      • 하수오(Polygonum multiflorum Thunberg) 건조방법에 따른 일반성분 및 생리활성

        This study was carried out to characterize the chemical components of Polygonum multiflorum root to evaluate its antioxidant activity and to identify the active compound for providing the basic data necessary for developing functional food and medicine. The results was as followings: 1. The results of proximate compositions in P. multiflorum root based on various dry methods were as followings; The highest contents of moisture(8.25%) and fat(1.11%) showed shade-dried P. multiflorum root among the dried P. multiflorum roots. The highest content of crude protein, crude ash and nitrogen free extract were highest in freeze-dried P. multiflorum root among the samples. 2. As the results of free sugars analysis, fructose, glucose, and sucrose were detected in dried P. multiflorum roots by various dry methods. The content of total free sugars were the highest in freeze dried P. multiflorum root. Four kind organic acids were found in dried P.multiflorum roots. The contents of tartaric acid, malic acid, and malonic acid were highest in freeze dried P multiflorum root. But the highest content of oxalic acid was found in shade dried P. multiflorum root. 3. As the results of amino acids analysis sixteen kind amino acids were detected in dried P. multiflorum root by different dried methods. The major amino acid was determined arginine, and the highest content of arginine was found in freeze dried P. multiflorum root. The essential amino acids proportions(EAA/TAA) of shade dried P. multiflorum root, hot air dried P. multiflorum root, and freeze dried P. multiflorum root were 34.27%, 33.70%, and 31.91%, respectively. 4. Four kind minerals were found in dried P. multiflorum roots, and the potassium was the major minerals in all samples. The highest content of potassium was found in freeze dried P. multiflorum root (1,515.01 mg%). 5. The content of fatty acids in Polygonum multiflorum root based on various dry methods were high in the orders of linoleic acid, oleic acid and palmitic acid. The content of linoleic acid in freeze dried P. multiflorum root, shade dried P. multiflorum root, and hot air dried P. multiflorum root were 84.5 area%, 66.5 area%, 54.5 area%, respectively. 6. The content of total polyphenol in ethanol extract from dried P. multiflorum roots were higher than hot-water extract from dried P. multiflorum roots. The highest content of total polyphenols were found in ethanol extract from freeze dried P. multiflorum root (856.89 mg QE/g). The total flavonoid content of extracts from hot-air dried P. multiflorum were higher than the other samples. 7. The hot-water extracts of dried P. multiflorum roots showed higher activity for superoxide anion radical inhibition activity and DPPH radical scavenging activity than ethanol extract of dried P. multiflorum roots. The ethanol extract from dried P. multiflorum root showed higher ABTS radical scavenging activity than hot-water extract. 8. The cell viability of extract from dried P. multiflorum root was no cell toxic was observed in below the concentration 500 ug/mL of extract from dried P. multiflorum root application. The inhibition activity of nitric oxide production were not shows in all sample extracts. 9. As the result of anthraquinolic compounds analysis of P. multiflorum, 2,3,5,4`-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β -D-glucoside(THSG), emodin, physcion were detected by HPLC. 10. Ethyl acetate fraction of ethanol extract from dried P multiflorum root was showed the highest total polyphenol content, DPPH radical scavenging activity and ABTS radical scavenging activity than the other extract fractions. 11. Fifteen fractions were obtained from ethylacetate fraction of P. multiflorum root ethanol extract by VLC. Number eleven and twelve were showed strong DPPH radical scavenging activity and ABTS radical scavenging activity among the VLC fractions. 12. The purified fifteen subfractions were obtained from subfraction number 12-4 of P. multiflorum root ethyl acetate fractions by HPLC.       • 신재생에너지원이 연계된 배전계통의 전력품질 향상을 위한 ESS의 전력 제어 기법

