        대학교양교과목을 위한 세계시민교육프로그램 개발 사례연구: 옷장 속의 세계시민

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of college students' perception of global citizenship and change through case studies that combine global citizenship education programs as university liberal arts education with clothing life curriculum. Methods To this end, the global citizenship education program “Global citizenship in the closet” was developed by applying the ADDIE teaching and learning model through literature and prior research analysis. By setting class goals and topics for each week, and structuring the class environment mixed with non-face-to-face and face-to-face classes centered on teaching-learning course plans and class materials, researchers operated it as a liberal arts course at C University in Gwangju. It was intended to derive the possibility and effectiveness of global citizenship education fused with other subjects through discussions on the results obtained through post-class surveys and open question analysis. Results As a result, students actively participated as global citizens in the global citizenship education program fused with the clothing life curriculum developed in this study. In addition, it is effective to actively utilize an online class platform to communicate with students when conducting activity classes through pros and cons discussions and thoughts sharing, and students' confidence in organizing and speaking their opinions has been increased through several discussions and thoughts sharing classes. The application of the flip learning teaching method that provides video data before class during face-to-face practice classes was evaluated as a positive way to control the speed of practice among students. Special lectures for students' perception and content expansion have the scope of clothing life education in their majors, but they were able to expand the depth of the course without losing the direction of the course by conducting three special lectures based on global issues. Finally, the results of the survey to change students' class satisfaction and global citizenship perception showed that most of the students who took this class clearly showed changes in the “technology” and “will to practice” areas compared to the “knowledge” and “attitude” areas. Conclusions Considering these points, it is expected that it will be possible to include the core of global citizenship education in other liberal arts curriculum as a university liberal arts curriculum, and it will be more effective if it is operated in combination with career, society, and design education.

      • 동결절편조직검사용 조직의 신속한 운반을 위한 One hole transporting system의 개발

        동결절편 조직검사는 병리과의 중요한 응급검사이다. 일반적으로 수술실에서 수술도중 병리조직학적 진단과 암소부위의 확인을 위하여 소량의 조직을 취해서 병리과로 신속히 운반, 동결절편기에서 급속 냉각하여 박절 후 조직절편을 만든 후 H&E 염색을 하여 광학현미경을 통해서 진단을 내리는 검사이다. 동결절편 조직검사가 본 병원의 경우 수술실에서 병리과로 조직을 운반하는 과정에서 오토드랙을 이용해도 7분의 시간이 소요되고 또 다음 과정인 급속냉각과 박절 및 염색 등 전체적으로 평균 16-20분의 많은 검사시간이 소요되어 수술실에서 수술을 시행하는 수술의가 기다리고 또 수술시간이 지연되는 등 병리과의 환자를 위한 빠르고 양질의 의료서비스를 제공하지 못하는 경우가 자주 발생하였다. 이러한 동결절편 조직검사의 시간을 단축하기 위하여 화순전남대병원 병리과에서는 본관 3층 수술실과 지하 1층에 있는 병리과가 수직적으로 같은 위치에 자리 잡고 있다는 사실에 착안하여 국내에서 최초로 3층 수술실에서 지하 1층에 위치한 병리과로 수술조직을 3초 이내로 운반할 수 있는 One hole transporting system(OHTS)을 개발하여 설치 후 실제 병원 검사업무에 적용하여 사용하였다.

