        클라우드 가상화 환경에서 물리서버 노드 단위의 자원할당이 정적 로드밸런싱에 기반을 두고 있어 서비스 요청에 대한 효과적인 자원 할당의 문제가 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 XenServer 기반 가상화 환경에서의 물리서버의 자원 사용량과 사용자 요청 트래픽을 모니터링하여, 동적 자원재할당하는 방안을 제시한다.

        일부 지역 이주여성의 신체적,심리적 스트레스와 피부상태

        This study aimed to understand the effects of physical and psychological stresses in migrant women on skin troubles and the lipid and moisture conditions in their skin, and the results are presented as follows: There was a significant difference in moisture conditions between stress groups according to physical stress, broken capillaries, sensitivity, acne, pigmentary deposits, and wrinkles. There was asignificant difference in moisture conditions between subjects according to ayes and nays with regard to broken capillaries, sensitivity, and wrinkles. Also, when the subjects had broken capillaries, sensitivity, and pigmentary deposits while they had no acne, there was asignificant difference in moisture conditions between the stress groups, which indicates there was some interaction between them. There was a significant difference in moisture conditions between groups according to psychological stress, sensitivity, acne, pigmentarydeposits, and wrinkles, and there was a significant difference in moisture conditions according to broken capillaries, sensitivity, and wrinkles. When they had no broken capillaries or acne, there was a significant difference in moisture conditions of the low-stress group, which indicates there was interaction between them. There was a significant difference in lipid conditions between the stress groups according to physical stress, broken capillaries, sensitivity, acne, pigmentary deposits, and wrinkles, and there was a significant difference in lipid conditions according to sensitivity, acne and wrinkles. Also, when the subjects had sensitivity and acne, there was a significant difference in lipid conditions in the high-stress group, which indicates there was interaction between them. There was a significant difference in lipid conditions between stressed groups according to psychological stress, broken capillaries, sensitivity, pigmentarydeposits, and wrinkles, and there was a significant difference in lipid conditions according to sensitivity, acne, and wrinkles. When the subjects had sensitive skin, there was a significant difference in lipid conditions between stress groups. When they had acne, there was asignificant difference in lipid conditions in the high-stress group, but when they did not have acne, there was a significant difference in lipid conditions in the low-stress group, which indicates there was some interaction between them. There was a difference in lipid and moisture conditions according to physical and psychological stress and skin trouble.

        간헐적 운동부하에서 흑마늘과 생약재의 복합처방이 흰쥐의 체내 지질 성분 및 항산화에 미치는 영향

        항산화 활성과 피로회복 기능성이 강화된 흑마늘 함유 음료를 개발하기 위하여 5% 흑마늘 추출물과 1%의 생약재 5종 혼합추출물(상황버섯, 황금, 단삼, 뽕잎, 작약)을 70:30(v/v)의 비로 혼합한 흑마늘 복합물(BHF)을 제조하였다. 흑마늘 복합물은 성인의 1일 섭취량을 고려하여 1일 100 ml 섭취 시(BHF1)와 300 ml 섭취 시(BHF2)를 기준으로 실험쥐의 식이에 5주간 혼합 급이하면서 간헐적 강제운동에 따른 체내 지질 성분 및 항산화 효소 활성을 분석하였다. 흑마늘 복합물의 총 페놀화합물 함량은 BHF2가 BHF1에 비해 유의적으로 높았으며, 항산화 활성은 총 페놀 함량에 의존적이었다. 혈중 총 단백질 함량은 운동대조군과 흑마늘 복합물 급이군 간에 유의차가 없었으나, 알부민 함량은 Ex-BHF2군이 유의적으로 높았다. AST 및 ALT 활성은 흑마늘 복합물 급이군이 운동대조군에 비해 유의적으로 감소되었다. 혈청 중성지방, 총 콜레스테롤, LDL-콜레스테롤 및 HTR 수준은 Ex-BHF2군에서 운동대조군에 비해 유의적으로 감소되었다. 간 조직의 총 지질 함량은 흑마늘 복합물 급이군과 운동 대조군간에 유의차가 없었다. 반면에 중성지방과 총 콜레스테롤 함량은 Ex-BHF2군이 타 실험군에 비해 유의적으로 낮았다. 흑마늘 복합물 급이에 따른 간 조직에서 catalase 활성은 Ex-BHF2군만 유의적으로 증가하였으나, SOD와 GSH-px 활성은 흑마늘 복합물의 농도가 많아짐에 따라 유의적으로 증가되었다. 간헐적인 강제운동을 한 흰쥐에서 흑마늘과 생약재 복합물의 급이는 체내 중성지방과 콜레스테롤 함량을 낮추고, 항산화 효소 활성을 증가시킴으로써 산화적 스트레스에 대한 생체 보호가 가능할 것으로 판단된다. To improve the functionality of black garlic drinks, black garlic extract (5%) and five herb extracts (1%) were mixed in 70:30 (v/v) ratios as BHF1, and BHF2 was prepared using a 3X concentration of BHF1. After the black garlic and herb formulas (BHFs) were administered over the course of five weeks in rats by interval running training, the lipid profiles and the antioxidant enzyme activities were tested. The total phenolic content of the BHFs were significantly higher in BHF2 than they were in BHF1, and their antioxidant activities were dependent upon the total phenolic content. No significant difference was found in the total serum protein levels among the rats in the Ex-con group by interval running training and the rats in the BHFs-fed groups. However, the albumin level was significantly higher in the Ex-BHF2 to Ex-con group. AST and ALT activities significantly decreased in the BHFs-fed groups compared to the Ex-con group. In terms of changes in the serum lipid profiles, no significant difference was found between the specimens that underwent interval running training and those that did not undergo interval running training. Triglyceride levels, total cholesterol, LDL-C, and HTR levels in the serum were significantly decreased in the Ex-BHF2 to Ex-con group. No significant difference was found in the total lipid levels in the livers of the BHFs-fed groups and the Ex-con group. The triglyceride levels and total cholesterol levels in the Ex-BHF2 group were significantly lower compared to another group. Hepatic catalase activity was significantly increased in the Ex-BHF2 group, but SOD and GSH-px activities were significantly increased as the concentration of the BHF . The antioxidant enzyme activities by supplementation of BHFs increased; thus, three intakes of BHF each day could improve antioxidant status against different types of oxidative stress.

