        점도변화에 따른 바닥 오염물질의 미끄러짐 저항 특성

        While there is no standards on slip risk for contaminants on surface, glycerol is described in standard contaminant for measuring coefficient of friction (COF) and slip resistance such as ISO 13287, But that is just used to measure the slip resistance of surface materials and shoes not to evaluate the contaminant materials, Therefore the objective of this study was to find out the relationship between standard contaminant and the contaminants used usually at the workplaces. For this, some measurement criteria were acquired from the analysis based on biomechanics and kinetics of human gait during slips. The slip resistance according to viscosity of the contaminants was measured applying the criteria and slip probability was determined by the gait analysis. Some factors which should be considered when measuring the slip resistance were identified. The velocity, acceleration, contact time and contact pressure should be 1 m/sec, 10 m/sec2, 350kPa and less than 0.5sec respectively. The variation of viscosity according to temperature for working oils was different from that of standard contaminant. The static coefficient of friction (SCOF) of working oils was almost 0.5 times as large as the SCOF of standard contaminant. So it was assumed to be difficult to compare the contaminants at the workplaces with the glycerol as a standard contaminant for estimating the slip risk.

      • 안진(眼診)을 통한 허실(虛實) 평가 및 신뢰도 연구

        Objectives Visual inspection is the first diagnostic method in Oriental medicine, and visual inspection of eyes is the one among them. This study was written in order to complement further understanding on visual inspection of eyes. Methods 1. Out of 102 photographs submitted to the Society of HyungSang Medicine in 2009, 27 portrait pictures were selected as samples in blind by 2 clinicians. The samples were copied to make 54 sample pictures, and then randomly assigned to 4 clinicians. 2. The 4 clinicians evaluated the 54 samples for excess and deficiency of the eyes. The results were recorded as 5-points-scale, and their average and standard deviation was calculated. 3. Intra and inter class reliability test were measured using SPSS 13. Results For intra- and inter-class correlation coefficient (ICC) values were measured as 0.654~0.967 and 0.756~ 0.783 respectively, with the P-value below 0.05. Out of 27 originally selected samples, 7 pictures were selected as Deficiency Samples (with 3 pictures of male and 4 of females), and 20 as Excess Samples (with 4 of male and 16 of female). Among them, Sample No. 1, 9, 22, and 26 were selected as models of `Excessive Eyes` for females, no. 4 and 5 as `Very Excessive Eyes` for male and females, and no. 15 as `Moderate Eyes` for females. Conclusion This study is the first attempt of quantitative measurement of excess and deficiency using the Visual Inspection of eyes by the visual inspection experts. Still, additional studies are needed regarding the relationship visual inspection methods have with existing standards of diagnosis.

      • 안진(眼診) 설문지 개발 및 안진(眼診) 설문의 허실(虛實) 연관성 연구

        Objectives Eyes, one of visual inspection regions, present important clues to pathological patterns including deficiency and excess patterns to the clinicians. The purpose of this study was to develop Eyes Inspection Questionnaire (EIQ) and to examine which items among the EIQ were more predictive of clinicians` determination for the deficiency and excess patterns. Methods Nine questionnaire items for Visual Inspection of Eyes were extracted through the literature review. These items were presented to the 4 Korean medical doctors who are specialized in visual inspection to conduct the Delphi method. The Korean medical doctors were asked to rate the importance of each items for the corresponding Visual Inspection of Eyes, using a Likert 5-point scale(the 3 points of importance as a cut-off point). Then, out of 75 photographs submitted to the Society of HyungSang Medicine in 2009, 30 portrait pictures were selected as samples. The samples were copied to make 60 sample pictures, and then randomly assigned to 4 clinicians. The 4 clinicians evaluated the 60 samples for excess and deficiency of the eyes and were asked to check the 6 questionnaire items. The results were recorded as 5-points-scale, and their average and standard deviations were calculated. Intra- class reliability test and multi regression test were performed using SPSS 13. Results Intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC) was between 0.750 to 0.841 (P<0.05). Indices for visual inspection of the eyes were: endowment of the bone structure around the eyes; brightness of the eyes; upward deviation of the eyes; eye shapes; and definition of iris. 76.92% of deficiency symptom patterns and 86.42% of the excess symptom patterns matched the patterns predicted by the visual inspection of the eyes, according to the frequency analysis. According to the multiple regression analysis, < Brightness of the eyes > were significantly related to the excessive symptoms, and < downward deviation of the eyes > to the deficiency symptoms. Conclusion This study is the first attempt of development for checklist of excess and deficiency of Visual Inspection of Eyes and quantitative measurement of excess and deficiency using the Visual Inspection of Eyes by the visual inspection experts. Still, additional studies are needed regarding the relationship visual inspection methods have with existing standards of diagnosis.

