        화학적 처리에 의한 현사시나무의 조사료화 연구 : Autohydrolysis Autohydrolysis

        Roughage feeds were produced from Hyun-aspen (Populus alba × P. glandulosa) by autohydrolysis. The objectives of this work were to find proper conditions for the treatment of Hyan-aspen by analyzing the compositional change and digestibility and to determine the content of sugar and phenol contained in liquor extracted by digestion. The results of this work were as follows: 1. The proper condition for autohydrolysis of Hyun-aspen chips were 160℃ and 30 minutes in an autoclave. The yield of potential feed from original material and digestibility were 91.3% and 38.9% respectively. 2. According to cooking conditions the sugar concentration of extracted solution and the recovery rate of sugar were 0.1∼2.5%, 0.3∼14.6%. respectively. The phenol concentration of extracted solution and the recovery rate of phenol were 0.1∼0.3, 0.5∼1.8%, respectively.

        This concerns to observe on the urea-resin adhesive, particular attention was focused on the correlation of wheat flour addition, pressure, pressure time and moisture content of wood to shearing strength at 30℃. The result obtained in the experiment are as follows. 1. In order to get favorable jointing by adhesive as that of lamminated wood, wheat flour should be added as much as less than 40percent. The pressure should be required at least 10kg. per square cm. taking more over than 12hours. 2. Since the moisture content of wood have influence largely upon the urea-resin adhesive, the linear regression may be established between moisture content and joint strength under the condition of less than fiber saturation point. 3. The specific gravity is closely correlated to shearing strength, coefficient correlation being as r^2=0.9936. The linear regression is obtained as Y=92.01 X+7.115 at the air dry condition.

      • 邊山소나무의 材質에 關한 硏究 (Ⅲ)

        This study was carried out in order to investigate the variation of wood quality of Red pine inland and seasied outland of Byonsan. 1. The average annual ring width was 4.3mm in inland wood of Byonsan and 3.86mm in seaside outland wood of Byonsan. In inland wood of Byonsan the width of annual ring was highest at the 13th after that slowly decreased along with annual ring. In seaside outland wood of Byonsan annual ring width was highest at the 9th annual ring after that slowly decreased along with annual ring. 2. The average percentage of late wood was 36.6±4.96% in inland wood of Byonsna and 32.0±6.37& in seaside outland wood of Byonsna . The percentage of late wood in inland wood of Byonsna were highest at the 5th annual ring and after that it was slowly decreased along with annual ring. 3. The average moisture content was 127.4±12.09% in inland wood of Byonsna and 136.5±7.020% in seaside outland wood of Byonsna. The average moisture content of inland wood of Byonsna was higher than seaside outland wood of Byonsna. The moisture content had a tendency to increase as the height and annual ring increase. 4. The average specific gravity was 0.99±0.050 in inland wood of Byonsna and 0.95±0.050 in seaside outland wood of Byonsna. The specific gravity of inland wood of Byonsna was higher than seaside outland. The specific gravity of inland and seaside outland wood of Byonsna were highest at the 9th annual ring and after that there were no wide variations along with annual ring. The specific gravity with height had a tendency to decrease as the height increase. 5. The shrinkage and ratio of inland wood of Byonsna and seaside outland were as follows. The shrinkage of inland and seaside outland wood of Byonsna had a tendency to decrease as the height increase. The shrinkage of inland wood of Byonsna was height than seaside outland. 6. The average tracheid length was 2.92±0.800mm(early wood 2.84±0.840mm, late wood 2.99±0.760mm)in inland wood of Byonsna and 2.77±0.700mm(early wood 2.64±0.720mm, late wood 2.90±0.670mm)in seaside inland wood of Byonsna. The tracheid length in inland wood of Byonsna was larger than seaside outland. The tracheid length of late wood was longer than early wood. The variation of tracheid length with annual rings was sharply increased at the 20th annual ring and after that it was slowly increased along with annual ring. 7. The average racheid wall thickness of inland wood of Byonsna was 2.63±0.210μm in radial direction of early wood, 2.73±0.18μm in tangential direction of early wood. 7.46±0.860μm radial direction of ate wood. 7.12±1.08μm in tangential direction of late wood. The average tracheid wall thickness of seaside outland wood of Byonsan was 2.54±0.110μm in radial direction of early wood, 2.61±0.100μm in tangential direction of early wood, 6.61±0.750μm in radial direction of late wood. 6.37±0.730μm in tangential direction of late wood. The tracheid wall thickness of inland wood of Byonsan was thicker than the seaside outland. Inland and seaside outland wood of Byonsan had a tendency to increase as the annual ring increase but decreased as the height increased.

