        눈물샘 상피종양의 임상적 분석

        Purpose: To analyze the clinical and radiologic findings and to evaluate the treatment and prognosis of epithelial tumor patients.<br /> Methods: We retrospectively reviewed clinical and radiologic findings of 36 patients who had been histopathologically diagnosed with epithelial tumors of the lacrimal gland after biopsy and surgery at Seoul St. Mary's Hospital from May 2005 to October 2012.<br /> Results: Among the patients with epithelial tumors of the lacrimal gland based on histopathological findings, there were 21 cases of pleomorphic adenoma, seven cases of dacryops, four cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma, two cases of adenocarcinoma, one case of benign oncocytoma, and one case of mucoepidermoid carcinoma. The characteristic clinical finding of epithelial tumors of the lacrimal gland was proptosis (52.7%). In contrast with benign epithelial tumors of the lacrimal gland, the characteristic clinical findings of malignant epithelial tumors of the lacrimal gland were limitation of motion (57.1%), diplopia (57.1%), ocular pain (42.9%), and decreased visual acuity (42.9%). The mean duration of the symptoms of malignant epithelial tumors (5.0 ± 4.2 months) was shorter than that of benign epithelial tumors (11.2 ± 11.1 months) (<em>t</em>-test, <em>p</em> = 0.034). In radiologic CT and MRI findings, there was minimal bony destruction in two cases of pleomorphic adenoma and calcification in one case of pleomorphic adenoma. Malignant epithelial tumors of the lacrimal gland, in contrast to benign tumors, showed characteristic bony destruction (57.1%), poorly marginated tumor outline (42.9%) and calcification (14.3%). The 57.1% of patients in this study with malignant tumors were treated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy after surgical treatment, and there was one case (14.3%) of recurrence after treatment.<br /> Conclusions: Careful analysis of clinical and radiologic findings can lead to early diagnosis of malignant tumors.<br /> J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2014;55(6):795-800

        전층각막이식 환자에서 발병한 Paecilomyces lilacinus 진균 각막염 1예

        Purpose: To report a case of corneal ulcer caused by <em>Paecilomyces lilacinus</em> after penetrating keratoplasty. Case summary: A 67-year-old male with a history of penetrating keratoplasty in the left eye 7 years prior and re-penetrating keratoplasty in the left eye due to graft failure in June 2013, visited our clinic for ocular pain and conjunctival injection in the left eye 3 days in duration. Corneal scrapings were performed for Gram and fungal stains and cultures. The patient was admitted to the hospital for hourly topical fortified ceftazidime and amphotericin B. Despite intensive topical therapy, no improvement was observed. Three days later, fungal culture confirmed<em> Paecilomyces lilacinus</em> and topical voriconazole was prepared from the intravenous formulation and was administered topically and intravenously. Despite medical therapy with voriconazole, perforation occurred requiring a tectonic keratoplasty. Conclusions: Keratitis caused by <em>Paecilomyces lilacinus</em> is difficult to eradicate and refractory to amphotericin B. We suggest early use of topical eyedrops, intracameral, and intravitreal injections of voriconazole may be an appropriate treatment for patients with Paecilomyces lilacinus keratitis.         丁若鍾 『쥬교요지』와 漢文西學書의 비교연구 : 『盛世芻堯(셩셰추요)』와의 비교를 중심으로

        Jugyoyozi is the very famous book of Catholic doctrine in late Choseon dynasty. It was written in Hangeul the Korean character by Jeong Yak - jong(1760∼1801), the chief catechist of Myeongdohoi(明道會) organized for studying the Catholism and for popular mission. On that reason, it was very easy and useful for many catholics to read the book and understand the religeous teachings in it, in spite of their illiteracy or the low academic background. Seongsechuyo is one of the most popular books about the catholicism during the 18th and 19th centuries in Ch'ing China(淸國), written by Fr. Moyriac de Mailla(1669∼1748). The book was written in spoken Chinese language and it was published many times during the formal prohibition period over the catholicism, owing to its approving and supporting view of confucianism and its simplicity for Chinese common people. Seongsechuyo was so famous enough to introduce to Korean Catholics. Before the day of publishing Jugyoyozi, it was translated into Korean language and has taken the very important role of teaching about the resurrection of Jesus Christ, salvation of mankind, as well as God's creation of Heaven and Earth. For the purpose of propagandizing Catholicism, Seongsechuyo was focusing on refuting the Taoism and the diverse folk beliefs as well as the Buddhism which were accustomed to the mind of Chinese for thousands years. Meanwhile Jugyoyozi mainly criticized the Buddhism, because the writer Jeong Yak - jong knew that there were few influence of the Taoism and diverse folk beliefs in Korea, relativel not as in China. Jugyoyozi explains the teachings of Catholicism more easily and clearly than Seongsechuyo, about the Ascension and the Second Advent of Christ Jesus. And the book emphasize more powerfully and effectively the necessity for entering the Catholic church towards the common Koreans who don't know the Christ than Seongsechuyo. For that reason, Fr. Joo Moon - mo(周文謨) the leader of the Korean Catholic Church said that Jugyoyozi(主敎要旨) is better than Chuyo(추요) for Koreans. Chuyo is not only the shortened word of Seongsechuyo(성세추요) the book of Catholic doctrine, but it also means grasses and trees which is very useful to the common people day after day.

