詠物詩 題目의 작품 속 노출 여부에 대한 小考 - 이규보 한시를 중심으로 -

영물시에서는 제재가 바로 제목인 경우가 대부분이다. 제재는 제목에만 밝혀 두고, 시 본문에서는 그 제목 글자를 일체 드러내지 않는 것이 영물시의 전통 수법이라고 여겨지기도 한다. 이러한 기법은 ‘影略句法’이라고 불렸고, 일본의 시화 「諸體詩則」에서는 ‘一字題忌題字出詩中說’라고 하여, 이에 대해서 구체적으로 다루며, 타당한 규칙으로 받아들였다. 시론서 詩法要標에서는 이러한 기법을 ‘暗例’라고 지칭하고, 이와 반대로, 시에서 제목을 그대로 노출시켜서 제재를 그대로 알 수 있도록 하는 기법을 ‘明例’라고 하였다. 이규보의 영물시에서 이러한 기법의 활용을 조사해보면, ‘暗例’의 시가 훨씬 두드러지게 나타난다. 영물시에서 제재를 그대로 시 내용에 드러내면, 시는 단조롭기 쉽다. 그러므로, 이를 피하는 것은 시어로서 자연스런 현상이다. 또 암례의 기법을 활용하면, 시를 읽으면서 수수께끼를 대하는 듯한 즐거움과 감동을 받을 수 있다. 하지만, ‘名例’의 詩도 분명 찾을 수 있다. 시인이 모습과 일체화된 것이 아닌, 새로운 접근으로서 제재를 받아들이는 방법 등은 名例의 시를 가능케 한다. 따라서 영물시 본문에서 그 제목 글자를 일체 드러내지 않아야 한다는 규칙을 보편적인 한시의 작법으로 보는 견해는 무리가 있다. Hospital Wireless Local Area Network-Based Tracking System

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to develop a prototype wireless local area network (LAN)-based tracking system and evaluate its efficacy. Methods: A wireless LAN-based tracking system was developed with a personal digital assistant (PDA) having a simple text messaging function and a prototype stand-alone tracking device. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the tracking system was performed in two ways. Twenty-five messages were sent to nurses by direct communication and 46 messages were sent by the wireless system. Thirty cases by nurses and 30 cases by the wireless system to locate hospital equipment were performed. The time required to transfer messages and to locate equipment was measured and analyzed with a Mann-Whitney test and a paired t-test, respectively. Results: The mean time required to transfer messages by direct communication and by the wireless system were 37.92 ± 19.19 seconds and 30.65 ± 9.80 seconds, respectively which were not statistically different (p = 0.108). The mean time required to locate equipment by the nurses and by the wireless system was 234.00 ± 59.99 and 23.97 ± 6.17 seconds, respectively which was statistically different (p < 0.001). Conclusions: The wireless LAN-based tracking system can save time for nurses to communicate and to check for the location of equipment in wards which allows nurses to spend more time and attention to patient care and safety.

Quantification has been used as a methodology to explain phenomena or current status of various fields of humanities and social science since the 1970’s. The purpose of this study is to introduce the quantification technique to the analysis of Five Elements in Saju to examine how they shall be corcerned to the character, aptitude, and health. The analytical method can be effectively applied to education or human management area in various fields when systematized through the quantification of the Eight Letters of the Saju of Destiny by following current trend; anyone can easily find out the Eight Letters of the Saju of Destiny by using the perpetual calendar app. To achieve the purpose of this study, the classics in Myungli Science on the characteristics of yin and yang, characteristics of each of the Five Elements, and capabilities of each letter of the Saju according to their position were analyzed in modern viewpoint. Also, the capabilities of the Five Elements in each letter are quantified by giving 20 points to the main letter and 80 points to other seven letters according to their position so that the total comes to 100 points. As quantified figures, each of the Five Elements were divided into Nothingness, Declination, Stability, Prosperity, and Extreme Prosperity. For the character, the characteristics of Nothingness, Declination, Prosperity, and Extreme Prosperity of each of the Five Elements were integrated with the tendency of the main letter and for aptitude, the characteristics were manifested mainly around the prospering or extremely prospering element. For health, seven types to pay attention to in accordance with the prosperity and declination of capabilities in each of the Five Elements were classified and related examples were given. It is to be wished that this study raises interest in and understanding of the Myungli Science and becomes an opportunity to utilize its features usefully in various fields.