        As the depletion of fossil fuels, safety issues of nuclear power, and environmental pollution is coming for the fore, the interest in Renewable Energy Sources (RES) is also increasing. Thanks to the advancement of renewable energy technique like power-electronics and electrical and electronic materials, the RESs have been commercialized successfully. Especially, after RESs are adopted Distributed Generation (DG) as a substitute to motor generator, energy supply structures are also changed to inverter-based Power Conditioning Systems (PCS). However, this change has serious impact on the conventional power systems and transmission lines due to designs for constant power. There are different types of RESs like photovoltaic array and wind turbine. What all these things have in common is that the generation quantity is influenced by environmental factor such as instantaneous changes of weather. These heavy fluctuations of output power will give rise to irregular voltage variation at Point of Common Coupling (PCC) and frequency fluctuation. From the point of view of Power System Operator (PSO), these cases become harder to maintain the optimum level of power quality. The solution to the problem is the use of ESS which can implement 'Power Smoothing Control'. ESS has been used for various purposes like electric supply reserve capacity, time-of-use based electricity demand response, and uninterrupted power supply. In these methods, Power Smoothing is one of the purposes of ESS be able to respond to output power fluctuation of RESs. For implementation of Power smoothing, it is necessary for ESS to calculate the reference of ESS according to output power of RESs. In general, prediction of power generation using weather forecasting or signal smoothing using Low Pass Filter (LPF) are used for the method of calculating reference of ESS. However, these methods have weaknesses. First, it incurs the loss caused by inaccurate calculation. The method of prediction using weather forecasting needs to produce a tried and true data, and the method of LPF can generate error due to excessive damping or phase delay. It means that these methods might be a cause of output of unnecessary power. Second, it has little effect on the improvement of stability in power system. For better performance of power quality maintenance, ESS should control the active power as well as reactive power. In this paper, the improved power control method of ESS is introduced. Two points of control method are minimizing the error of active power calculation and adding the reactive power calculation. Also, simulation is presented using PSCAD/EMTDC by modeling all the power system consisting of RES and ESS.

        본 연구는 생성형 AI 수용과 거부 현상을 종합적으로 이해하기 위해 AIDUA 모델을 기반으로 프롬프트 엔지니어링의 조절 효과를 분석하였다. AIDUA 모델은 기존 기술수용모델의 한계를 극복하기 위해 개발된 것으로, 감정적 요인을 기술 수용과 거부 과정의 핵심 변수로 설정한다. 본 연구는 설문조사를 통해 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 주요 변수 간 관계를 검증하고, 프롬프트 엔지니어링이 수용 의도와 거부 간의 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 평가하였다. 연구 결과, 프롬프트 엔지니어링 역량은 기술의 성과 기대와 노력 기대에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 이는 수용 의도와 거부 의도에 중요한 변화를 유발하였다. 본 연구는 학문적으로는 기술수용모델에 대한 확장을 시도하고, 실무적으로는 생성형 AI 기술 도입 전략에 유용한 시사점을 제공한다.

