인지기능의 변화를 비교 하였다. 연구결과 : 중재 후 시지각 기능에서 실험군과 대조군에서 유의한 변화를 나타냈고, 인지기능에서는 실험군에서만 유의한 결과를 나타냈다. 결론 : ICT기술을 활용한 시지각 훈련은 경도인지장애 및 치매 환자의 시지각 기능과 인지기능에 효과적이라는 것을 확인하였고, 시지각 기능과 인지기능 향상을 위해 새롭게 활용될 수 있는 중재 방법이 될 수 있을 것이다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect on visual perception and cognitive function through the development and application of visual perception training tools using ICT technology for the elderly with dementia and mild cognitive impairment. Methods : In this study, 24 people with dementia or mild cognitive impairment visited the D Day Care Center and H Senior Welfare Center in Daegu were randomly selected as experimental groups and control groups, followed by ICT visual training three times a week for 30 minutes. After intervention, changes in visual perception and cognitive function were compared through MVPT-3 and LOTCA. Results : After intervention, there was a significant change in the experimental group and the control group in the visual perception function, and only the experimental group showed significant results in the cognitive function. Conclusion : It has been confirmed that visual perception training using ICT technology is effective in visual perception and cognitive functions of patients with mild cognitive impairment and dementia, and it can be an intervention method that can be newly used to improve visual perception and cognitive functions.

        모션인식기반 몰입형 가상현실 콘텐츠를 이용한 신체재활 프로그램이 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 및 손기능과 일상생활활동에 미치는 영향

        목적 : 본 연구는 모션인식기반 가상현실 콘텐츠를 이용한 신체재활 프로그램이 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 및 손기능과 일상생활활동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구에서는 대구⋅경북에 위치한 재활병원 2곳에 내원한 뇌졸중 환자 18명을 대상으로 단일 집단 사전⋅사후 설계를 사용하였다. 모션인식 기반 몰입형 가상현실 신체재활 프로그램을 8주간 주 3회, 1회 30분을 전통적인 작업치료와 병행하여 각각 실시하였다. 중재 후 상지 및 손기능의 변화를 알아보기 위해 뇌졸중 상지기능 검사(Manual Function Test), 상자와 나무토막 검사(Box & Block test), 젭슨-테일러 손기능 검사(Jebson-Taylor Handfunction test), 퍼듀 페그보드검사(Purdue pegboard test)로 측정하였고, 일상생활활동수행의 변화를 알아보기 위해 수정 바델 지수(Modified Barthel Index)로 측정하였다. 연구결과 : 연구의 결과를 보면, 첫째, 대상자들의 상지 및 손기능에 유의미한 변화를 나타냈으나 손가락 미세근육 기민성에는 유의미한 변화가 없었다. 둘째, 대상자들의 일상생활활동 수행에서 유의미한 변화가 없었다. 결론 : 모션인식 기반 몰입형 가상현실콘텐츠를 이용한 신체재활 프로그램이 뇌졸중환자의 상지 및 손기능에 효과적이라는 것을 확인하였고, 가상현실콘텐츠 프로그램은 전통적인 작업치료와 함께 임상에서 새롭게 활용될 수 있는 중재 방법이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Objective : This study aims to examine the effect of physical rehabilitation programs using motion recognition based virtual reality contents on upper extremity and hand functions and activities of daily living of Stoke patients. Methods : In this study, a sing group formed as pre and post design was used for 18 Stroke patients who visited two rehabilitation hospitals in Daegu and North Gyeongsang province. Motion recognition based immersive virtual reality physical rehabilitation program was conducted three times a week for eight weeks and 30 minutes per week in parallel with traditional work therapy.. To identify changes in post intervention of upper extremity and hand function, we measured with a Manual function t es t, a B ox & block t es t, a J ebson-Taylor hand f unction t es t, a nd a Purdue p egboard test. It was also measured with the Modified Barthel Index to identify changes in the performance of Activities of daily living. Results : The results of the study are as follows. First, there were significant changes in the upper extremity and hand functions of the subjects, but there were no significant changes in finger fine motor dexterity. Second, there were no significant changes in the performance of activities of daily living. Conclusion : It was confirmed that the physical rehabilitation program using motion recognition-based immersive virtual reality content is effective for upper limb and hand function in stroke patients. In addition, through the results of this study, physical rehabilitation programs using motion- aware, immersive virtual reality content can be newly utilized in clinical practice along with traditional Occupational therapy.