      • 몇가지 참나무屬의 構成比率에 關한 硏究

        This study was carried out to investigate the appearance of volumetric composition of wood elements in some Genus Quecus species in the spring and summer wood, sap and heart wood and to the height grown in Buan Chonbuk. 1. Average volumetric composition of wood element all species were 22.3% on vessel element, 51.9% on wood fiber, 9.62% on axial parenchyma cell, 16.45% on ray. 2. In sap wood, the average contents of vessel element were 23.11% and in heart wood, the averse contents of wood fiber were 53.62%. 3. In spring wood, the average contents of vessel element were 35.43% and In summer wood, the average contents of wood fiber were 65.20%. 4. The contents of vessel element appeared to become decrease to the tree height.

      • Keruing單板의 樹脂除去에 관한 硏究(II)

        In order to eliminate the resin from Keruing (Dipterocarpus) veneer, various solvents (methanol, benzene, xylene) were treated at boiling condition. The results were summarized as follows. 1. More than 90% of total resin included in veneer was extracted when boiled for 30 minutes with methanol, 2 hours with benzene and 1 hour with xylene. 2. The total ratio of resin extracted were 3.92%, 3.59% and 2.99% in methanol, benzene and xylene, respectively. 3. It is concluded that methanol was the most effective solvent for the elimination of the resin from Keruing(Dipterocarpus) veneer.

      • 리기다 소나무의 松脂에 관한 硏究(II)

        The components of monoterpene by the season, by the parts and the orientation of the stem in the Pinus rigida was analyzed by gas chromatograph. The results are summarized as follows : 1. In seasonal changes in each components α-pinene showed from 50% to 70%, and β-pinene about 20% to 40%, and then α-pinene and β-pinene showed a tendency to increase or decrease on the contrary, respectively. β-phellandrene was from 5% to 9% but decreased gradually below 3% after the middle of June, campene and Δ-3-carene was below 1% and showed the irregular changes. 2. α-pinene showed the maximum, and β-pinene and β-phellandrene showed the minimum on the parts of 20㎝ in height of tree, but the variation were not observed from 120㎝ of the tree height. 3. α-pinene showed about 40% at south and westward on the stem and low content than east and northward, but β-pinene showed about 50% and high content than east and northward. 4. Components of monoterpene in oleoresin of this species were α-pinens, β-pinene, β-phell-andrene, camphene, and Δ-3-carene in order from the most to the least. Quality of oleoresin was found to be good in view of its high content of α-pinene(more than 40%)regardless of season, stem part orientation.

      • 松류의 神草 生松脂에 含有된 Monoterpene에 관하여

        본 연구에서는 소나무, 곰솔, 방크스소나무, 리기다소나무, 잣나무, 섬잣나무, 스트로브잣나부의 신초에서 분필된 oleresin중의 monoterpene조성을 분석하였던 바, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 신초 oleresin에서 확인된 monoterpene은 α- pinene, β-pinene, β-phellandrene, myrene, limonene, Δ-3-carene, camphene 등의 7종이었다. 2. 7수종 중의 monoterpene중 α- pinene, β-pinene, β-phellandrene이 주로 많이 함유되어 있었고 myrcene, limonene은 수종에 따라 차이는 있었으나 상당히 많은 양이 검출되었고 camphene은 소량이 함유되어 있었다. 3. Δ-3-carene는 쌍유관속절에 속한 소나무류에서는 미량으로 존재하나 단유관속절의 잣나무류에서는 다량 함유되어 있었다.

