대학생 아르바이트의 감정노동 특성이 스트레스와 직무만족에 미치는 영향

Purpose The purpose is to empirically investigate the effects of emotional labor characteristics on the job of part-time college students and to suggest improvement in the work environment. Methods The survey was conducted on part-time college students, and statistical analysis and hypothesis verification were conducted. The results of the study areas follows. Results First, the surface acting of emotional labor showed the highest score of 3.70/5.0, followed by job stress, job satisfaction, and deep acting. Second, It was found that working hours had a negative(-) effect on deep acting, and the frequency of face-to-face with customers had a positive(+) effect on surface acting. Third, deep acting has a positive(+) effect on job satisfaction, surface acting has a positive(+) effect on job stress, and job stress has a negative(-) effect on job satisfaction. Conclusion The purpose of university student part-time jobs is financial, but there are also career exploration, career accumulation, and social improvement. And above all, the emotional labor issue requires support from social awareness, related laws, and social institutions. This study presents basic data because the number of samples is not sufficient to analyze with the structural model, and the related previous studies are also lacking.
조직메타인지와 긍정심리자본의 동적역량 및 조직성과와의 관계연구

This study aims to investigate the relation between organizational metacognition, positive psychological capital, dynamic capabilities and organizational performance in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Precedence factors includes organizational metacognition and positive psychological capital. The metacognition was generally studied in the personal learning area. This study expanded the area to an organizational area based on interviewing experts and previous researches. This research was conducted in the form of a questionnaire, with data gathered from 415 workers in Korean small and medium-sized enterprises. To achieve the purpose of this research, the hypothesis is set as follows: First, organizational metacogniztion will have a positive impact on dynamic capabilities. Second, positive psychological capital will have a positive impact on dynamic capabilities. Third, dynamic capabilities will have a positive impact on business performance. The results of the analysis reveal that both organizational metacogniztion and positive psychological capital positively contribute to dynamic capabilities, assimilation exploitaion capabilities and the absorptive transformation capability. Absorptive transformation capability of dynamic capabilities has an positive effect on only business performance. However, assimilation exploitaion capabilities is proven to have a positive effect on both the business performance and creativity.
