The purpose of this study was to trace impact quantity. This study was progressed finite element method with ABAQUS/Explicit and experimental method with drop type impact tester. The geometric parameters of the multi-layered impact programmer with aluminum plates were analyzed with ABAQUS. The impact energy parameters of conical impact programmer made by polyurethane were analyzed with experimental method. The effects of the the number of aluminum plates and impact velocity were studied. The maximum impact force was proportional to impact energy, and the impact energy was decreased with the number of aluminum plates<br/>