      • 밤나무 品種別 含有成分에 關한 硏究

        This study was carried out in order to find out differences between sensitive and resistant varieties of chestnut tree (Castanea crenata) to chestnut gall wasp (Dryocomus kuriphilus) by the analysis of tannin, catechol tannin, pyrogallol tannin, sugar, starch and crude protein contained in the current year shoots of these trees. The results were summerized as follows; 1. Average tannin contents in each varieties of chestnut tree were Ginyose 1.224%, Tsuguba 1.049%, Simokatsugi 0.874% and Taisyo-wase 0.874%. 2. Relative amount of catechol tannin in the varieties were Tsuguba 26.3%, Ginyose 21.5%, Simokatsugi 18.8% and Taisyo-wase 16.8%. They showed a similar inclination with that of tannin contents. 3. Relative amount of pyrogallol tannin in the varieties were Taisyo-wase 52%, Simokatsugi 41%, Tsuguba 28% and Ginyose 17.4%. But they were quite contrary to catechol tannin. 4. Average sugar contents were Ginyose 5.087%, Tsuguba 3.272%, Simokatsugi 2.837% and Taisyo-wase 2.410%. They showed the similar inclination with that of tannin. 5. Average starch contents were Simokatsugi 2.93%, Taisyo-wase 2.18%, Ginyose 1.61% and Tsuguba 1.42%. They were similar with the inclination of pyrogallol tannin contents. 6. Average crude protein contents were Taisyo-wase 6.421%, Simogatsugi 6.232%, Tsuguba 4.721% and Ginyose 3.688%. They were also similar with the inclination of pyrogallol tannin contents. 7. The contents of tannin, catechol tannin and sugar were high in the resistant varieties to chestnut gall wasp while the contents of pyrogallol tannin, starch and crude protein were high in the chestnut gall wasp-sensitive varieties. The differences in the contents of these substances seemed to be closely related with the resistance of the chestnut trees to chestnut gall wasp.

      • 木材의 膨潤壓에 關하여

        The subject of this report is to dicede the swelling pressure of pinus densiflora under pressure 100kg. The result obtained in the experiment are as follows. It is indicated maximum swelling pressure at average moisture content 40 percent and total swelling pressure are tangential direction 18.10gr/㎠ and radial direction 8.87gr/㎠

      • 落葉松의 製材收率,誤差 및 Flooring Board 收率에 관한 硏究

        This study was carried out in order to investigate the lumber yield of flooring board and lumber yield error measured by the ratio of butt end to top end least diameter and diameter class from Larix leptolrpis . This study results were summarized as follows : 1. The whole tested lumber yields of each board and square timber were 79,1% and 67.7 % when the ratio of butt end to top end least diameter were 1.05 and 1 ,45, respectively. The average tested lumber yield was 74.2 % ( average estimated lumber yield was 65.8% ). Lumber yield decreased as the ratio became larger. Regression line of tested lumber yield measured by the ratio of butt end to top end least diameter-was ?= -28x+ 109.1**. 2. Lumber yield errors measured by the ratio of butt end to top end least diameter were 5.8% and 10.9% when the ratio were 1.05 and 1.45 respectively. The average lumber. yield error was 8.3%. The lumber yield error tended to increase as the ratio became larger . Regresslon line of lumber yield error measured by the ratio of butt end to top end least diameter was ?= 14.4X-9.68**. 3. The whole tested lumber yield measured by the top end least diameter were 75.1% and 75.9 % when the least diameter were 12rn, 18rn, 24 in, respectively. The increase of the top end least diameter had not influence in the lumber yield, 4. Lumber yield errors measured by the top end least diameter were 10% and 7.4% when the least diameter were 12cm and 24 cm, respectively. The average lumber yield error was 8.3 %. Lumber yield error tended to decrease as the top end least diameter became larger. Regression line of lumber yield error measured by the top end least diameter was ? = -0.22X +12.28*. 5. Lumber yields of flooring board measured by the top end least diameter were 26.6 % and 32.4% when the least diameter were 12 cm and 24 cm respectively. The average flooring board yield was 29.4%. Lumber yield of flooring board showed an Increase as the top end least diameter became larger Regression line of flooring board yield measured by the top end least diameter wad ?= 0.43X× 21.66**. 6. Lumber yields of flooring board measured by the ratio of butt end to top end least diameter were 31%and 26.9% when the ratio were 1.05 and 1.45, respectively. The average flooring board yield was 29.4%. Lumber yield of flooring board tended to decrease as the ratio of butt end to top end least diameter became larger. Regression line of flooring board yield measured by the ratio of butt end to top end least (3iamrter was ?= -9.67x+ 41.49*.