        해양성 Simiduia sp. SH-1 균주의 분리 및 한천분해효소의 특성조사

        경상남도 남해군 연안의 해수를 이용하여 신규의 한천분해 해양성세균을 분리하고 한천분해효소의 특징을 분석하였다. Marine agar 2216 배지에서 분리한 SH-1 균주는 16S rRNA 유전자 염기서열분석을 통해 Simiduia 속 세균과 99% 유사하여 Simiduia sp. SH-1으로 명명하였다. Simiduia sp. SH-1 균주가 생성하는 한천분해효소는 성장의존성 산물로 판단되었으며 정체기부터 효소활성이 감소되었다. 한천분해효소는 pH 7.0(20 mM Tris-HCl buffer), 30℃에서 최대활성(698.6 units/l)을 나타내었다. 효소의 활성은 30℃에서 최적이었고 이후 온도가 증가함에 따라 활성이 감소하였으며, 40℃와 50℃에서 각각 약 90%와 75%의 상대활성을 보였으나 내열성은 보이지 않았다. 최적 pH인 pH 7.0에 비해 pH 6.0에서는 오차범위 내에서 조금 낮은 활성을 보였으며 pH 5.0과 pH 8.0에서는 각각 80%와 75% 정도의 상대활성을 보였다. TLC 분석을 통하여 Simiduia sp. SH-1 균주가 생성하는 한천분해효소는 agarose를 분해하여 피부의 미백활성, 전분노화의 방지 및 세균성장의 억제 등의 유용한 효과를 가지는 기능성 한천올리고당인 neoagarotetraose와 neoagarobiose를 최종적으로 생성하는 β-agarase로 확인되었다. 따라서, Simiduia sp. SH-1 균주와 이 균주가 생산하는 β-agarase는 산업적 생산에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Agarase from a novel agar-degrading bacterium isolated from seawater in Namhae at Gyeongsangnamdo province of Korea was characterized. The SH-1 strain was selected from thousands of colonies on Marine agar 2216 media. Almost full 16S rRNA gene sequence of the agarolytic SH-1 strain showed 99% similarity with that of bacteria of Simiduia genus and named as Simiduia sp. SH-1. Agarase production was growth related, and activity was declined from stationary phase. Secreted agarase was prepared from culture media and characterized. It showed maximum activity of 698.6 units/L at pH 7.0 and 30°C in 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer. Agarase activity decreased as the temperature increased from an optimum of 30° C, with 90% and 75% activity at 40°C and 50°C, respectively. Agarase was not heat resistant. Slightly lower agarase activity was observed at pH 6.0 than at pH 7.0, without statistical difference, and 80% and 75% activity were observed at pH 5.0 and 8.0, respectively. Neoagarotetraose and neoagarobiose were the main final products of agarose, indicating that it is β-agarase. Simiduia sp. SH-1 and its β-agarase would be useful for the industrial production of neoagarotetraose and neoagarobiose, which have a whitening effect on skin, delaying starch degradation, and inhibiting bacterial growth.

