        무기체계 통합시뮬레이션 소프트웨어의 품질 속성 검토

        This paper describes the quality attributes of an integrated simulation software for weapon systems named Advanced distributed simulation environment(AddSIM). AddSIM is developed as a key enabler for Defense Modeling & Simulation(M&S) systems which simulate battlefields and used for battle experiments, analyses, military exercises, training, etc. AddSIM shall provide a standard simulation framework of the next Defense M&S systems. Therefore AddSIM shall satisfy not only functional but also quality requirements such as availability, modifiability, performance, testability, usability, and others. AddSIM consists of operating softwares of hierarchical components including graphical user interface, simulation engines, and support services(natural environment model, math utility, etc.), and separated weapon system models executable on the operating softwares. The relation between software architectures and their quality attributes are summarized from previous works. And the AddSIM architecture and its achievements in the aspect of quality attributes are reviewed.

        감정평가업자 업태별 업무제한의 문제점

        감정평가업자는 조직의 구성에 따라 감정평가법인과 감정평가사사무소로 구분할 수 있다. 문제는 동일한 국가자격자인 감정평가사라고 하더라도, 어느 조직에 소속되어 있느냐에 따라서 감정평가의 업무범위가 결정된다는 것이다. 기존의 선행연구는 주로 감정평가업자의 업무범위에 대한 감정평가업자와 타 전문자격사의 업무영역 다툼이나 감정평가 업무영역 확장에 초점을 두었다. 이 연구는 감정평가업계의 내부 업태간 업무범위 문제점을 다루었다. 연구의 목적은 감정평가업자 업태간 업무범위의 제한에 대한 문제점을 제기하여 국민의 재산권 보호를 위한 감정평가제도의 내부적 공정성과 감정평가업무의 전문화를 도모하기 위한 것이다. 감정평가의 공정성과 신뢰성은 조직의 비대함으로 달성할 수 있는 것이 아니다. 향후 법정단체인 한국감정평가협회의 역할이 중요하다. 감정평가업계의 전문화와 공정성을 추구하기 위해서는 협회의 공정한 업무배분과 업태간 불공정한 업무범위에 대한 문제점을 개선하는 것이 필요하다. Appraisal business can be divided into appraisal corporations and certified appraiser``s offices by the form of organization. The problem is that the scope of the appraisal work depends on where a appraiser belongs to, even if the same certified appraiser. The earlier studies generally focused on a conflict between appraisal business and other certified public professionals about the work scope of appraisal business or the work expansion of appraisal business area. This study deals with the scope of work between business members in the appraisal business. The purpose of the study is to promote the internal fairness of appraisal system and the specialization of appraisal business by addressing the problems on the restriction of the scope of work by the form of organization scale. After all, this claims that it is not related to expanding organization or solidifying bulky organization of appraisal business if we are to pursue specialization and efficiency of the appraisal work. And it is also necessary part to pursue business expansion externally, to clarify the work ranges with other certified public professionals and to consolidate the essential part of the appraisal business. But, the fairness and reliability of appraisal cannot be achieved by a bloated organization. In future, the role of Korea Association of Property Appraisers is important as a statutory organization. It is necessary to allocate appraisal business work fairly and to overcome the problems of unfair work ranges between appraisal corporations and certified appraiser``s offices for the specialization and fairness in the appraisal business.

        논 문 : 부동산 감정평가서의 신뢰성과 질 향상

        This paper examines the quality of appraisal reports for credibility and impartiality. The purpose of appraisal is to estimate the value of the subject property. The logical analysis and value estimating process should be fully described in appraisal reports. So that, the clients could rely on the credibility of appraisal through more reasonable and understandable appraisal reports. Korean appraisal standards, data element items on foreign appraisal standards and reports, content analysis, and the Supreme Court``s precedents relevant to data element of appraisal reports was analyzed for a logical explanation. There have been few discussions on the research of appraisal reports on quality in Korea. This research is to gain implications for effective methods of appraisal reports writing by analyzing present appraisal standards in Korea and referential articles in Appraisal Journal(USA). These findings are as follows. The analysis from mandatory data element of Korean appraisal standards indicates that Korean appraisal report needs details and logical construction. There are a few suggestions for improvement. Firstly, appraisal reports should be clarified types and details of value in valuation. Secondly, appraisal reports should contain effects of value and its reflecting degree by assumptions and conditions of valuation. Thirdly, appraisal reports should contain analysis details of real estate appraisal principles such as highest and best use, etc.. Morality, professionalism, and impartiality are prerequisite for writing appraisal reports. It is advisable to take the identification of purpose, the concretion of contents, and communicability in writing appraisal reports for credibility into consideration.

