        A Case of Rapid Growing Myoepithelioma of the Maxillary Sinus

        Myoepithelioma is a rare tumor of the salivary glands. Occurrence of myoepithelioma in thenasal cavity is even rarer, and there has been no case wherein the change in the size of the tu-mor was confirmed by imaging. In this report, a 84-year-old female was found to have a rap-idly enlarged tumor on the preoperative image, but she had shown no significant size changein a medical examination six months ago or in the paranasal sinuses view three months ago. The image showed a rapid increase in the size of the cystic component, so the endoscopic me-dial maxillectomy was performed. There was no recurrence of the tumor at follow-up sixmonths after surgery. Although myoepithelioma is rarely found in the maxillary sinus of thesinonasal cavity, it is important to suspect myoepithelioma and consult a pathologist if itshows a similar pattern to the current case.

        가치창출의 원천이 정보와 지식으로 변화함에 따라 지식사회가 도래하게 되었으며 이러한 지식기반 경제체제하에서 인적자원의 중요성은 대두되었다. 본 연구는 노동시장의 유연화에 따른 평생학습 사회의 구현을 위한 근로자 교육의 새로운 패러다임의 일환으로 근로자의 교육훈련 프로그램을 개발하려는 것이다. 최근 지방대학의 경쟁력 약화와 산학협력 시스템의 부재에 따라 지역경제의 침체와 지방대학 학생들의 취업률 하락 그리고 지방정부의 재정 약화로 이어지면서 심각한 사회적 문제로 부상하고 있다. 이러한 사회적 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 산학협력 체계를 활성화하는 방안으로서 근로자의 교육훈련 프로그램을 개발하고 그 결과로서 지방산업의 활성화와 지방대 학생들의 취업률 향상을 기초로 대학의 경쟁력과 지방정부의 재정확보를 기할 수 있을 것이다. The knowledge society arrived by information and knowledge changed the resource of value product. These economic system based knowledge raised the importance of human resources. this study is realized of life-learning society by flexibility of labor market. And the purpose of this study is development of education and training program according to the new paradium for employees. The leading role of educational-industrial complex for activation of regional economic is regional university, but the regional university not self-discipline the leading role. It is social problem. The result of this study is groping activation of local economic, competitive power of regional university and financial secure of regional government by the development of education and training program.

      • 기업전략에 따른 인적자원관리와 효율성에 관한 연구

        Because of the unrealistic using of human resources in business organizations, employees feel dissatisfaction with their job and psychologic situation, and their deep troubles have a bad effect on the performance of the business. Therefore, the rapidly increasing of a using of human resource recently constitutes a big social problems. We should solve strongly these problems. In order to solve problems, though we try explore ways toward a research and institutional settlement in many sides. The purpose of the study is as follows; First, I identified practical patterns of total human resource management. Second, I verified that the efficient of total human resource management is related to corporate strategy. Third, I verified level of effectiveness of human resource management. The analysis techniques used for this study are as follows; For this research, the method of field survey was chosen. The subject were sampled from workers in the nation. The data were collected through self-administered questionnaire and the subjects evaluated the question items based on Likert's summated rating method scale. The results of this study allows the management to establish strategical human resource management. As employees are motivated for job satisfaction, as a results, the effectiveness of organization will be increased.

        리더십 유형과 직무 만족에 관한 연구

        A leadership is very important in business organization as regarded in the same light with management itself. The reason is the leaders in organization play a significant role that has an important influence upon the efficiency and products of organization. The leaders raise the morale to contribute to accomplish the purpose of organization by showing their influence to the members and activating their latent faculties. Accordingly, this study tried to reconsider the efficiency of organization by understanding a leaders' behavior according to business conditions by analyzing the degree of members' satisfaction. These are the results of this study based on its purpose. First, directive leadership holds a large majority in a big busimess, and the type of effective leadership is an achievement-pointing leadership. In a small business, actual leadership accords with an effective leadership as a supprtable leadership. In the case of business type, a directive leadership holds in great. It was proved that supportable leadership in insurance and financial business, and achievement-pointing leadership in manufacturing and trading business are effective. In the category of post, a directive leadership also holds a major part. In the mean time, it is examined that participatory leadership in strategic and managemental post, and supportable leadership in productional and business part of post are dominant. After all, it is analyzed that there is a gab between desirable leadership and real leadership. Next, in the degree of satisfaction for their superiors' leadership type, it was cleared that satisfactional degree is low without any concern in business scale, business type, the post of duty, and the time of service. On the other hand, men are satisfied with their own leadership type rather than women do, and a person who has higher position, age and academic background was not satisfied with their leadership type. So it can be pointed out as a kind of problem.