      • 선박 및 해양구조물 적용을 위한 3D 프린트 복합재료의 다양한 섬유 방향성이 베어링 강도에 미치는 영향 연구

        최근 기후변화 문제가 심각해짐에 따라 국제해사기구에서는 이를 해결하기 위해 온실가스 배출량에 관한 규제를 강화하고 있다. 온실가스 배출량 관련 규제를 만족하기 위한 방법들 중 선박 경량화는 연료 효율을 증가시켜 이산화탄소 배출량을 감소시킬 수 있어 고려되는 방안 중 하나이다. 선박 경량화를 위한 방법으로는 복합재료 적용이 고려될 수 있으며, 실제 해양 레저 선박, 특수선 등에 적용되고 있다. 또한, 복합재료 중 3D 프린트 복합재료는 빠르고 쉽게 제작할 수 있어 조선 및 해양뿐만 아니라 항공우주, 건축, 의료 등 다양한 산업에서 최근 활발히 연구되고 있다. 3D 프린트 복합재료를 구조물에 적용하기 위해서는 금속과 복합재료 또는 복합재료 구조물 간의 연결이 필요하다. 3D 프린트 복합재료의 경우 열에 취약하므로 용접은 선호되지 않으며, 주로 접착 또는 기계적 체결이 이루어진다. 접착 체결 방법의 경우, 환경적 영향을 많이 받으며 비교적 낮은 강도를 보이기 때문에 복합재료에서는 주로 기계적 체결이 이루어진다. 복합재료의 기계적 체결은 기하학적 형상과 섬유 방향 등에 영향을 받으며, 이에 따라 강도가 크게 달라진다. 기하학적 형상의 경우 다양한 변숫값들을 이용하여 실험과 해석이 이루어졌으나, 섬유 방향의 경우 특정한 각도에 관한 연구가 주로 이루어졌다. 특히, 3D 프린트 방식 중 융합 필라멘트 제조 방식의 경우 기존 복합재료들과 다른 특성을 가져 섬유 방향에 따른 강도 경향이 기존과 다를 수 있어 추가적인 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 융합 필라멘트 제조 방식으로 다양한 섬유 방향을 가지는 3D 프린트 복합재료 시편을 제작하고 베어링 강도 실험을 통해 연구를 진행하였다. 시편의 경우 대칭 섬유 방향을 가지는 시편 7종류와 적층 순서가 다른 준등방성 시편 7종류를 제작하였으며, 만능재료시험기를 통해 실험을 진행하였다. 실험 결과를 바탕으로 베어링 응력-변형률 선도를 이용하여 섬유 방향에 따른 베어링 강도 경향을 확인하고, 마이크로 CT 및 현미경을 통해 파손 모드를 분석하였다. 실험 결과, 융합 필라멘트 제조 방식으로 제작된 복합재료는 기존 복합재료와 달리 ±15° 섬유 방향에서 가장 높은 베어링 강도를 보였으며, 이를 기준으로 준등방성 시편을 제작할 시 0° 섬유 방향을 기준으로 한 준등방성 시편과 유사한 베어링 강도를 보였다. As the issue of climate change grows more severe, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) has strengthened regulations on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions to address the problem. Among the methods to comply with GHG emission regulations, ship weight reduction is considered one of the effective solutions, as it enhances fuel efficiency and reduces carbon dioxide emissions. The application of composite materials is a potential approach to achieving ship weight reduction and is already being utilized in marine leisure vessels and specialized ships. In particular, 3D-printed composite materials, due to their ability to be manufactured quickly and easily, have been actively studied not only in the shipbuilding and marine sectors but also in various industries such as aerospace, construction, and medical fields. To apply 3D-printed composite materials to structures, connections between metals and composites or between composite structures themselves are required. Since 3D-printed composite materials are vulnerable to heat, welding is not preferred, and bonding or mechanical fastening is typically employed. Among these methods, adhesive bonding is less favored in composite materials due to its susceptibility to environmental factors and lower strength, making mechanical fastening the more common approach. The mechanical fastening strength of composites is significantly influenced by factors such as geometric parameters and fiber orientation. While various experimental and analytical studies have been conducted on the effects of geometric parameters, research on fiber orientation has primarily focused on specific angles. In particular, the Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) method among 3D printing techniques exhibits unique characteristics compared to traditional composites, potentially leading to different trends depending on fiber orientation, highlighting the need for further investigation. In this study, 3D-printed composite specimens with various fiber orientations were fabricated using the FFF method to investigate their bearing strength. A total of 14 specimens were prepared, including 7 types with symmetric fiber orientations and 7 types with quasi-isotropic fiber orientations. Tests were conducted using a universal testing machine, and the results were analyzed based on bearing stress-strain curves to identify the trends in bearing strength according to fiber orientation. Additionally, failure modes were examined through micro-CT and microscopy analyses. The test results showed that composites fabricated using the FFF method exhibited the highest bearing strength at ±15° fiber orientation, which differed from traditional composites. Additionally, quasi-isotropic specimens designed based on this fiber orientation demonstrated comparable bearing strength to those designed based on the 0° fiber orientation.

