Chinese learners have much difficulty in using adnominal embedded sentences due to differences between Korean, the agglutinative language, and Chinese, the isolating language. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest an efficient educational method to make Chinese learners use Korean adnominal embedded sentences exactly and skillfully through their teaching․learning model. For this, the study explained educational types of adnominal embedded sentences and contrasted construction methods of each type and syntactic and semantic common points and differences. Accordingly, the results that contrasted and analyzed Chinese adnominal clauses which correspond to Korean adnominal embedded sentences are as follows: The construction method of Korean embedded sentences are 'An adnominal clause ending + a modificand noun', while the construction method of Chinese adnominal clause sentences is 'a modifier + 的 + a modificand noun'. And Korean adnominal clause markers are adnominal endings, while Chinese adnominal clause markers are ‘的’. Korean tense markers of adnominal embedded sentences are endings, while Chinese tense markers of adnominal clauses are adverbs. Based on these contrastive results, error types and their causes including errors of adnominal clauses, errors of lack of modificand nouns, errors of responses to subjects, errors of the mix and use of the sentence elements, and 'ida', the predicate, and errors of the mix and use of appositive adnominal embedded sentences were analyzed by doing aspects of using adnominal embedded sentences shown in composition of Chinese learners. Therefore, based on the analyses on Korean textbooks, the study suggested an efficient educational method for Chinese learners by developing edducational contents by phase which applied error causes including native language interference and a WCS teaching․learning model that utilized edifying approaches. 유경옥․박덕유, 2018. 한국어 관형절 내포문 교육 연구, 어문연구, 180 : 453~492 본고는 한국어 冠形節 內包文 교수․학습 모형을 통해 중국인 학습자들이 정확하고 능숙하게 사용할 수 있도록 효율적인 교육 방안을 제안하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이에 한국어 관형절 내포문의 교육 유형을 밝히고 각 유형의 구성 방식, 통사적, 의미적인 공통점과 차이점을 대조하였다. 분석한 결과 한국어 內包文의 構成 方式은 ‘관형절 어미+피수식명사’인 반면에 중국어의 명사수식절 문장의 구성 방식은 ‘수식어+的+피수식명사’이다. 또한 한국어의 관형절 표지는 관형사형 어미인 반면에 중국어의 명사수식절 표지는 ‘的’이며, 한국어 관형절 내포문의 시제 표지는 어미인 반면에 중국어 명사수식절의 시제 표지는 부사이다. 이러한 대조를 바탕으로 중국인 학습자의 작문에 나타난 冠形節 內包文의 사용 양상을 분석하여 관형절 어미에 관한 오류, 피수식명사 결여의 오류, 문장 성분인 주어와 ‘이다’ 서술어의 대응 오류, 그리고 同格冠形節 내포문 혼용의 오류 등의 유형과 그 원인을 분석하였다. 이에 한국어 교재 분석을 바탕으로 단계별 교육 내용과 의식 고양 접근법을 활용한 WCS 교수․학습 모형을 개발하여 중국인 학습자를 위한 효율적인 교육 방안을 제안하였다.