        인간의 보행 및 미끄러짐 특성에 기반한 끌기형 미끄러짐 저항 측정 조건

        This study was performed to find out the measurement criteria of slip resistance from analysis of human gait and slips. Many kinds of slip resistance testers were developed based on mechanical friction testers. But, there are, as yet, no unambiguous slip resistance measurement methodologies and generally accepted safety criteria or safety thresholds for estimating slipping hazard exposures, Also, there are variety of measuring conditions between those testers, The measurement criteria should be tested within the range of human slipping conditions observed in biomechanical studies, It`s results should clearly consider whether the devices reflect the human slipping conditions. In this study a dragsled type friction tester, which was constructed in accordance with ISO 15133 basically, was used. Test conditions were set in order to determine the range of measurement criteria. It is shown that drag velocity should be more than 1 m/s, acceleration be more than 10 m/s2, contact time be less than 0.1sec, and contact pressure be within 350~400kPa.

        Objectives Seven Emotions consist of Joy(喜), Anger(怒), Anxiety(憂), Thought(思), Sorrow(悲), Fear(恐), Fright(驚). If Seven Emotions are excessive, their extreme mental stimulations cause physical illness. The aim of the research is to make a proposal on the concept of Seven Emotions by a statistical comparison between guibi-tang questionnaire and health related questionnaires. Methods We studied the similarities among three factors of guibi-tang questionnaire and three health related questionnaires(subjective symptoms of fatigue test, beck depression inventory, state-trait anxiety inventory, etc.) using multidimensional scaling. Results and Conclusions 1. Physical-Emotion Dimension and Chronic-Acute Dimension were labelled in two-dimensional solution 2. Seven Emotions and Fatigue have a high correlation. 3. Seven Emotions and Trait-Anxiety have a high correlation.

      • 귀비탕변증설문지(歸脾湯辨證設問紙)의 신뢰도(信賴度) 타당도(妥當度) 연구(硏究)

        Background and purpose : We previously developed questionnaire of Guibi-tang symtom on the Delphi method through the pathogenesis analysis. But developed a questionnaire was not verified in the clinical. So, to ensure objectivity, quantification and validity, verification is needed for questionnaire items before applying a clinical. On this study, we looked at whether questionnaire items had been validity in the clinical. Methods : Participants of this study were outpatients in eleven clinics. The resources were collected from 200 patients. SPSS 15.0 for Windows was used for statistical analysis : reliability analysis, factor analysis were used to verify the results Results and Conclusions : 16 items were selected through reliability analysis perforfed on about 22 items. After factor analysis, we have four component. Veryfy research of the Guibi-tang Patternization Questionnaire is needed in the future. Also I think that research should proceed about a lot of people.

      • 병인론적(病因論的) 분석(分析)에 의한 평위산변증설문지(平胃散辨證設問紙)의 신뢰도(信賴度) 타당도(妥當度) 연구(硏究)

        Objectives: Pathogenesis treats cause of disease. Pyungweesan is pathogenic prescription of indi-gestion. This study researched for developing questionnaire of prescribing pyungweesan. Methods: Korean medical doctor classified the patients into two group, pyungweesan symptom group and non pyungweesan symptom group. After that, each group responsed to the questionnaire. We tested for both the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. For validity test, we compared the sum, average and standard deviation of 20 items of pyungweesan symptom group with those of non-pyungweesan symptom group through independent sample t-test. For reliability test, we computerized crohnbach`s a value of the items. Results: The developed questionnaire showed remarkable reliability. (Cronbach`s a =0.854) There were a significant differences on the sum of the 20 items and each 19 item`s average and standard deviation, except 1 item; Do you have an irregular discharge from the womb? Conclusions: Based on the results of the above analysis, the korean medical doctor will make an effort to apply the pyungweesan questionnaire clinically. In the future, the additional research is needed.

      • LPG 전자 제어 연료 분사 시스템 개발

        In recent, LPG vehicle and CNG vehicle attract strong attention instead of conventional vehicles, which is pointed out as the origin of air pollution in large cities. For LPG vehicles discharge less harmful exhaust gas than gasoline vehicles. So far, the decrease of the harmful exhaust gas in gasoline vehicles is accomplished with the newly fuel supply system, that is , the electronic control fuel supply system, which was developed, after the conventional carburetor and the feed back carburetor. The objective of this study is to develope electonic control fuel injection system for LPG engines. It can be done by the use of the electronically controlled injector instead of LPG feed back mixer. The study planned as three year research. The first year research emphasized on the acquistion of basic data, which are review of the LPG fuel supply systems, the performance test of the gasolin injector and the design of the LPG fuel injector.