      • 중·장년 근로자의 정서적 위험요인과 산업재해 예방을 위한 맞춤형 안전교육의 역할

        현대 산업 사회에서 중·장년층 근로자는 숙련된 경험과 전문성을 바탕으로 중요 한 노동 자원으로 자리매김하고 있다. 하지만 신체적 노화와 정서적 요인으로 인해 이들은 산업재해의 위험에 더 크게 노출되는 경향이 있으며, 이러한 문제는 노동인 구의 고령화가 진행됨에 따라 더욱 두드러지고 있다. 특히, 스트레스, 불안감, 사회 적 고립감, 회복탄력성 등의 정서적 요인은 작업 효율성과 안전 행동에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 주요 원인으로 작용하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 기존의 안전교육 은 물리적 사고 방지와 작업 환경 개선에 중점을 두었으며, 정서적 위험요인을 포 괄적으로 다루는 연구와 구체적인 교육 방안은 상대적으로 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 중·장년 근로자들이 겪는 정서적 위험요인이 산업재해 발생에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 이를 완화하기 위한 맞춤형 안전교육의 효과를 실증적으로 분석 하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구 대상은 건설업과 제조업에 종사하는 만 40세 이상의 중·장년 근로자 200명으로, 이들은 맞춤형 안전교육을 받은 실험군과 일반 안전교육 을 받은 대조군으로 나뉘었다. 설문조사를 통해 근로자의 스트레스, 불안감, 사회적 고립감, 회복탄력성 등 정서적 요인과 이들이 산업재해 발생률에 미치는 영향을 분 석하였으며, 맞춤형 안전교육이 정서적 위험요인을 매개하거나 조절하여 산업재해 예방에 기여하는지를 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 스트레스, 불안감, 사회적 고립감, 낮은 회복탄력성 등 정서적 위험요 인은 산업재해 발생률과 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 스트레스와 불안 수준이 높 은 근로자는 집중력과 의사결정 능력의 저하로 인해 위험 상황에 더욱 취약한 것으 로 나타난 반면, 회복탄력성이 높은 근로자는 스트레스와 불안 요인에도 불구하고 작업 안정성을 유지하며 사고 예방 행동을 강화하는 경향을 보였다. 특히, 사회적 고립감은 근로자 간 의사소통의 부족으로 이어져 위험 상황에 대한 대처 능력을 약 화시키는 중요한 요인으로 작용하였다. 맞춤형 안전교육의 효과를 검증한 결과, 해당 교육은 정서적 위험요인을 효과적 으로 감소시키고, 산업재해 발생률을 낮추는 데 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 맞춤형 안전교육을 받은 실험군은 스트레스, 불안 수준 및 사회적 고립감이 감소하고, 회복 탄력성이 향상되었으며, 이러한 변화는 재해 발생 가능성을 낮추는 긍정적인 영향 을 미쳤다. 이는 맞춤형 안전교육이 단순히 정보 제공에 그치지 않고, 근로자의 행 동 변화를 유도하고 안전 행동을 강화하는 데 실질적인 기여를 한다는 점을 입증하 였다. 본 연구는 물리적 사고 예방 중심의 기존 접근에서 벗어나 정서적 안정성을 기 반으로 한 산업재해 예방 전략의 중요성을 강조한다. 또한, 중·장년 근로자의 특성 을 반영한 맞춤형 안전교육이 산업재해 예방의 효과적인 도구로 활용될 수 있음을 실증적으로 확인하였다. 이를 통해 조직 내 생산성과 안전문화를 강화할 수 있는 실질적인 대안을 제시하며, 본 연구는 다양한 산업 분야에서 중·장년 근로자 대상 안전교육 프로그램 개발 및 정책 설계의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. In modern industrial environments, the aging worker has become a crucial labor force due to their experience and skills. However, they are increasingly vulnerable to workplace accidents as a result of physical aging and emotional factors, a challenge that has intensified with the aging labor market. Emotional risk factors such as stress, anxiety, social isolation, and resilience have been identified as significant contributors to reduced work efficiency and unsafe behaviors. Despite this, existing safety education programs have predominantly focused on preventing physical accidents and improving workplace environments, leaving emotional risk factors insufficiently addressed in both research and practice. This study aims to investigate the relationship between emotional risk factors faced by aging workers and workplace accidents and to empirically analyze the effectiveness of customized safety education programs in mitigating these risks. The research was conducted on 200 aging workers aged 40 and above, employed in the construction and manufacturing sectors. Participants were divided into an experimental group receiving customized safety education and a control group receiving general safety education. The study utilized surveys to assess emotional factors, including stress, anxiety, social isolation, and resilience, and their impact on workplace accident rates. Additionally, the study evaluated whether customized safety education mediated or moderated emotional risk factors to contribute to accident prevention. The findings revealed that emotional risk factors—stress, anxiety, social isolation, and low resilience—significantly influence workplace accident rates. Workers with high levels of stress and anxiety exhibited diminished focus and decision-making abilities, making them more susceptible to hazardous situations. Conversely, workers with higher resilience maintained stable work attitudes even in stressful or anxious conditions, enhancing their preventive behaviors against accidents. Social isolation emerged as a critical factor impairing communication among workers, thereby hindering risk recognition and response. The results further demonstrated that customized safety education effectively reduced emotional risk factors and played a significant mediating and moderating role in lowering workplace accident rates. Specifically, the experimental group showed reductions in stress, anxiety, and social isolation, alongside improved resilience, resulting in a decreased likelihood of accidents. These findings confirm that customized education extends beyond mere information delivery, facilitating behavioral changes that strengthen safe practices. This study highlights the importance of strategies that prioritize emotional stability over traditional approaches centered solely on physical accident prevention. It provides empirical evidence that customized safety education tailored to the characteristics of aging workers is an effective tool for workplace accident prevention. Furthermore, this research proposes practical solutions for enhancing organizational productivity and fostering a culture of safety. The applicability of this study's findings is significant for industrial settings and serves as a foundational resource for developing safety education programs and policies targeting aging workers across diverse industries.