        부적법한 부동산의 평가기준

        Real estate environment has continuously changed on account of the variability of social, economic and administrative status as one of the humane characteristics. All of them are factors which can influence property values, and such value determinating factors are the main target to analyse surely in the process of appraisal which is the nature of quest for how value forms and how value produces. This time around, there are legally nonconforming properties by laws legislation or revision placed on them resulting from the changeability of administrative status which can be seen as one of the peculiarity of real estate. These can come in many forms and can affect the land, buildings, or the uses of the property. The highest and best use principle is based on the premise that it is legitimate state under current laws. It raises theoretical and practical questions about how to establish related concepts, where the hierarchy location be, and how final value reflection does on legally nonconforming property by appraisal theory evaluated on the basis of the highest and best use principle about legally nonconforming property. The purpose of this study is to establish a new definition of legally nonconforming property which has yet to be systemized, and is to present the standards of appraisal of legally nonconforming property which has always created challenges in the appraisal process. The results of this study are as follows: It establishes a clear definition of legally nonconforming property. It surveys value analysis in violation of the existing regulations of the building-to-land ratio through case study of legally nonconforming property. Finally, it presents standards of appraisal of legally nonconforming property. The process is for the purpose of solving the disorientation of property appraisers.

        내삽형 부스터 안전 분리를 위한 비행 조건 연구

        내삽행 부스터의 분리 운동 수학모델을 소개하였다. 부스터 분리 운동을 시뮬레이션 하기 위하여 3자유도 2물체 운동모델을 정립하였다. 유도탄과 공기중에 노출되는 부스터 영역의 공력모델을 개발하였다. 그리고, 부스터를 밀어내는 가스발생기도 모델링하였다. 이 모델을 시뮬레이션하기 위하여 유도탄이 부스터 분리과정에서 계속 1g 수평비행 조건을 유지한다는 가정을 세우고, 이를 기반으로 유도탄과 부스터간의 작용력을 분리 단계별로 정의 할 수 있었다. 단계 0: 초기, 단계 1: 선형이동, 단계 2: 자유운동. 이 시뮬레이션을 통하여 부스터를 안전하게 분리할 수 있는 유도탄의 마하수 및 고도의 범위를 제안할 수 있었다. A mathematical model of slip-in booster separation dynamics is described. A Iongituclinal. 3-DOF(degree of freedom) 2-body dynamic model is developed to simulate the separation dynamics. Aerodynamic models of the missile and the exposed area of booster are built And, gas generator pushing the booster out and internal channel pressure drop are modelled. To simulate the model, it is assumed that the missile can maintain the 1g level-fight condition during the separation. With this assumption. the interaction forces between missile and booster through the separation phases: phase 0: initial, phase 1: linear translation. and phase 2: free flight motion are defined. Using the simulation. missile flight conditions for slip-in booster's safe separation, which can be represented by Mach vs. height envelope, are suggested.

        가치산정과정의 감정평가사 행태 분석 -매매사례의 앵커링 실험분석-

        The study aims to analyze the discrepancy between the theoretical principles and the actual practice of real estate appraisers in the value estimating process, thereby establishing the code of behavior and finding appropriate solutions. Research methods are mainly by real estate behavior research and real estate decision making theory. Especially, judgment and decision making theory is the core that it is related to the cognitive psychology. Prior study cases in real estate behavior research and appraiser`s behavior materials in this paper are analyzed. The study finds that the Biases can arise in the interpretation and application of comparable sales in the value estimating process of real estate appraisals. It is a example of Biases that result from Uncertainty in value estimating process. This paper finds the reason of Biases for Heuristics and Uncertainty as it is analyzed in the principles. In order to overcome such Biases, the appraisers` efforts to debias, the improvement of appraisal environment, and the comprehension of the appraisal estimating process are necessary. The Limits of this paper is that it is hard to generalize the appraisal`s behavior. Real estate behavior research is few in Korea in spite of importance that it is necessary to understand the Human being. As behavior research is a part that could widen more and more theoretical system of Real Estate Science and that could make interdisciplinary study lively, the part henceforth is considered to be a way to make more firmly international exchanges of Korea`s Real Estate Science and to understand meaning of human being in Real Estate Science.

