사진치료프로그램이 유아기 어머니의 양육관련 변인에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 사진치료프로그램이 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 자아탄력성과 양육 효능감 증진에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 경기도 D시에 소재한 유치원에 다니고 있는 유아의 어머니를 대상으로 실험집단 8명과 비교집단 8명의집 단간 차이를 비교하였다. 매주 2회씩 총 12회기의 사진치료 프로그램을 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사진치료 프로그램은 유아기 어머니의 자아탄력성 향상에 효과가 있었으며, 특히 자율행동을 높이는데 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사진치료 프로그램은 유아기 어머니의 양육 효능감 전체 척도에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 하위영역별 검증결과 어머니가 자신의 감정이나 행동을 통제하는 능력에 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a phototherapy on the ego-resiliency and parenting efficacy of mothers with young children. The subjects were a total of 16 mothers with young children consisted of 8 mothers with young children who were assigned as the experimental group, and 8 mothers with young children who were assigned as the control group located in Dongducheon city, Gyeonggi-do. The experimental group participated in the 12-session program twice a week from April to May 2016. The control group received a newsletter on parental education every week. The major results of this study were as follows: First, the phototherapy program was effective in promoting ego-resiliency of the mothers with young child. The program was especially effective in increasing autonomous behavior, which is a sub-factor of ego-resiliency. Second, the phototherapy program was no effective in promoting mothers’ parenting efficacy. The overall effect of the program on parenting efficacy did not show statistical significance. However, the analysis of the sub-factors showed a statistically significant difference for self-control.