        In this paper, in order to develop low temperature sintering $PbTiO_3$-system piezoelectric ceramics for thickness-vibration-mode piezoelectric transformer, $Pb_{0.76}Ca_{0.24}[(Mn_{1/3}Sb_{2/3})_{0.04}Ti_{0.96}]O_3$ ceramics using $0.25\;wt\%\;CaCO_3$ and $0.2\;wt\%\;Li_{2}CO_3$ as sintering aids were manufactured according to the variation of poling field. The specimens could be sintered at $930\;^{\circ}C$. The piezoelectric properties were investigated according to the poling field. The maximum properties showed at the field of 6.5 kV/mm, which had kt of 0.49, Qmt of 1816, and $d_{33}$ of 81.4 pC/N.

        저온소결 (Pb,Ca,Sr,)(Ti,Mn,Sb)O<sub>3</sub> 세라믹스를 이용한 두께진동모드 적층 압전 변압기의 전기적 특성

        In this study, a low temperature sintering multilayer piezoelectric transformer for a DC-DC converter was manufactured using $(Pb,Ca,Sr,)(Ti,Mn,Sb)O_3$ ceramics. Its electrical properties were investigated according to the variation in frequency and load resistance. The voltage step-up ratio of the multilayer piezoelectric transformer showed a maximum value at a resonant frequency of input part and increased with an increase of load resistance. The efficiency of the multilayer piezoelectric transformer showed the highest value at a load resistance of 17 $\Omega$. The output power was increased with increasing input voltage. Temperature increase of the multilayer piezoelectric transformer was increased with the increase of output power. At the load resistance of 17 $\Omega$, the multilayer piezoelectric transformer showed the temperature rises of about $20^{\circ}C$ at the output power of 18 W, and stable driving characteristics.

        N/A Ascaris lumbricoides infection is usually asymptomatic, but when invasion of the ascaris to the human biliary tract is a prominent medical and surgical problems. Here we have two case reports of common bile duct ascariasis, which clinical manifestations were different each other, one is acute pancreatitis form and the other is acute cholangitis form. The management of biliary obstruction caused by ascaris lumbricoides has usually been surgical, but this report describes the endoscopic removal of the ascaris located in the common bile duct.

        There are several stage in corporate's life cycle such as foundation, growth, maturity or bankruptcy. A bankruptcy is very important for corporate in the life cycle. Especially, venture business' life cycle is short compare to other type of corporate. A lot of venture businesses have emerged and bankrupted soon in the market. Venture businesses' survival or bankruptcy have been influenced by not only external environment like the rate of exchange, oil price, and foreign exchange crisis but also internal environment such as efficiency, process, human resources, finance and CEO. In this paper, we attempt to examine financial factors and efficiency that influence on the venture businesses' survival and bankruptcy. The more venture businesses have high efficiency score, the more they have high probability of survival.

        남성 정장 상의원형 설계에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to develop men's formal jacket pattern for the Korean males of age 25 to 34 age with an average physique. Through the survey on seven industries of the ready-made men's wear, we investigated size systems and jacket patterns presently practiced. From the fitting test of four patterns (three for ready-made jacket patterns, one for educational pattern) the most favorable and comfortable pattern was selected. New experimented jacket pattern was based on it. The findings were as followed : 1) Survey of the domestic ready-made garment industries showed that each company classified its own manufactured goods according to its own size systems. 2) Anthropometric measurments of forty males for the subjects of fitting test were agreed to the survey of National Anthropometric of Korean(1997). These were also compatible to the standard size (100-88-175) of investigated industries. 3) Experimental jacket pattern was completed through the three times rectification and it gained higher ratings.