2017년 대한민국 영상의학검사 원격판독의 실태: 수련병원 및 원격판독기관 설문조사와 인터뷰

Purpose Teleradiology has been widely used nationwide in various ways. In order to prepare a guideline, it was recognized that a survey on the actual condition of teleradiology in Korea was necessary. Materials and Methods The questionnaires were administered to training hospitals. Interviews were also conducted with teleradiology centers and teleradiologists. The bid records of Government e-Procurement System (Narajangteo) was examined. Results The main reason for requesting teleradiology was manpower shortage. The contracts were made on a per-case basis and all were interpreted with the reading radiolgists’ names on the report. The report seemed to be delivered timely and access to clinical information was possible in some cases. The teleradiology fees collected from the e-procurement system were lower than those from other subjects, which is thought to be the result of the lowest bid method. Conclusion Guidelines for teleradiology should be developed on legitimate interpretations. In addition, continuous efforts to solve the problem of quality deterioration of teleradiology will be needed. 목적 원격판독은 다양한 방법으로 전국적으로 광범위하게 시행되고 있다. 원격판독에 대한학회의 입장과 방향을 제시하기에 앞서 우선적으로 원격판독에 대한 실태 조사가 필요하다는 인식이 있었고, 이에 본 연구를 진행하게 되었다. 대상과 방법 수련기관을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 원격판독기관, 원격판독의를 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 또한 공공의료기관에서의 원격판독에 대한 최저가 입찰의 실태를 알아보기 위해 나라장터의 입찰기록을 조사하였다. 결과 원격판독을 의뢰하는 주된 이유는 인력부족이었다. 계약 조건은 모두 건당 계약이었으며 모두 실명으로 판독하였다. 판독의 적시성은 확보된 것으로 보이며 임상정보에 대한 접근은 일부에서만 가능하였다. 나라장터에서 조사된 원격판독료는 다른 방식으로 조사된 원격판독료보다 낮았으며 이는 최저가 입찰 방식의 결과로 생각된다. 결론 원격판독에 대한 학회의 가이드라인이 명확한 법적 유권해석을 바탕으로 만들어져야하며, 원격판독의 질적 저하의 문제를 해결하기 위한 학회 차원의 지속적인 노력이 필요할것이다.

So, 『춘추(Chunchu)』, 『역경(Eokyung)』, 『논어(Nonye)』, 『맹자(Maeja)』, 『장자(Jangja)』, 『조선왕조실록(Annals of the Joseon Dynasty)』, and looked at the nature of the ‘shamanism’ appeared. The nature of the ‘shamanism’ appeared in these documents vary and could have a ‘shaman’ is a concept and similarities in circulation. However, other factors that have been found to also. They never did this not as thorough analysis on the different characteristics, a more detailed review is also required in addition says. Analysis of the data also need to be addressed more broadly.

가상현실(VR)과 기술(Tech)의 인문학적 고찰

가상현실은 인간의 역사를 바꿀 수 있는, 실로 혁명적인 기술이 될 수 있다. 이 세기 들어 집중적으로 개발되고 발전하고 있는 이 기술은 많은 관심과 투자를 받고 있다. 현재의 기술력으로는 만족할 만한 가상현실을 만들어내지 못하고 있다. 따라서 가상현실 관련 기술 동향을 살펴보고, 가상현실 기술을 전면적으로 바꿀 수 있는 아이디어를 제시하고자 한다. 가상현실을 생각하면서 영화 매트릭스를 떠올렸다. 매트릭스의 가상 세계를 떠올리고, 플라톤의 ‘시뮬라크르의 세계’를 떠올리고, 장주의 ‘호접몽’을 떠올렸다. 더불어 괴안국 설화와 조신몽 등의 고전설화도 같이 연상되었다. 결국 고전에 내비쳐진 이러한 사고가 가상현실로 연결되는 것이다. 또 가상현실의 부족한 기술력을 답답해 하면서, 매트릭스의 세계에서 구현한 가상세계가 어떻게 이루어졌는가를 생각했다. 매트릭스에서 구현된 가상세계는 모든 세계가 코드로 이루어졌고, 코드를 직접 뇌에 투사해서 이루어지는 방식이었다. 현재의 ‘가상현실 기술도 뇌에 조작하는 방식으로 이루어지면 가능하지 않을까?’라는 생각을 했다. 이러한 아이디어를 글로 구성하자고 시도해보았다. Virtual reality can be a truly revolutionary technology that can change human history. This technology, which has been intensively developed and developed in this century, is receiving a lot of attention and investment. Current technology has not been able to create satisfactory virtual reality. Therefore, I would like to look at the technology trends related to virtual reality and present ideas that can completely change virtual reality technology. When I think of virtual reality, I think of the movie The Matrix. I remembered the virtual world of the Matrix, Plato’s ‘World of Simulacrum’, and Zhang Joo’s ‘Phalaenopsis Dream’. In addition, classical legends such as the legend of Goean-guk and Jo Sin-mong were reminiscent of the same. In the end, these thoughts revealed in the classics are connected to virtual reality. Also, frustrated by the lack of technology in virtual reality, I thought about how the virtual world embodied in the world of the Matrix was made. The virtual world implemented in the Matrix was a method in which all the worlds were made of codes, and the codes were directly projected onto the brain. I thought, ‘Isn’t it possible if the current virtual reality technology is done by manipulating the brain?’ I tried to compose these ideas in writing.
