        소프트 컴퓨팅기술을 이용한 원격탐사 다중 분광 이미지 데이터의 분류에 관한 연구 -Rough 집합을 중심으로

        Processing techniques of remote sensed image data using computer have been recognized very necessary techniques to all social fields, such as, environmental observation, land cultivation, resource investigation, military trend grasp and agricultural product estimation, etc. Especially, accurate classification and analysis to remote sensed image da are important elements that can determine reliability of remote sensed image data processing systems, and many researches have been processed to improve these accuracy of classification and analysis. Traditionally, remote sensed image data processing systems have been processed 2 or 3 selected bands in multiple bands, in this time, their selection criterions are statistical separability or wavelength properties. But, it have be bring up the necessity of bands selection method by data distribution characteristics than traditional bands selection by wavelength properties or statistical separability. Because data sensing environments change from multispectral environments to hyperspectral environments. In this paper for efficient data classification in multispectral bands environment, a band feature extraction method using the Rough sets theory is proposed. First, we make a look up table from training data, and analyze the properties of experimental multispectral image data, then select the efficient band using indiscernibility relation of Rough set theory from analysis results. Proposed method is applied to LANDSAT TM data on 2 June 1992. From this, we show clustering trends that similar to traditional band selection results by wavelength properties, from this, we verify that can use the proposed method that centered on data properties to select the efficient bands, though data sensing environment change to hyperspectral band environments.

      • 디지털 라이브러리와 가상교육시스템의 자원 공유 방법에 대한 연구

        최근 웹 기반 가상교육시스템과 디지털 라이브러리에 대한 관심이 매우 고조되고 있다. 웹 기반가상교육시스템은 교사와 학습자가 인터넷을 이용하여 온라인 상에서 대화하는 시스템을 말한다. 이에 대해 디지털 라이브러리 시스템은 컴퓨터 시스템과 온라인 네트웍 시스템에 의한 도서 정보검색 시스템이다. 이 두 시스템은 여러 가지 측면에서 공통점을 갖고 있음에도 불구하고 그들은 서로 별개로 연구되어 왔고, 실제로 시스템 구축 측면에서도 그렇다. 컴퓨터 시스템의 소프트 자원측면에서의 이미지는 가상교육시스템과 디지털 라이브러리 시스템 모두에게 중요한 요소이다. 이와 같은 두 시스템의 독립적인 개발은 개발 시간과 비용 측면에서 큰 오버 헤드를 초래한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 디지털 라이브러리와 가상교육시스템에서 공유하는 이미지 자원에 대한 공유방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해서 이미지 데이터에 대한 객체 속성을 정의한다. 이를 통해 가상교육시스템과 디지털 라이브러리 시스템에서 이미지 자원을 공유할 수 있는지 여부를 타진한다. Recently, we made a big point of web based cyber education systems and digital library systems. Web based cyber education system is the system that teachers and students communicate for on-line learning by Internet. Digital library is the book information retrieval system by on-line network and computer system. Although these two systems have various something in common, they had been researched independently, real system had been built, also. Image components as soft resource are very important components of cyber education systems and digital library systems. But, independent development of these two systems include too much overhead view point of cost and time for developing. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the method that can share the image resource between digital library systems and cyber education systems. For this, we will define object attributes of image data. Finally, we validate whether cyber education system and digital library can share the image resource each other or not.

        다양한 퍼지 환경을 갖는 지능형 교수 시스템의 학습 성취도 평가 모듈 설계

        By decreasing in CPU price and development of computer assembling technology, personal computer fake a good chance to accelerate its supply. Recently, as being introduced new computing technology so called multi media, teaming assist system which is based on single media such as studying book, cassette tape, video tape, or something else is rapidly being replaced by new assist education system based on multi media in which it is operated by the personal computer. In the computer assist education system, there is an evaluation module which appraise learner's study level into the next study strategy. At the view of this point, this part is very important. In this part, there are some factors like Importance, complexity, or difficulty which commonly include fuzzy factors in our surrounding. But until now, we are still out of the level to handle the evaluation module adequately among the some studies. In this study, we would like to suggest a new module that evaluate learning achievement of ICAI which have a variety of fuzzy environment. We combine Independent fuzzy environment like importance, complexity, difficulty into making total evaluation of learner's achievement. By the result, with expressing by linguistic form, this study can provide the theoretical basis in which we will be able to carry out sentence toward evaluation among elementary school.

        러프 집합에서의 식별 불능 관계를 이용한 다중 분광 이미지 데이터의 밴드 분류

        Traditionally, classification of remote sensed image data is one of the important works for image data analysis procedure. So, many researchers have been devoted their endeavor to increasing accuracy of analysis, also, many classification algorithms have been proposed. In this paper, we propose new bands selection method for multispectral bands of remote sensed image data that use rough set theory. Using indiscernibility relations in rough sets, we show that can select the efficient bands of multispectral image data, automatically.

        Cyber education system service is in the field of software service which is highlighted after the latter half of 1990'. But the progress of this service is impeded by the lack of back office which contributes to the evaluation of learning achievement and the management of learning progress. This article points out the problem of current back office which is the most important in the cyber education system, and focuses on the new intelligent learning achievement evaluation module. First, we define the cause and effect between the learning stages using by fuzzy implication which is the important part of fuzzy theory. Next, we suggest the model which generates the results of the learning achievement evaluation. This model, suggested by this article, may contribute to the development of the cyber education system by improving the current on-line education service.
