Magnetic gears of non-contact power type have great advantages in terms of maintenance and repair than mechanical gears, and are used in various ways. Harmonic gears can derive a higher gear ratio than conventional gears through power transmission through a unique rotation mechanism. Magnetic harmonic gears, in which the gear teeth of the harmonic gears are replaced with magnets, have the advantages of both gears, but are difficult to implement and practical, so many studies are being conducted. In this study, we check whether the results of various types of magnetic gears can be applied to harmonic gears. By applying the axial type magnetic gear to the harmonic gear, the characteristic analysis is conducted to see if the result comparable to the existing radial type magnetic harmonic gear is obtained.

In a magnetic harmonic gear, the magnetic field on the high-speed side is modulated by the air-gap movement according to the rotation of the eccentric body. Owing to the modulated magnetic field, the permanent magnet layer outside the high-speed rotor rotates in synchronization with the stator composed of another permanent magnet. Therefore, transferring only the synchronous rotational motion outside the eccentric body to the output side requires a complicated conversion mechanism. In this study, we propose a magnetic harmonic gear that utilizes both the inner and outer magnetic fields of an eccentric permanent magnet layer. The outer magnetic field is utilized for the deceleration function as in the existing harmonic gear, whereas the additional inner magnetic field is utilized to extract the rotational motion. The topology of the system is verified by the harmonic analysis of the air-gap magnetic field and with experimental set-up.

Power Transmission Characteristics of the Magnetic Gear Reducer with a Variable Gear Ratio

The gear ratio variable topology of a magnetic gear with an integrated harmonic modulator is analyzed using a magnetic permeance model. A dynamic characteristic equation is derived in consideration of the gear ratio between each layer constituting the magnetic gear: the driving side, the driven side, and the control side layer. Based on derived transfer function, the frequency characteristic between driving torque and angular speed of the driving side is analyzed. Theoretic model is compared with an experimental test result using the in-house dynamometer. In the general magnetic gears, the gear ratio is variable so that speed between each layer decelerates with gear ratio, but transmission torque is constant regardless of gear ratio. In this study, these characteristics are also verified through theoretical methods and experimental results, respectively.
사회복지사 처우 및 지위향상을 위한 지방자치단체 조례분석

본 연구는 사회복지사 등의 처우 및 지위향상을 위해 제정된 지방자치단체 조례분석을 통하여 사회복지종사자 등을 위한 조례제정의 발전적 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 2013년 7월까지 현재 지방자치단체가 제정 또는 입법예고한 조례 42건을 대상으로 조례의 각 항목을 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조례의 구성내용 분석결과 조례의 목적, 적용대상, 지자체장의 책무, 실태조사, 지원계획 수립, 처우개선 등 사업은 42개 지방자치단체 조례에 동일하게 제시 되었다. 반면에 처우개선위원회, 포상은 없는 지방자치단체가 상당히 많았다. 둘째, 사회복지종사자 처우개선 수준에 대한 명확한 기준을 제시하지 않는 조례가 많아서, 보건복지부 사회복지종사자 인건비기준 혹은 사회복지전담공무원 수준 등으로 사회복지종사자 처우개선 수준을 명확히 제시해야 한다. 셋째, 사회복지사 처우개선을 위해 실태조사 기간이 명확치 않으며 처우개선을 논의하기 위한 조직과 지원체계가 명확치 않았다. 따라서 사회복지종사자 처우수준에 대한 실태조사 기간을 명시하며 주기적으로 실태를 파악하도록 하고, 사회복지종사자 처우개선 위원회 등을 조직하여 지원계획을 수립하고 이행할 수 있도록 해야 한다. This study analyze 42ordinance of a local government for the improvement labor conditions and position of social worker. That way suggest developmental direction of ordinance enactment. The results are as follows. First, there are purpose, subject of application, duty of local government president, condition study, establishment of support plan, improvement labor conditions. But, there are not committee for labor conditions improvement, prize in many ordinance. Second, standard of wage is not, it has to suggesting by the wage standard of social welfare official in local government or Ministry of Health and Welfare. Third, condition studys period and support organization for social workers labor condition improvement are not clear. Therefore, we must suggest the condition studys period of social worker, and make the support organization for condition improvement.
