The purpose of this study is to suggest a helping decision factor of logistics information system outsourcing, to analyze information system outsourcing patterns. On the basis of extant research findings, this study attempts to make a framework, which consists of several decision factor to logistics information system outsourcing. And based on a strategic model conducted previously in study and tries to find efficient procurement strategies of system. On the basis of previous study, applied of model to the our given conditions of Logistics Information Systems and analyzed the procurement strategies. Their independent variables are organizational internal factors, transaction characteristic factors, risk factors, supplier competitive advantage, and subordinate variables are original functions, connecting functions logistics information system outsourcing. The contents so far comprehensively analyzed and they compared with the relate theory and precedented research, the model to the determining factors of information system outsourcing presented by the precedented research of this study is appropriate and its results seems to be valid. The studies for logistics information system outsourcing is a few because the outsourcing of logistics information system is still unfamiliar with and is being introduced in Korea, and the most important accomplishment of this study is to present efficient strategies in the outsourcing for logistics Information Systems. In long run view, the outsourcing of logistics information system can be considered as the important strategy in accomplishing the company`s competitive advantage, and additional studies are expected to be increased. Also nowadays companies are getting dependent upon outsourcing even the upper stream of their activities on System Life Cycle, far differently from the past.

The current distribution requires multi quality goods but only produce little foods ~ frequency by the diversification and advancement of production marketing activities. Due to these factors, the increase of the distribution cost is th point at issue. Therefore, the korean government suggests unit load drive including palletization as a measure which increases distribution efficiency, and places emphasis on the importance of standardization. In addition, since 1993, with regard to the study on what kind of standardization should be formed, the korean government has reviewed this question : $quot;How should the standardization be made, and when?$quot;, and has took its course of the future standardization of distribution.