        Eurotium cristatum ssp.가 발현된 미생물발효차의 특성 분석

        본 연구는 하동녹차연구소에서 분리된 Eurotium cristatum ssp. (KACC93171P)이 발현된 미생물 발효차 (S1, S2)와 중국 제품(S4, S5)의 이화학적 특성 분석을 목적으로 하였다. 실험 결과 총 유리아미노산 함량은 기존 제품과 비교하여 약 8배 이상 높게 측정되었으며, 총 카테킨류 함량은 약 4배 높게 측정되었다. DPPH 소거 활성 측정 결과 최대 28% 가량 높게 측정되었으며, FRAP 활성 측정에 서도 금화균이 발현된 미생물 발효차 시료(S1, S2)에서 최대 30% 높게 측정되었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 발효 및 숙성 기간이 길어짐에 따라서 차에 있는 유효물질들이 줄어든다는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 카페인의 경우 모든 샘플에 서 유의성이 없다고 판단된다. Fe +2 킬레이팅 활성과 EGCG 함량과의 유의성은 낮다고 확인되었다. 결과적으로 숙성기간이 긴 미생물발효차의 경우 유리아미노산, 카테킨류, 총 폴리페놀, 플라보노이드, 항산화활성 등 대부분 의 성분들이 감소하는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 숙성기간이 단축된 미생물발효차 개발을 통하여 차의 유효 성분의 감소를 최소화하며, 차 본연의 풍부한 맛의 보존이 가능하 다. 또한 단일 균주의 증식을 통한 안전성이 확보된 미생물 발효차 제품 생산을 통하여 지역 농가의 재고차 소모와 농가소득 증대를 기대할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. The high quality Chinese Fuzhuan brick-tea grows mainly a yellow colored fungus, Eurotium sp., which called a golden flowering tea. Eurotium species are the sexual states of Aspergillus species. A few studies have showed that the extracts from microbial fermented teas contain natural antimicrobial components that have an inhibitive effect on several food-borne pathogen and spoilage bacteria. This study examined the physicochemical characteristics of microbial fermented tea (S1 and S2) using Eurotium cristatum ssp. (KACC93171P) compared to Chinese Fuzhuan brick-tea (S4 and S5). The total free amino acids contents of the teas (S1 and S2) were eight times higher than the Chinese Fuzhuan brick-teas and also total catechin contents of the teas were 4 times higher than the Chinese tea's but the amounts of caffeine were similar in all the different samples. The DPPH radical scavenging activity and FRAP reducing power of the teas were increased by up to 28% and 30%, respectively. On the other hand, there is no significance in the Fe +2 -chelating activity and EGCG contents. In conclusion, the health beneficial materials of the microbial fermented tea should be surveyed and characterized in a further study.

