The purposes of this study were to identify point makeup purchasing and using behavior according to the personal color awareness. Most women considered their favorite color first when purchasing lipsticks and skin color when purchasing cheek powder or foundation. They considered makeup concept first when applying lipsticks, eye shadows, and cheek powder but skin color applying foundations and manicures. Factors of personal color awareness were preferences & utilization awareness, other`s advice, and direct awareness, and were segmented into PC intermediate group, high PC group, and PC retard group. PC intermediate group were in the late 20`s and the early 30`s, average incomes with high education, and patronized discount stores for point makeups, used fashion color as a criterion when selecting lipsticks, foundations, and manicures, apparel color when applying eye shadows, skin color when applying cheek creams, and preferred imported lipsticks and manicures. High PC group were among unmarried women in the early 20`s, university students, high income households with medium level of pocket money, spent more for point makeup, and patronized department stores and internet shopping mall, used skin color or fashion color as criteria when selecting point makeup, referenced makeup concept when applying point makeup, preferred imported point makeup. PC retard group were among married women in the late 30`s with low education and low income, spent less for point makeup and pocket money, and selected domestic point makeup, used their favorite color as a criterion when selecting point makeups and apparel color when applying lipsticks and cheek creams.

Based on the master plan, this study classified Wonju-si into five major regions and 19 areas by analyzing its night characteristics and deduced problems by analyzing quantitative light distribution of major points at the regions and areas through the measurement of illuminance and luminance and by surveying people’s awareness. To develop eco-friendly night environment image of Wonju, Woju’s identify was to be created by the planning for the 19 area and improvements for each type. Additionally, detailed items for maintenance were suggested by classifying them into illuminance, color temperature, luminance, lighting display, lighting time, light distribution type, and so forth.
Phytophthora species 의 분자유전학적 분류 및 RAPD fingerprinting 을 이용한 P . infestans - specific 분자마커의 선발

Taxonomic and genetic analysis of Phytophthora species belonging to six different morphological groups (GI, GII, GIII, GIV, GV, GVI) was conducted using RAPD method. Amplified fragments ranged 0.3∼3.2 kb in their molecular weights. Among total of 145 bands, there were 109 polymorphic bands Seven isolates of P. infestans showed high similarities of 0.92∼0.99, and P. infestans isolate 3 from potato showed similarities of 0.93∼0.95 compared with other P. infestans. Among isolates of P. capsici, similarities of 0.77∼0.86 were observed and they were grouped in 80% level. P. cinnamomi and P. cryptogea isolates which belonging to group GVI showed very similar RAPD fingerprinting pattern. Primers OPA-04, OPA-17, OPA-18, OPA-19, and OPB-12 showed high level of differences among the tested isolates in major bands and molecular weights. The similarity between the isolates was 0.67. P. megasperma and P. sojae in group GV showed similarity of 0.65. These two isolates showed big differences in single major band in reactions with primers OPA-08, OPA-17, and OPA-19. Phytophthora-specific and P. infestans-specific molecular markers were also selected with one of the random primers tested. In reaction with primer OPA-20, all the genus Phytophthora showed common band at 600 bp, and all the P. infestans isolates showed specific band at 680 bp. These markers can be useful far identification of Phytophthora speices or P. infestans. As a result, P. infestans isolated from tomato and/or potato can easily be differentiated from other Phytophthora species with this primer.
