Accompanied with the industrial development, and enlarging and heightening buildings, building equipments are also enlarging. These changes are serious to the cause of structure noises. The Floating Floor System which uses the soft foam polyurethane are becoming popular in construction areas for its short construction period and well vibration proof ability, hence it is becoming wide in the marketing volume. We were able to enhance the physical characteristics of the vibration proof polyurethane mat with this study. As a result, we were also able to secure material competitiveness by meeting the requirements of customer satisfaction through enhancement in estimated material lifetime and physical characteristics.

With the development of public transportation, the use of subways as a means of transportation in the city center is increasing, so that vibrations and structural noises are emerging as a new environmental issues. This study can be used as a basis for research on subway safety and shock mitigation by applying vibration-proof mat.

Along with industrial development, various architectural structures have become bigger and higher, leading to an expansion in the size and capacity of construction equipment. And with the development of public transportation, the use of subways as a means of transportation in the city center is increasing, so that vibrations and structural noises are emerging as a new environmental issue. Considering that architectural structures may be used from several decades to hundreds of years after the time of construction, they can be seen as semi-permanent. Due to changes in the vibration-proof polyurethane mats installed in the foundation of these structures, settling may occur and vibration reduction may become inadequate. Therefore, in view of service life, it is necessary to have a high-level standard of reliability and stability. In accordance with this, the Floating Floor System, which uses soft polyurethane foam and can be constructed within a relatively short period of time, has excellent vibration resistant characteristics. It is presented as a great alternative solution to the issue of vibrations caused by subways, railways and building structures. At present, vibration-proof polyurethane mats have been developed up to the same product level as in other advanced countries. However, in the construction of structure foundations, the physical properties of this product and its shape incur changes. If they are installed as such in the structure of a building, it may cause significant impact on stability, requiring that this cause be urgently identified and improved.

SBY-Ⅲ이 비만 및 비만 후 식이조절 흰쥐에 미치는 영향

Objectives : This experimental study was designed to investigate the effect of SBY-Ⅲ extract on the weight, cell size of epididymal fat-pad, fat accumulation area in liver, serum lipid level and UCP1 mRNA in brown adipose tissue of high fat diet-fed obese rats continued by high fat diet and regulated by normal Diet Methods : The body weight gain, weight of the internal organs(epididyrmis, liver, brown adipose tissue), insulin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, total lipid, free fatty acid, expression of UCP1 mRNA were measured in high fat diet-fed obese rats continued by high fat diet and regulated by normal diet. The experimental study are divided into exp-Ⅰand exp-Ⅱ. Each study was adminstered normal diet, high fat diet and SBY-Ⅲ according to each situation. Normal group is normal diet for 8 weeks. Exp-Ⅰ are divided into control group(high fat diet for 8 weeks) and sample group(high fat diet for 8 weeks and SBY-Ⅲ for last 2 weeks). Exp-Ⅱ are divived into control group(high fat diet for 6 weeks and normal diet for 2 weeks) and sample group(high fat diet for 6 weeks and normal diet with SBY-Ⅲ for 2 weeks). These were then compared mutually. Results : 1. Irrespective of diet control, sample group taken SBY-Ⅲ showed the more effective decrease of weight gain than control group and diet control-fed sample group with SBY-Ⅲ showed the more effective decrease of weight loss including weight gain than control group. 2. Irrespective of diet control, sample group taken SBY-Ⅲ showed the more effective decrease cell size of epididymal fat-pad, fat accumulation area in liver than control group. 3. Non diet control-fed sample group taken SBY-Ⅲ showed the more effective decrease of serum triglyceride, total lipid, free fatty acid than control group and diet control-fed sample group taken SBY-Ⅲ showed the decrease of serum triglyceride, free fatty acid than control group. 4. Only diet control-fed sample group taken SBY-Ⅲ showed the decrease of UCP1 volume. Conclusions : These results shows that SBY-Ⅲ has effects on anti-obesity, especially keeping pace with diet control.

This research paper is part of a transformation proposal for ministry of defense. The analysis was focused on decision making process for critical policies of higher military command structure (joing/combinded military organization), and these were studies in light of path dependency of institutionalism. Implemented institutions are not designed to regulate individual actions, but they provide means of limiting them. Therefore, institutions not only establish policies and limit government`s capacity for execution, but also regulate concerned individual. Once established, the institutions tend to retain its inflexibility despite the decisive change in the circumstances, also known as ``path dependency in historical institutionalism``. In the military policies transforming process, military command and administration are not critical to higher military command structure.