      • 통계청 근무자를 위한 한국판 직무스트레스 척도의 개발

        목 적 : 본 연구는 통계청 근무자의 직무스트레스를 효율적으로 관리하고 정신건강을 증진하기 위해 통계청의 직무에 특이적인 스트레스 척도를 개발하고 개발된 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 방 법 : 호남 지역 통계청에 근무하는 남·여 480명을 대상으로 하였다. 한국형 직무스트레스 척도를 기본으로 하고, 예비연구를 통해 문항이 새롭게 보강된 ‘통계청 근무자를 위한 한국판 직무스트레스 척도’(이하 통계청 직무스트레스 척도)를 개발하였으며, 이를 단축형 일반건강척도(GHQ-12), 간이정신진단검사(SCL-90-R), 삶의 만족도 척도(SWLS)를 이용하여 비교하였다. 통계청 직무스트레스 척도 문항에 대한 내적 일치도, 탐색적 요인분석 및 정신건강관련 척도와의 상관분석을 시행하였다. 모든 분석은 SPSS 21.0을이용하였다. 결 과 : 개발된 척도의 문항 내적 일치도는 우수한 편이었다(Cronbach’s alpha=0.56-0.79). 통계청 직무스트레스 척도의 요인분석 결과 직무특성 및 감정노동, 직무적성 및 만족, 조직문화, 상사리더십, 조직 내 관계, 업무부담, 공정한 대우, 급여 및 복지 등 8개의 요인이 선택되었다. 최종적으로 구성된 통계청 직무스트레스 척도와 정신건강관련 척도와의 상관관계는 모두 통계적으로 유의하였다 (p<0.05). 결 론 : 본 연구에서 개발된 통계청 직무스트레스 척도는 통계청 업무의 특성을 반영하고 있어 통계청 근무자의 직무스트레스 평가 및정신건강 증진에 유용할 것이다. Objectives : The aim of this study is to develop the Korean Occupational Stress Scale for the National Statistics Office Workers (KOSS-NSOW) and to examine the reliability and validity of this job-specific stress scale. Methods : A total of 480 subjects who were working at the Honam National Statistics Office were included. They completed the preliminary KOSS-NSOW, the 12-item general health Questionnaire (GHQ-12), Symptom checklist-90-Revision (SCL-90-R), Satisfaction with the life scale (SWLS). The Data were analyzed for internal consistency, factor structure and correlations using SPSS 21.0 (p<0.05). Results : KOSS-NSOW’s internal consistency using Cronbach’s alpha was superior (Cronbach’s alpha=0.56-0.79). The factor analysis revealed eight-factors: Occupational characteristics and emotional labor, Occupational aptitude and satisfaction, Organizational culture, Leadership of superior, Relationship in organization, Workload, Fair treatment, Salary and welfare were. A good validity was clearly shown by significant correlations with KOSS-NSOW and GHQ-12, SCL-90-R, SWLS (p<0.05). Conclusion : This newly developed KOSS-NSOW might be useful instrument for the evaluation of occupational stress in the statistics workers and for improving mental health.

      • 사람 대장조직 DNA Topoisomerase I 에 관한 연구

        DNA topoisomerase I was prepared from normal mucosa and cancer tissue of human colon and the properties were compared. Specific activity of the enzyme from normal mucosa was 257.2 unit/mg protein/ min and that from cancer tissue was 403 unit/mg protein/min. Both enzymes showed a broad pH optimum from pH 5.8 to pH 7.4 and arc heat-labile, being completely inactivated by heat treatment at 55℃ for 5 minutes. The enzyme from normal mucosa was activated 0.2 M K^+ and 0.15 M Na^+ approximately 20 and 4 folds and that from cancer tissue was activated approximately 40 and 10 folds, respectively. Mg^2+ was the most potent activator, the enzyme from normal mucosa being 5, 20, and 60 folds activated at 2 mM, 10 mM, and 20 mM, respectively and the enzyme from cancer tissue being 2.5, 13, 26 folds activated, respectively. Both enzymes were inhibited by 2 mM ATP and 5 mM GTP in the presence of Mg^2+ and K^+ , respectively. ddATP and ddGTP were the potent inhibitors of these enzymes. The enzvate front nurmal mucosa was activated by spermine, spermidine, and histone H3 and that from cancer tissue was activated by histone H1. The enzyme from normal mucosa yeas completely inactivated by alkaline phosphatase treatment whereas the enzyme activity from cancer tissue was indifferent. The molecular weight of both enzymes were 150 KD. Camptothecin and 10-OH-camptothecin variably inhibited DNA relaxation according to tile enzyme preparation and there was no DNA fragmentation in the cleavage assay. From the above results, the possible role of phosphorylation for regulation of this enzyme and the application of camptothecin to colon cancer were discussed.

      • 노숙자에 대한 사회적 지원이 노숙기간에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate an influence of the social support on the persistence of homelessness among homeless people in Korea. The authors designed three samples using a non-probability sampling technique, a purposive sampling basis, in each facility and on the street. Three categories of homeless populations in Seoul were surveyed through questionnaire : 100 street dwellers around subway stations and downtown parks ; 100 homeless in The House of Freedom , an emergency shelter ; 110 homeless in 10 Houses of Hope . Independent-Supportive Housing in Seoul. The obtained results were as follows ; 1. Experiences of social insurance benefits were negatively associated with a decline in the persistence of homelessness. 2. Increases in the levels of the social support from friends or family members of the homeless individuals were positively associated with a decline in the persistence of homelessness. 3. Increases in the rates of the affiliation of the homeless individuals including supportive linkages were positively associated with a decline in the persistence of homelessness. Supportive linkages provided essential, expressive, and informational resources to homeless people.