        K-IFRS 부동산 공정가치 평가의 문제점과 대응방안

        Recently, Fair Value Measurement has been issued. It is very important for success of IFRS Adoption to valuate Fair Value objectively. Therefore, there is a very urgent need to investigate the differences between Appraisal theory and Accounting measurement. If there are any problems to practice Fair Value Measurement, We have to find alternatives for that. The purposes of this research is to suggest alternatives for the problems which may occur when applying Fair Value Measurement of K-IFRS to real estate valuation. Ultimately, it is to achieve a good international reputation. Fair value measurement of real estate for a financial accounting report has a very low level in systems and contents in comparison to Appraisal Businesses. Therefore, the role of appraisers is more important than before. The findings are as follows : First, it is necessary to define the meanings of fair value and market value in order to avoid the confusion in concepts. Second, appraisers need to ensure the objectivity and professionalism of fair value valuation. Third, a variety of valuation approaches and international collaboration is required to build the reliability of fair value valuation. Fourth, it will be helpful to issue fair value valuation manuals and show materials to the public to improve the insufficient disclosure of financial accounting reports.

        국방 시뮬레이션에서 무기효과 데이터 획득을 위한 MSDL의 확장

        국방 모델링 및 시뮬레이션에서 교전상황을 모의할 때 바람의 방향이나 세기, 온도, 장애물과 같은 다양한 요소들이 탄의 명중률에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 이러한 요소는 명중확률 값과 표적의 탄착위치에 영향을 줄 수 있기 때문에, 신뢰성 있는 무기효과 데이터를 얻기 위해서는 이러한 요소들을 고려해야 한다. 본 연구는 신뢰성 있는 무기효과 데이터 계산을 위한 시나리오 설정을 위해 군사 시나리오 정의 언어인 MSDL(Military Scenario Definition Language)의 확장을 제안한다. 기존 MSDL의 요소 중 무기효과 데이터를 산출과 관리에 영향을 주는 요소인 시나리오 식별자(ScenarioID), 환경(Environment), 조직(Organizations), 그리고 설치(Installations)의 하위에 일부 요소를 추가하고, 해당 무기효과 데이터를 효율적으로 획득하기 위하여 적용하기 위하여 교전결과 처리 요소(DamageAssessment)와 실험계획 요소(DesignOfExperiments)를 추가하였다. 확장된 MSDL을 사용한 시뮬레이션 시나리오는 무기효과 데이터 산출을 위한 실험 시나리오 설정에서 교전에 영향을 주는 요소를 쉽게 반영할 수 있다. 확장된 MDSL은 무기체계 효과분석을 위한 실행환경인 AddSIM 4.0의 시나리오 설정 기능으로 반영되었으며, 이는 신뢰성 있는 무기효과 데이터 산출에 활용될 것이다. Many factors such as wind direction, wind strength, temperature, and obstacles affect a munition’s trajectory. Since these factors eventually determines the probability of hit and the hitting point of a target, these factors should be considered to obtain reliable weapon effectiveness data. In this study, we propose the extension of the MSDL(Military Scenario Definition Language) to reflect these factors to improve the reliability of weapon effectiveness data. Based on the existing MSDL, which has been used to set the initial condition of a military simulation scenarios, the newly identified subelements are added in ScenarioID, Environment, Organizations, and Installations as a scenario schema. Also, DamageAssessment and DesignOfExperiments element are added to make weapon effectiveness data easily. The extended MSDL enables to automatically generate the simulation scenarios that reflect various factors which affect the probability of hit or kill. This extended MSDL is applied to an integrated simulation software of weapon systems, named AddSIM version 4.0 for generation of weapon effectiveness data.