      • 環境稅制에 關한 法經濟學的 硏究 : 게임이론의 메카니즘 접근법을 중심으로

        There leave a variety of ways dealing with environmental problems, such as command and control driven by the government, private negotiation, and private law litigation. It is, however, not the right solution for preserving the nature mother because those steps are not curing the causes but just settling down the brawl between the two parties. Nowadays, the governments, at home and abroad, use a wide spectrum of policy mechanism to curb the environmental degradation and set up a new plan for giving penalties against the source of pollution. Carbon tax, energy tax, sulphur tax, emission charge and waste charge are typical examples of green tax or environmental tax ,at this juncture. The purpose of this article is to analyze the landscape of environmental tax system from the viewpoint of game theoretic mechanism, ie. a part of law and economics approach which stress the importance and the relationship between law and nonlegal mechanism of cooperation. Law and economics approach is a and of interdisciplinary studies to see the legal problems tackling with the economic solution. The growth area in the recent torts literature has been the inclusion of friction in the standard accdent models either by relaxing the assumptions of perfect information or by making the legal system costly and/or unpredictable. Laws are not just arcane technical arguments; they are instruments for achieving important social goals.Inorder to know the effects of laws, judges and other lawmakers must have a method of evaluating laws' effects on important social values. Economics predicts the effects of policies on efficiency. Law is an obligation backed by a state sanction and economics provide a scientific theory to predict the effects of legal sanxtions on behavior. In a sense of game theory, tax system is a combined game of arbitration and signalling game and it suggests that formal contract is more effective than multilateral consensus. To reflect the moving situation of technological developments and dynamic policy target, evolutionary mechanism is to be scrutinized. From mechanism concept oriented view, so called, environmental tax in a broad sense, leaves loopholes in information symmetry. Environmental tax system does not provide a true signal reporting incentive mechanism by signal senders. It is just giving penalties against polluters now knowing the exact level of polluter's economic benefit by polluting the environment. As time goes, under this kind of tax system, companies have no incentive to preserve or to improve the environment technology and just they have incentives to evade the penalties or to hide their true information of pollution. Therefore, it requires a series of considerations in building and operating environmental tax system. First, a part of environmental surtax should reinvest in improving environment and in continuing education program. Second, evolution mechanism is need to recognize the more favorable incentive of true reporting rather than that of false reporting. Third, Green budget reform is also required to set up the environmental tax system, revenue neutrality and double charge problem considered. And the last, TCMP(Taxpayer's Compliance Measurement Program) should be introduced in operating the environmental information system to get the reasonable penalty equivalent to the benefit from polluting the environment.