        해방 직후 남한 천주교회의 토지개혁에 대한 인식과 상생의 공동체 사상

        본고는 1945년 해방 직후 토지개혁의 논의와 그 시행과정에서 남한 천주교회가 어떤 반응을 보였는지 살펴봄으로써 가톨릭이 지향한 공동체 사상의 구체적 특징을 해명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 해방 직후 천주교회가 발행한 신문, 잡지, 회고록 등 교회 내 간행물에 게재된 토지개혁 관련 기사들의 구체적 내용을 분석하고 이들의 상호 관련성을 정리하는 방법을 취하였다. 천주교회는 ‘무상몰수-무상분배’ 방식을 비판하면서, ‘유상몰수 유상분배’를 지지했다. 이는 사유재산을 인정하되 공적(公的) 이익의 균점(均霑)을 강조하여 계급 갈등을 최소화하려는 상생(相⽣, 서로 살림)의 공동체 사상에서 비롯된 것이었다. 향후 천주교회의 토지개혁론을 당대의 다양한 정파의 그것과 비교 검토해본다면 천주교회가 지향한 공동체의 특징이 좀 더 구체적으로 해명될 수 있을 것이다. In this paper I have searched about the South Korean Catholic response against the suggestion and the process of farmland reform from after August 15th liberation in 1945 so as to explain the specific feature of Catholic thought of community. For this purpose I studied mainly about the Catholic periodicals such as newspapers, journals, and memory records, and analyzed the detail contents of farmland reform within them, and after that I induced to the mutual relations of the contents. The Catholic criticized the way of reform by free distribution of confiscation, and consented on by oil-consumed oil distribution. This viewpoint stemed from the win-win thought of Catholic community accepting the private property system and claiming simultaneously that its public benefit should always be divided equally to most people, as a results of them minimizing the class conflict of the community. From now if we compare the Catholic view of farmland reform with the various opinions of it submitted by the many socio-political groups during the year before and after 1945, we can find out more clear distinction of the Catholic Community.

        조선시대 학자들의 서양인식

        It was related with the direction of sailing the ocean that the concept of Seoyang(西洋) the West appeared in the East Asia. From the late 16th centuries, European Catholic missionaries arrived in Ming(明) China and made a map of the world in the European style based on the global theory(地球球體說). And the missionaries spread it over China and her neighbors. Therefore, the map has shocked the intellectuals remaining on Sino-centric order(中華秩序) in those countries. At that time the missionaries called their native countries by the name of Dae-Seoyang(大西洋, the Far West) and called the ancient Seoyang(Southeast Asian countries and the coastal countries on the Indian Ocean) by the name of So-Seoyang(小西洋, the Near West). In the early 17th century, Yi Su-gwang(李수光) introduced European culture and institutions through his encyclopedic work Jibongyuseol(芝峰類說). The kings of Choseon Injo(仁祖) and Hyojong(孝宗) engaged Dutch castaways Weltevree, J.J. and Hamel.H. and made them devise the Westren arms such as cannons and telescopes. In 18th century, through Yeonhaeng-Sa(燕行使, the tribute officials from Choseon toward Beijing(北京) in Ching China) and Tongsin-Sa(通信使, the diplomatic officials from Choseon toward Tongking(東京) in Japan), Choseon intellectuals have enlarged their outlook on the world, and deepened understanding of the European science and technology. In consequence, diverse suggestions of open-door policy emerged in the late of the century. Yi Ig(李翼) was the famous scholar in that time. It came true the suggestions of open-door policy in the early 1880s. For example Seogi-suyongron(西器受容論) and Seosa-Chobingron(西士招聘論), with the aspects of “Eastern ways, Westren machines(東道西器)” The claim suggested by the Catholics that Choseon had to enter into diplomatic relations with the European countries for freedom of religion, was partially realized by Choseon-French treaty(朝法條約) in 1886. But the claim Tongsang-Gaebangron(通商開放論, claim of open-door over the trade and commerce) by Bag Je-ga(朴齊家), Yi Gyu-gyeong(李圭景), Choi Han-gi(崔漢綺) and some Catholics didn’t come true effectually until the year of 1883 when Choseon began to acquire the customs duties(關稅) through choseon-Japan trades. This also was the result that king Gojong and his officials had not sufficient understanding about the Western countries. Therefore, Choseon had to be confronted with enormous financial difficulties, because of the lack of the funds for the foundation of industrialization.