        불로 구기 부위별 자유라디칼 소거효과에 관한 연구

        Free radical-scavenging activities of Korean Bulro Kugi (Lycium chinense Mill) fruit, leaf, and root were evaluated. Total phenolic contents of fruit, leaf, and root were $1,078.4{\pm}61.0$, $939.9{\pm}19.8$, and $3,792.2{\pm}106.6mg/L$, and their flavonoids were $396.7{\pm}15.2$, $1,952.9{\pm}21.3$, and $425.3{\pm}13.5mg/L$, respectively (p<0.001). HPLC revealed main polyphenolic compounds in fruit were p-coumaric and syringic acids in fruit, p-coumaric, syringic, and procatechuic acids in leaf, and p-coumaric, syringic, caffeic, and procatechuic acids in root. Highest radical-scavenging activities of superoxide anion and hydroxyl were found in leaf and root, respectively (p<0.001). 불로 구기의 부위별 열매, 잎, 뿌리의 라디칼 소거 효과를 연구하였다 총 페놀함량은 불로 구기열매, 잎, 뿌리에서 각각 $1,078.4{\pm}61.0mg/L$, $939.9{\pm}19.8mg/L$, and $3,792.2{\pm}106.6mg/L$의 함량은 나타내었으며 총 플라보노이드 함량은 구기열매, 잎, 뿌리에서 각각 $396.7{\pm}15.2$, $1,952.9{\pm}21.3$, and $425.3{\pm}13.5mg/L$의 함량을 나타내었다(p<0.001) 열매에서는 p-coumaric acid 0.018 mg/100g, syringic acid 0.006 mg/100g이 검출되었고, 잎에서는 p-coumaric acid 0.068 mg/100g, syringic acid 0.064 mg/100 mg, procatechuic acid 0.05 mg/100 mg이 검출되었다. 뿌리에는 p-coumaric acid 0.178 mg/100 mg, syringic acid 0.046 mg/100 mg, caffeic acid 0.043 mg/100 g과 procatechuic acid 0.022 mg/100 mg이 검출되었다. 불로구기의 주요 폴리페놀 성분들은 p-coumaric acid과 syringic acid이었으며 잎에서는 열매에서 확인되지 않은 caffeic acid가 뿌리에서는 caffeic acid procatechuic acid 성분이 함유되어 있었다. 총 폴리페놀 함량은 뿌리 0.29 mg/100 g, 잎 0.18 mg/100 g, 열매 0.03 mg/100 g의 순으로 뿌리에 가장 많이 함유되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 불로 구기의 부위별 superoxide anion radical 소거능력은 잎, 뿌리, 구기열매가 각각 $60{\pm}0.1%$, $47.7{\pm}0.1%$, $21.6{\pm}0.1%$의 순으로 잎에서 가 장 높은 소거효과가 나타났으며, hydroxyl radical 소거능력은 superoxide anion radical 소거능력에 비해 효과가 약하나 뿌리에서 $34.6{\pm}0.1%$로 높은 소거효과를 나타내었다(p<0.001).

        Identification and Deacidification of Lactic Acid Bacteria in Korean Red Wine

        Efficiency of natural malo-lactic fermentation (MLF) was investigated in Korean red wine made of Gerbong (G),Campbell (C), and a combination of Gerbong + Campbell (GC, 7:3), and was compared to that of French wine (F) fermentedwith pure Leuconostoc oenos culture. Related lactic acid bacteria (LAB) MR-1 and MR-2 were isolated from the wine leesafter natural MLF, and identified through partial 16S rDNA sequencing and phylogenetic analysis as members of the genusLactobacillus, phylogenetically close to Lactobacillus pentosus and Lactobacillus plantarum, sharing 99.7% 16S rDNAsimilarity. L-Malic acid and stereochemistry of lactic acid content of the wine were determined enzymatically. L-Malic acid inthe Korean red wine was partially converted into D and L isomers of lactic acid after natural MLF, whereas that in F wasremoved completely, with a concomitant eight-fold increase in L-lactate compared to D-lactate. Deacidification efficiencies ofL-malic acid of G, C, GC, and F were 22.8, 51.2, 22.2, and 100%, respectively. Malic acid contents, determined by HPLC, ofG, C, GC, and F were 3.48, 2.05, 4.11, and 0 g/L, and those of lactic acid were 1.31, 1.36, 1.36, and 2.29 g/L, respectively.These results show limited capacity of natural MLF with L. plantarum and L. pentosus for making high-quality red wine ascompared to Leuconostoc oenos, which completely removed malic acid in F.
