해외 학술 DB 품질 평가에 관한 연구

전국 대학도서관의 자료구입 예산 중 Web DB와 전자저널의 구입 금액이 차지하는 비중이 매년 증가하고 있기 때문에 구독하고자 하는 DB의 품질을 평가하여 그 결과를 가지고 DB를 선정해야 할 필요성이 더 커지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 Web 환경에서 제공되는 의학 분야의 전문 데이터 베이스인 PML과 MEDLINE with F/T의 품질 비교 평가를 통해 구매담당자 및 이용자들에게 최소한의 DB선택의 기준을 제공하고 해당 DB의 품질개선과 정보서비스에 기여하고자 수행하였다.

경기지역 외국학술잡지 공동구독 협의회의 과거·현재·미래

1997년 IMF 경제위기를 맞아 환율 폭등으로 인한 어려움을 극복하기 위해 경기, 수원지역의 6개 도서관, 즉 경기대학도서관, 경희대학도서관, 명지대학도서관, 수원대학도서관, 아주대학도서관, 한양대학도서관을 중심으로 외국학술잡지의 분담 수서를 통해 상호 협력하고 서비스를 위해 외국학술잡지 공동구독 협의회를 결성하였다. 본 협의회는 분담수서를 통해 상호 목차서비스, 종합목록 발간, 원문복사 서비스 등의 공동 이용뿐만 아니라 컨소시엄의 운영 등 괄목할만한 성과를 이룩하였다. 협의회의 지속적인 발전을 위한 정책의 개발 및 대안의 마련이 필요한 시점이라 생각된다.

지도자의 코칭리더십이 선수의 멘토링 및 팀 몰입에 미치는 영향

연구는 태권도 지도자의 코칭리더십이 선수의 멘토링 및 팀 몰입에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 선수의 멘토링이 팀 몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대해 규명하여, 고등학교 태권도 선수의 팀몰입을 유도할 수 있는 내적특성을 이해하고, 각각의 고등학교 태권도 팀을 보다 세밀하고 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 의미를 두고 있다. 연구대상은 2012년 제주도 평화기 중·고등학교 태권도 대회에 참가한 팀 중 15개 고등학교 태권도 팀 선수를 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 187명의 자료를 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법 및 자료 분석 결과를 기초로 이 연구에 서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 코칭리더십의 하위요인인 방향제시, 개발, 수행평가, 관계 등 모든 요인에서 경력관련기능에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 코칭리더십의 하위요인인 방향제시, 개발에서 심리사회기능에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 코칭리더십의 하위요인인 방향제시, 개발, 수행평가에서 역할모형기능에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 코칭리더십의 하위요인인 방향제시, 개발에서 팀 몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 멘토링의 하위요인인 역할모형기능에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이상의 결론을 토대로 살펴보면 태권도 지도자의 코칭리더십은 태권도 선수들에게 필요한 리더십으로 상호 교환에 중점을 두고 있는 코칭리더십을 통하여 선수의 멘토링을 강화시켜야 하며, 고등학교 태권도 선수들과의 다양한 접촉을 통하여 팀 몰입도를 높일 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 다해야 할 것이다. First, this study revealed that sub-factors of coaching leadership such as guidance of direction, development, performance assessment and relations turned out to have a statistically significant influence on the career-related function and sub-factors of coaching leadership such as guidance of direction, development and performance assessment have a statistically significant impact on the role model function. Second, sub-factors of coaching leadership such as guidance of direction and development turned out to have a statistically significant influence on the team commitment. Third, there was a significant difference in the role model function, sub-factor of mentoring. Based on the above conclusions, Taekwondo instructor`s coaching leadership is an essential leadership for Taekwondo players and should be able to strengthen player`s mentoring through coaching leadership that is placing emphasis on the mutual exchange and instructor is required to make every effort to make the degree of team commitment higher through various contacts with high school Taekwondo players.

스포츠센터 종사자의 셀프리더십이 심리적 임파워먼트 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

This study aims to provide preliminary data for making contribution to the formation of knowledge of principles of physical education as well as refined and effective management of sports center organization by understanding internal characteristics to sports center employees’ organizational citizenship behaviors through investigation on the influence of sports center employees’ self-leadership on the psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behaviors. Targeting 12 sports centers located in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon, this study collected sample data from 227 sports center employees by direct visit to the centers. For data processing, this study conducted frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 and implemented structural equation model analysis using AMOS 18.0. Results of study based on the above research method and analysis of data are as follows. First, sports center employees’ self-leadership had a significant influence on the psychological empowerment. Second, sports center employees’ self-leadership had a significant influence on the organizational citizenship behaviors. Third, sports center employees’ psychological empowerment had a significant influence on the organizational citizenship behaviors. From all these considerations, sport center employees’ self-leadership is strengthening organizational citizenship behavior through psychological empowerment and psychological empowerment is an important intervening variable inherent in relations between independent variable and dependent variable.

