국가 R&D 과제관리 분야 관련기관들은 최근 다양한 산업기술정보, 연구동향정보의 수집과 분석, 새로운 정보시스템의 개발을 필요로 한다. 또한, 보유정보의 유효성 확대와 수요자 중심의 다양한 정보서비스 개발 등 효율적인 정보제공을 위하여 지속적인 투자 및 발전을 도모하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지역의 균형발전을 위하여 추진 중인 지역 R&D를 통합 관리하고자 추진 중인 지역산업정보망 구축현황을 분석하고 지역산업 사업관리(개발지원 및 성과관리) 방법을 제시하고 실행함으로써 보다 효율적인 정보관리체계를 운영할 수 있도록 기여하는데 그 목적이 있다. National R&D project management agencies have promoted continuous investment and development to provide efficient information such as collection and analysis of industry and technology information and research trend information, and development of user oriented information system. This research analyzes Region Industry Total Information System status to manage regional R&D and suggests methods for regional industry project management. This paper may contribute to the advancement of efficient information management system though research method.

The purpose of this study is to understand anxiety in patients undergoing third molar extraction and care patients of third molar extraction. The subjects in the study were Sixty-three patients who visited the department of dentistry at Pusan Paik Hospital from May 2006 to September 2006 and who underwent third molar extraction. Patients’anxiety(state anxiety and trait anxiety) to use Spielberger’s state-trait anxiety inventory(STAI) were measured. They were asked to fill out STAI question paper immediately before third molar extraction(pre-extraction) and on the day after the extraction(post-extraction). And visual analog scale(VAS) to measure patient’s postoperative pain on the day after extraction(postextraction day) was used. Then Differences in anxiety before and after extraction, between men and women, between the first and second extraction, with impacted versus nonimpacted third molar extraction, between extraction time and anxiety, and between postoperative pain and anxiety were evaluated. The anxiety status of patients undergoing third molar extraction could be quantitatively evaluated using the STAI-KYZ. There were significant difference before and after third molar extraction. Especially women and patients of more severe postoperative pain was more anxious. We need to alleviate patient’s anxiety(especially women) and to control postoperative pain throughout the tooth removal process.

This work is to develop once daily ace-clofenac controlled drug release formulations by the incorporation of aceclofenac cocrystals in alginate beads (modified release super-saturated drug delivery system). To achieve this goal, aceclofenac cocrystals were prepared using chitosan as a co-former. The synthesized materials were characterized by FT-IR, SEM and XRD technique. Enhancement of dissolution rate was assessed in simulated gastric fluid (pH 1.2). Enhanced oral bioavailability of aceclofenac has been achieved using chitosan cocrystals of aceclofenac and its entrapment into alginate matrix a super saturated drug delivery system (SDDS). Prepared SDDS were evaluated by various physiochemical and pharmacological methods. The result revealed that theprimary cocrystals enhanced the solubility of the drug and the thick gelled polymer matrix that formed from swelling of calcium alginate beads makes it to release the drug in continuous and sustained manner by supersaturated drug diffusion. The Cmax, Tmax and relative bioavailability for aceclofenac cocrystal and aceclofenac SDDS were 2.06 ± 0.42 µg/ml, 1 h, 159.72 ± 10.84 and 2.01 µg/ml, 1 h, 352.76 ± 12.91, respectively. Anti-inflammatory activity of aceclofenac was significantly improved with the SDDS. With respect to the results, it revealed that the SDDS described herein might be a promising tool for the oral sustained release of aceclofenac and likely for that of various other poorly soluble drugs.
Evaluation and Characterization of Fluroquinone Antibiotic loaded in to Polymeric Nanofibers.

The aim of this study was to develop novel biomedicated electrospun nanofiber for controlled release. Pre-formulation studies were carried out for nanofibers of sodium alginate(2 wt.%) (SA)/polyvinyl alcohol(10 wt.%) (PVA) (2:8, 3:7 and 1:9) composites by an electrospinning technique. The morphology and average diameter of the nanofibers were investigated by scanning electron microscopy. The optimum ratio(3:7) was used for loading of gatifloxacin hydrochloride (GH) (1wt.%), found to form smooth fibers with uniform structures. The drug entrapment, in the composite nanofibers was confirmed by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA),differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and swelling behavior. The drug release behavior was investigated by using phosphate buffered saline (PBS) (pH 7.4) at 37°C for 24hrs. XRD and FT-IR data demonstrates that there are good interactions between PVA and SA caused by possibly hydrogen bonds. As much as 90 % of the GH was released from the electrospun fibers within 6hrs of incubation, beyond this the release was sustained for 24hrs. The thickness of nanofibers greatly influenced the initial release and rate of drug release. Moreover, GH loaded sodium alginate / PVA composite nanofibers exhibited a useful and convenient method for electrospinning in order to control the rate and period of drug release in wound healing applications.
