An analysis method of trajectory prediction has been suggested and the developed trajectory prediction module, which is an important functional component of the Arrival Manager (AMAN) of Jeju airport, has been tested by applying the suggested method. The objective of this method is to improve prediction performance of the trajectory prediction module. The trajectory prediction module predicts the trajectories based on the real-time track data and flight plans. Therefore, the suggested analysis method includes the simulation framework which is based on real-time playback, recording, and graphic display systems for testing. Besides, the definition of time error, which is a important index for the time based scheduling system, such as AMAN, is included in the suggested analysis method. An example of arrival time prediction accuracy improvement through the suggested analysis method has also been presented.
고관절 치환술에 침구치료를 적용한 국내외 연구에 대한 동향 분석

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of using acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of hip arthroplasty. Methods : We searched a total of six Korean and international databases (OASIS, KISS, RISS, Pubmed, Cochrane library, and CNKI) up to March 2019, and included randomized controlled trials which investigated the treatment effects of acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with hip arthroplasty. Results : In total, 29 studies were selected and included in the analysis. These studies conducted interventions, with the most frequently conducted methods being electroacupuncture (24.1%) and auricular acupuncture (20.7%). The most frequently used acupoints were the Ashi-, Lower four-, and Lower five points. VAS (48.9%) and Harris scores (22.2%) were commonly used to evaluate treatment effects. In total, 27 studies (93.1%) reported favorable treatment effects following acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, compared to the control group. Conclusions : These results may suggest that acupuncture and moxibustion have favorable effect on Hip arthroplasty.
고관절 치환술 환자에 적용한 전침치료: 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석

Objectives The objective of this study is to assess the effectiveness of electroacupuncture for patients with hip arthroplasty. Methods According to participants, intervention, comparison, outcome, study design, we searched for clinical studies that conducted electroacupuncture for patients with hip arthroplasty. Results Finally 11 randomized controlled trials were chosen for systemic review and meta-analysis. The frequently used evaluation tools were Incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD), heart rate, blood pressure. Almost studies showed electroacupuncture has effects for patients with hip arthroplasty. Through meta analysis, Electoacupuncture showed statistically significant effect of reducing the anesthetic dosage and incidence of postoperative psychonosema and adverse reactions in intra-operation period, reducing the incidence of POCD in peri-operation period, incidence of deep venous thrombosis in post-operation period. Conclusion 11 studies reported that electroacupuncture has significant effects on hip arthroplasty. But, many studies were assessed in a probable high risk of bias. And all studies published in one overseas country. So, it requires attention to comprehend this study. To make up for this limitaion, more well designed clinical research are needed. 뇌졸중 편마비 환자의 견관절 통증에 대한 추나요법의 효과: 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석

Objectives The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of Chuna manual therapy for shoulder pain in hemiplegic patients after stroke. Methods For a systematic review and meta-analysis, we set a key question in accordance with participants, intervention, comparison, outcome, study design (PICO-SD). we searched for clinical studies that conducted chuna manual therapy for shoulder pain in hemiplegic patients after stroke 7 databases until September 2019. Only randomized controlled trials were chosen. Results Total 14 randomized controlled trials were chosen for systematic review and meta-analysis. 9 studies used efficacy rate as evaluation tool, and 8 used visual analogue scale. Pressure method (壓力型) was used in 11 studies, followed by osteopathy method (整骨型) and wave motion method (波動型) in 9 studies. Chuna manual therapy showed statistically significant pain reduction effect. Through meta analysis, Chuna manual therapy showed significant pain reducing effect except the study with Chuna manual therapy and electroacupuncture compared to electroacupuncture only. Conclusion As a result, Chuna manual therapy showed statistically significant effect in pain reduction. However, almost studies were evaluated in a state of having probable high risk of bias. This suggests that it requires attention to make an interpretation in this study. Furthermore, more clinical research need to be accomplished in the future. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2020;30(3):89-101)
중소병원 간호사의 직무가치, 성장욕구, 직무스트레스가 재직의도에 미치는 영향

This study aimed to identify the effect of work value, growth needs, and job stress on nurse intention to stay in small and medium-sized hospitals. From July 29 to August 11, 2020, data was collected from 208 nurses working in three small and medium-sized hospitals in a I-city. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. The average scores for work value, growth needs, job stress, and intention to stay were 3.16±0.52, 3.25±0.57, 2.50±0.50, and 4.94±1.63. Work value, growth needs, and job stress influenced intention to stay (F=6.33, p<.001). Therefore, developing self-development and education programs is necessary to improve nurses' work value and growth needs and prepare a work system to manage job stress effectively. ram to enhance playfulness and play belief in the teacher training process in order to enhance play teaching efficacy. 본 연구는 중소병원 간호사의 직무가치, 성장욕구, 직무스트레스의 정도를 파악하고 재직의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시행되었다. I시의 중소병원 간호사 208명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2020년 7월 29일부터 8월 11일까지 시행되었으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 23.0 program을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA 및 위계적 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 직무가치는 평균 3.16±0.52점, 성장욕구는 평균 3.25±0.57점, 직무스트레스는 평균 2.50±0.50점, 재직의도는 평균 4.94±1.63점으로 나타났다. 대상자의 재직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 직무가치, 성장욕구, 직무스트레스로 확인되었다(F=6.33, p<.001). 따라서, 중소병원 간호사의 자기계발 지원, 교육 프로그램 등을 통하여 직무가치, 성장욕구를 충족시키고, 직무스트레스에 효과적으로 대처하기 위한 병원의 업무 시스템 마련이 필요할 것이다.
궤적 기반의 항공 교통 관리를 위한 스케줄링 시스템 개발

차세대 통신링크를 활용한 항공로 교통 관리를 위해 궤적 기반의 관제 지원 스케줄링 시스템을 제안하였다. 차세대 ATS (air traffic services) 데이터링크인 Baseline 2를 사용하는 4DTRAD (4-dimensional trajectory data link) 서비스 내용을 기반으로 항공로상을 비행 중인 항공기를 대상으로 하는 궤적기반운용 수행 절차를 수립하고 기술하였다. 이러한 절차를 바탕으로, 다양하고 복잡한 데이터 활용으로 인한 관제사의 업무 부담을 완화하기 위해 지상 시스템이 수신한 항공기 데이터를 처리하여 궤적을 예측하고 관제 조언 정보를 제공하는 스케줄링 시스템의 프로토타입을 개발하였다. 또한, 궤적 기반 항행을 위한 시뮬레이션 환경을 구성하여 개발 시스템에 대한 스케줄링 기능을 확인하였다. A trajectory-based scheduling system is proposed for air traffic management using next generation aviation data communication link. Based on the service concept of 4-dimensional trajectory data link (4DTRAD) using air traffic serveices (ATS) datalink Baseline 2, a procedure for trajectory-based operation of an en-route flight is established and described in detail. To mitigate air traffic controllers’ workload which might be caused by various and complicated data utilization, a prototype of the scheduling system, which predicts the aircraft trajectory based on the flight intents received by air traffic service system and provides advisory information for air traffic control, was developed. The simulation environment for trajectory based operation was built to validate the scheduling functionality of the prototype.
