We have investigated dielectric properties depending on bias voltage in organic light-emitting diodes using 8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum $(Alq_3)$ as an electron transport and emissive material. We analyzed the dielectric properties of organic light-emitting diodes using impedance of characteristics. Impedance characteristics was measured complex impedance Z and phase $\theta$ in the frequency range of 40 Hz to $10^8$ Hz. We obtained complex electrical conductivity, dielectric constant, and loss tangent $(tan\delta)$ of the device at room temperature. From these analyses, we are able to interpret a conduction mechanism and dielectric properties contributed by an interfacial and orientational polarization.

- Macro interfaces between two different bulk materials which affect the stability of insulation system exist inevitably in the complex insulation system using in extra high voltage (EHV) electric devices. In this paper, interface between epoxy and ethylene propylene diene terpolymer (EPDM) was selected as an interface in electrical insulation system and the AC dielectric strength of the interface was investigated. Air compress system was used to give pressure to the interface. Specimens were prepared in various ways to generate different surface conditions for each type of interface. Increasing interfacial pressure, decreasing surface roughness and spreading oil over surfaces improve the AC interfacial dielectric strength. Especially, the dielectric strength was saturated at certain interfacial pressure

피복 손상으로 주변 도전체를 통해 누전되었을 때 그 주변의 자장을 검출하여 누전여부를 판단할 수 있는 장치 개발을 하고자 한다. 우선 표면 누전에 의한 전류의 흐름을 조사하고, 전류에 의한 자장을 검출하기 위해 센서를 제작한다. 코어는 요크타입을 적용하였으며, 코일은 0.5㎜ 동선을 4,000회 감았다. 실험환경은 전선피복 손상에 의한 금속표면에 누전되는 상황을 모의하였으며, 부하는 40W, 400W, 1,400W를 적용하였다. 센서는 표면에 발생되는 자장을 검출할 수 있도록 2축으로 구성하였으며, 전선 주변 및 누전된 금속 표면에서 거리변화 및 각도 변화에 따른 자장을 검출하였다.

A corrosion detecting system for 22.9 ㎸ distribution power line insulation cable, which can travel autonomously along the live line, is proposed. Eddy current test method is employed to detect the corrosion, and the system developed here is capable of detecting internal corrosion of a ACSR-OC. Somewhat details of the electrical and mechanical mechanism of the system and traveling algorithm are introduced. Experimental results applied to the sample cables having artificial corrosion and the operating distribution lines are provided. From the result, we confirmed that the system is useful for detecting internal corrosion of a ACSR, and is expected to be a new non-destructive testing equipment in the area of diagnosis for the distribution power line.

We used the eddy current sensor for a 22.9㎸ distribution power line insulation cable diagnosis. The insulation cable which is used in the 22.9㎸ distribution power line is having element wire from 6 to 18. Consequently, currently to ECT applications it has a limit in the distribution power line. We about under producing to apply in pick-up coil forms and the differential total coil form where becomes sum of zero in order to have. From measurement result, partial broken cable was confirmed 500 ㎷ ~ 980 ㎷ changes from normal state.