네트워크 텍스트 분석을 활용한 NCS 기업활용 컨설팅 우수사례 성과 분석

The purpose of this study is to identify the tendency of performance for best practices in NCS consulting through network text analysis. The research samples are collected by using best practice casebook of NCS consulting published between 2016 and 2018. A total of 21 companies voicing for NCS consulting performance are used for analysis. The findings of the study are as follows. First, the performance for best practices in NCS consulting cover 15 core opics including job, hiring, employees, development, training, utilization, organization, job description, NCS, foundation, systematic, hiring process, HR management, system, and assessment. Second, the theme ‘individual and organizational improvement throughout the customized training’ was identified as a major sub-performance for best practices in NCS consulting (represented by sub-network 1). Third, the theme ‘securing human resources throughout improved recruiting process’ was identified as a major sub-performance for best practices in NCS consulting (represented by sub-network 2). Fourth, the theme ‘systemizing competency-oriented HR management throughout the job approach’ was identified as a major sub-performance for best practices in NCS consulting (represented by sub-network 3). 이 연구의 목적은 NCS 기업활용 컨설팅 사업의 우수사례로 선정된 21개 기업을 대상으로 NCS 기업활용 컨설팅 성과의 경향성을 분석하는 데 있었다. 이를 위해 2016~2018년 동안 매년 발행된 NCS 기업활용 컨설팅 우수사례집의 성과 자료를 활용하여 네트워크 텍스트 분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, NCS 기업활용 컨설팅의 주요 성과는 15개의 주제(직무, 채용, 직원, 개발, 교육훈련, 활용, 기업, 직무기술서, NCS, 기반, 체계적, 채용프로세스, 인사관리, 체계, 평가)를 중심으로 파악되었다. 둘째, NCS 기업활용 컨설팅의 성과를 세부적으로 살펴보면, ‘맞춤형 교육훈련을 통한 개인역량 및 조직성과 향상’이 첫 번째 세부적인 성과인 것으로 나타났다(하위집단 네트워크 1). 이와 같은 성과는 NCS에 기반한 직무・개인 맞춤형 교육훈련 체제의 개발 및 보완 컨설팅을 통해 개인과 조직의 성과가 있었음을 의미한다. 셋째, NCS 기업활용 컨설팅의 두 번째 세부적 성과는 ‘채용프로세스 개선을 통한 인적자원 확보’로 나타났다(하위집단 네트워크 2). 이와 같은 성과는 NCS 기반 직무분석을 통해 기업이 인재프로파일에 적합한 채용을 실시함으로써 신규・우수인력의 확보와 이직률 감소의 성과가 있었음을 의미한다. 넷째, NCS 기업활용 컨설팅 세부 성과 중 마지막 세 번째는 ‘직무중심 접근을 통한 능력중심 인사관리체계 수립’이다(하위집단 네트워크 3). 이와 같은 성과는 NCS 기반의 직무중심 컨설팅을 통해 각 기업의 인사관리체계가 능력중심 인사관리체계로 변화되었음을 의미한다.

무용 : 미국 현대무용의 작품에서의 표현주의적 특성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to critically examine the expressional characteristics in American modern dance works which are focused on Doris Humphrey’s, Martha Graham’s, Anna Sokolow’s and Merce Cunniham’s. In this study, a literature critical review was to used as a methodological inquiry. Various litreratures and critics in relation with so-called ‘expressional works’ in American modern dance from 1920 to 1960 were analytically reviewed for characterizing the style and method of choreography and dance expression.The following characterisitcs were identified as conclusions of this study:1. American modern dance works with expressional orientation were influenced with the expressional characteristics of European expressional artists in termas of style and methodology.2. In Doris Humphrey, expressional characteristics would be on the expressional style using the physical body which is an image for the soul or mind.3. In Martha Graham, those characteristics were performed by expressing dancer’s innercharacter. And Graham innovated a kind of movement language for use with body expression4. In Anna Sokolow, major characteristics were on the themes of dance works. Sokolow emphasized its direction on anomie, inner status of person, and existential problems.5. In Merce Cunningham, choreographic style and expressional characteristics were emphasized on the surveying of motion. Motion in dance could not be pre-reserved by and kind of compositions. It is assumed that the motion is just the motion in dance.In conclusion, dance choreographers and dance works expressional characteristics in American modern dance, have contributed to the development of American modern dance from 1920 to 1960 and they have provided modern dance with new styles and forms, especially post-modern dance, in terms of choreography and expressional method.