        IEEE 802.22에서는 사용하지 않는 TV 대역을 찾아 고정 사용자에게 고속 패킷 전송을 제공하는 WRAN 시스템을 논의하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 WRAN 시스템을 위해 단일 프리앰블을 이용한 시간 및 주파수 동기 알고리즘을 제안하고 WRAN에서 고려하는 무선 채널 모형에서 성능을 살펴본다. 제안한 알고리즘은 기존의 시간 동기 메트릭을 간단히 수정하여 시간 동기를 좀 더 안정적으로 찾을 수 있도록 함으로써, 시간동기후에 수행되는 주파수 옵셋 추정기의 성능을 향상시킨다.

        근대이행기 호남유학자 이기(1848~1909)의 국토인식과 자강론

        이기(李沂, 1848~1909, 호 海鶴)는 조선후기 중농주의(重農主義) 실학사상(實學思想)을 계승하여 토지제도 개혁이야말로 국가의 세원을 확충하고 백성의 생계를 보장함으로써, 자강(自强, 근대화) 정책의 기본이 된다고 본 애국계몽(愛國啓蒙) 사상가였다. 그는 대지주(大地主)들의 토지소유욕을 포기하게 하는 감조론(減租論)을 통해서 사전(私田)의 국유화(國有化)를 점진적으로 실현함으로써 정전제(井田制)의 이상을 펼치고자 했는데, 이는 그의 토지공유론(土地公有論)에 입각한 것이었다. 이기는 1899년 대한제국의 양전사업(量田事業)에 직접 참여한 경험을 토대로, 진전(陳田) 개간 및 이를 통한 지세(地稅) 확보의 중요성을 누구보다 잘 알고 있었으므로, 1904년 일제의 황무지 개척권(荒蕪地開拓權) 요구에 격렬한 반대의 상소를 4차례나 개진함으로써 보안회(保安會)와 함께 전국적인 언론투쟁을 전개하여 마침내 일제의 야욕을 일시적으로나마 꺾을 수 있었다. 이기는 고조선(古朝鮮)으로부터 시작하여 고구려(高句麗), 발해(渤海) 시대에 이르기까지 만주(滿洲)지역의 대부분이 우리 민족의 생활터전이었다는 상고사(上古史) 인식에 기반하여, 간도(間島)를 포함한 만주 전체가 우리의 영토(領土)로 회복되어야 마땅하다는 의식을 갖고 있었다. 이에 입각하여 그는 현명한 간도관리사(間島管理使)의 지속적 파견을 정부에 촉구했고, 러일전쟁에서 일본이 러시아를 이길 경우 일본을 설득하여 러시아가 차지했던 만주를 한, 중, 일 삼국이 균분(均分)하자는 견해를 제기하기도 했는데, 이는 자강론(自强論)에 입각한 대내적 국토관의 대외적 표출이라고 할 수 있다. Yi-ki(李沂, 1848~1909) a patriotic journalist thought that the reformation of the land system is the basic policy of self-powerful country, bringing about the expansion of the source of tax revenue and the secure the livelihood of national citizen. He succeeded the physiocratism of realistic school. He tried to nationalize the privately-owned land gradually through the reducing rent meaning the forsaking of the possessiveness for land by big landowners, and so he might realize the ideal land-owning system Jeong-Jeon-Je(井田制) based on the theory of public sharing the land. He recognized well the importance of making sure of the rent than any other through his experience of participating in the national land survey in 1899. So he eventually frustrated temporally the imperial Japanese intention of getting the right of cultivating the waste land in Korea, by four times handing in the petition of opposing the intention in 1904, fighting together Bo-An-Hoi(保安會) through taking effective nationwide public opinion movement. He thought that the recovering of Manchurian territoy containing the province of Gan-Do(間島) by Korea is very rightful, for he had the understanding of the Korean ancient history that the territory was living land of Korean ancestors from the period of Gojoseon(古朝鮮) to the time of Goguryeo(高句麗) and Balhae(渤海). So he urged the continual dispatch of smart officer of managing the province of Gan-Do and he expressed his opinion on the trisection of Manchurian territoy (滿洲三分論) by the three countries Korea, China and Japan, it should come true by persuading the Japanese when they defeated the Russian through the Japanese-Russian War. This opinion was the external expression of his internal recognition of national land based on the theory of self-powerful country.