해외 태권도 시범공연 품질이 국가이미지, 한국태도 및 한국방문의도에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 2013년 1월 미국 동부와 북부에서 태권도 시범공연을 관람한 관중을 대상으로 태권도 시범공연 품질이 국가이미지, 한국태도 및 한국방문의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 편의표본추출법(convenient sampling method)을 이용하여 246명의 자료를 사용하였으며, SPSS 18.0 프로그램과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 태권도 시범공연 품질의 하위요인인 시범환경과 시범우수성은 국가이미지에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 관중배려는 국가이미지에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 국가이미지는 한국태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 국가이미지는 한국방문의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 한국에 대한 태도는 한국방문의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is learning the impact of overseas Taekwondo demonstration performance quality on state image, attitude toward Korea and intention to visit Korea. The study objects were audience who attended the Taekwondo demonstration performances held in the east and the north of United States during January 2013. Data from 246 audiences were collected by convenience sampling method. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used on frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structure equation model analysis to get following conclusions. First, the demonstration environment and demonstration excellence, which are the sub-factors of Taekwondo demonstration performance quality, do not have positive impact on state image. Consideration on audience also does not have impact on state image. Second, state image has positive impact on attitude toward Korea. Third, state image has positive impact on intention to visit Korea. Fourth, attitude toward Korea has positive impact on intention to visit Korea.

태권도장 서비스 공정성이 수련생 만족 및 재입관 의도에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 2011년 부산·경남지역 태권도 수련생 학부모를 대상으로 태권도장에서 수련생에게 제공하는 서비스에 대한 공정성이 수련생 만족 및 재입관 의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 태권도장을 각 지역별로 안배하여 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 279명의 자료를 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 15.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 태권도장에서 제공하는 서비스 공정성은 수련생의 만족도에 통계적으로 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 태권도장에서 제공하는 서비스 공정성은 수련생의 재입관 의도에 통계적으로 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 태권도를 수련하는 수련생의 만족도는 재입관 의도에 통계적으로 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 이상의 결론을 토대로 살펴보면 분배, 절차, 상호작용 공정성으로 구성되는 서비스 공정성은 수련생 만족을 통하여 재입관 의도를 강화하고 있으며, 수련생 만족은 서비스 공정성과 재입관 의도의 관계에 내재된 중요한 매개변인임을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of service fairness provided to trainees by Taekwondo training centers on the trainees` satisfaction and re-enrollment intention for the parents of Taekwondo trainees in Busan & Kyungnam region in 2011. As for the study object, Taekwondo training centers were selected per region where random sampling method was used to collect data from 279 participants. As for the data processing, SPSS 15.0 program was used to conduct frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Through the above study result the following conclusion was obtained. First, the service fairness provided by Taekwondo training centers had statistically positive effects on the trainees` satisfaction. Second, the service fairness provided by Taekwondo training centers had statistically positive effects on the trainees` re-enrollment intention. Third, the satisfaction of trainees training Taekwondo had statistically positive effects on the re-enrollment intention. Based on the above conclusion, it was found that the service fairness that consists of allotment, procedure and interaction fairness is strengthening the re-enrollment intention through trainees` satisfaction, and that trainees` satisfaction is an important mediating variable inherent in the relation between service fairness and re-enrollment intention.

가상 인플루언서의 경험요인과 호감도의 상관관계 연구

과거 불쾌한 골짜기 이론을 형성했던 가상 인플루언서가 인공지능으로 자연스러운 콘텐츠를 생성하고, 최근MZ 세대의 지지를 받으며 하나의 마케팅 전략으로 확대되고 있다. 가상 인플루언서의 활용 범위가 넓어짐에 따라 사용자가 직접적으로 접하게 되는 가상 인플루언서의콘텐츠에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 사용자경험 기반 분석을 통해 가상 인플루언서의 경험요인이 사용자의 호감도와 어떠한 상관관계를 지니는지 연구하고자 한다. 또한 경험요인을 일으키는 세부 요인을 유형화하여 사용자들이 몰입할 수 있는 가상 인플루언서의 콘텐츠 제작 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 경험요인 도출을 위해 가상 인플루언서에 대해 알고 있는 10-30대 남녀는 대상으로 FGI 형식의 예비조사를 실시하고 사용자의 의견을 개방 코딩으로 분석하여 가상 인플루언서의 경험요인으로 ‘가상성’, ‘전문성’, ‘친밀성’을 도출하였다. 그 후, 실제 가상 인플루언서의 SNS에 게시된 이미지들을 활용하여 실험물을 제작하고 경험요인과 호감도의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 실험 결과 가상성과 호감도는 음(-)의 상관관계, 전문성과 친밀성은 호감도와 양(+)의 상관관계로 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계에 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 심층 인터뷰를 통해 사용자들이 경험요인을 판단하는 기준에 대해서 확인할 수 있었으며, 유사한 인터뷰 응답끼리 묶은 결과 상관관계 산점도 그래프를 따라 이미지들을 각 경험요인 별로 세 가지씩의 유형으로 범주화할 수 있음을 발견했다. 가상성은 ‘가상성 강조형’, ‘가상과 현실 조합형’, ‘현실 강조형’으로, 전문성은 ‘전문성 의도 파악 가능형’, ‘전문성 의도 파악 유추형’, ‘전문성 의도 파악 불가형’으로, 친밀성은 ‘감정적 몰입형’, ‘감정적 무반응형’, ‘감정적 몰입 불가능형’으로 유형화하였다. 본 연구는 가상 인플루언서의 호감도에영향을 미치는 구체적인 경험요인을 파악하고 각 경험요인을 일으키는 세부 원인을 유형화하였으며, 가상인플루언서의 콘텐츠 제작과 사용에 활용될 수 있는방향성을 제시했음에 의의가 있다.