학생과 학부모의 의복태도가 여교사의 외모관리에 따른 역할수행능력평가에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect on the evaluation of a female teachers' role-performance based on appearance according to the clothing attitude of students and their parents.Based on the results of this study a female teachers' role-performance evaluation can be broken down into four ability areas: leaning guidance, living guidance, human relations, and learning management. Likewise the clothing attitudes of students and their parents can be divided into three groups: the clothing oriented group, the trend-individuality group, and the chastity oriented group. The trend-individuality group of students felt that female teachers' appearances have a significant effect on learning guidance and human relations ability while parents thought that there was little relationship or that it has a moderate effect on the role of learning guidance. Because the concerns of students and parents about female teachers' clothing has an effect on female teachers' role performance evaluation, when directing a student group with a high concern for clothing, female teachers need to be sensitive about their appearances and it's affect on learning guidance, human relations, and class management.Based on these results, students and parents felt that female teachers' appearances have an effect on their role performance according to their clothing attitudes. 본 연구는 학생과 학부모의 의복태도를 중심으로 여교사의 외모관리가 역할수행(학습지도, 생활지도, 인간관계형성, 학급경영)능력에 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 여교사의 의복행동 및 외모관리와 역할수행에 관련된 문헌연구를 바탕으로 본 조사를 통해, 광주광역시에 소재한 중ㆍ고등학생 및 학부모 398명으로부터 자료를 수집하여, 요인분석, 군집분석, ANOVA와 Duncan-test, t-test, 기술통계를 이용하여 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.첫째, 여교사의 역할수행능력 평가는 4요인으로 설명할 수 있었으며 학습지도능력, 생활지도능력, 인간관계능력, 학급경영능력으로 명명하였다. 그리고 학생과 학부모의 의복태도는 개성추구, 유행관심, 의복 중요성, 정숙성요인으로 명명하였고 이 요인들에 의해 의복태도 유형은, 의복중시 지향집단, 유행ㆍ개성 지향집단, 정숙성지향 집단으로 분류하였다.둘째, 학생의 경우 유행ㆍ개성 지향 집단이 여교사의 학습지도능력, 인간관계능력에서 여교사의 외모가 유의한 영향을 미친다고 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 여교사는 학생의 의복태도를 잘 파악하고 역할수행에 맞는 옷차림 및 외모관리로 효율적인 역할수행을 할 필요가 있을 것이다. 또한 학부모의 경우 의복태도에 따른 여교사가 역할수행능력 평가에 있어 관련성이 적거나 관련이 있더라도 학습 지도 역할을 할 때 보통 정도의 영향을 미친다고 생각하므로 여교사는 학습지도를 할 때 외모관리에 더욱 관심을 기울여야 할 것으로 사료된다.셋째, 학생과 학부모의 여교사 옷차림에 대한 관심도는 여교사의 외모에 따른 역할수행능력평가에 영향을 미치므로 여교사 옷차림에 대한 관심도가 높은 학생집단의 지도시에 여교사는 학습지도활동 및 인간관계형성, 학급경영활동을 하는데 있어 여교사 본인의 외모에 신경을 쓸 필요가 있을 것이다.넷째, 본 연구에서 학생의 경우 학교현장에서 학생 자신의 교과 및 학급 담당 교사를 인지하며 여교사의 외모와 관련된 역할수행능력에 관해 평가하였지만, 학부모의 경우 여교사의 외모와 관련된 역할수행능력에 대해 직접적으로 평가하기보다는 선입견이나 고정관념에 의해 평가하였으므로 학부모의 관점보다 학생의 관점에서 여교사의 외모관리에 따른 역할수행능력 평가를 더 비중 있게 바라보아야 할 것으로 사료된다.이상과 같은 결과를 통해 학생과 학부모는 자신의 의복태도에 따라 여교사의 외모가 역할수행능력에 영향을 미치고 있다고 평가하고 있음이 확인되었다.본 연구의 한계점으로는 특정지역, 특정학교의 학생과 학부모를 대상으로 하였기 때문에 본 연구를 일반화 시키는데 무리가 있을 것으로 여겨진다.여교사의 외모관리에 따른 역할수행능력 평가 문항에 있어서도 더 표준화된 시각적 자료 등의 자극물 개발을 통해 다양하고 흥미로운 후속 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 또한 여교사 외모관리태도에 대한 구체적이고 다양한 변인들과 역할수행능력과의 관계가 심도 있게 파악되어야 할 것이다.