      • 1.5V,900MHz CMOS 저잡음 증폭기 설계

        최근의 이동 통신 시스템에서는 저전압, 저전력으로 동작하는 RF회로들이 선호되고 있지만, 시스템에서 요구되는 성능을 유지하면서 저전압, 저전력으로 동작하기는 쉽지 않다. 이동 통신용 수신기의 앞단에 필요한 저잡음 증폭기는 안테나로부터 나오는 신호를 받아들여 저잡음으로 증폭시킨 후 다음 단으로 보내는 역할을 수행한다. 수신기 전체 시스템의 잡음 특성은 앞단의 저잡음 증폭기에 의해 지배되므로 여기서의 잡음을 줄이는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 잡음은 줄이기 위해서는 전류를 많이 소비해야 한다. 또한 신호를 적절한 크기로 증폭할 수 있어야 다음 단에서 신호 처리과정을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있다. 따라서 저잡음 증폭기 성능의 가장 중요한 척도는 잡음지수(Noise Figure)와 이득(Gain),선형성(Linearity)이다. 최근에는 수신기 전체를 Si CMOS로 구현하려는 노력이 행해지고 있고, 이에 따라 저잡음 증폭기를 기존의 BiCMOS나 GaAs CMOS에서 Si CMOS로 만들고 있다. 본 논문에서는 inductive degeneration 구조를 사용하여 적은 전력 소모에서 낮은 잡음 특성을 갖도록 하고 선형성을 향상시키는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 이러한 기법을 적용한 저잡음 증폭기를 0.35um CMOS 공정을 사용하여, 13mW의 소모 전력에 1.18dB의 잡음지수와 14.4dB의 전압 이득을 얻었고, 7.73dB의 IIP3와 22.1dBm의 OIP3을 얻었다. Recently, mobile communication systems require low voltage and low power RF circuits. But there are many challenges to overcome for the circuits operating low voltage and low power with a reasonable performance. Low noise amplifier which is used at the receiver front-end for mobile communication receives signal from the antenna, amplifies it with noise minimized, and transmits it to the next stage. The total noise of receiver system is dominated by the low noise amplifier at its front-end. But, reducing noise generally cause much power consumption in low noise amplifier. Also, low noise amplifier has to amplify the signal to the appropriate level, enabling the next stage to process the signal effectively. Accordingly, the important criteria for low noise amplifier performance are NF(noise figure), gain and linearity. Recently, great emphasis is put on the implementation of Si CMOS receiver system and the low noise amplifier is implemented in Si CMOS other than BiCMOS or GaAs MESFET. This paper proposes low noise amplifier circuits with low voltage, low power operation and low noise figure using inductive degeneration. Proposed circuits are implemented using 0.35um CMOS process. Simulation results show the proposed low noise amplifier with 14.4dB gain and 1.18dB NF, 13mW power dissipation, and 7.73dB IIP3, 22.1dBm OIP3.
