        ‘辟聲’系 轉注에서 본 上古漢語와 韓國固有語의 對應

        This study reinterpret the ‘辟 phonetic radicals’ Chinese Character in the ZHUAN-ZHU applying Chinese Character’s Archaic Chinese and cognation corresponding method of Native Korean Language. Based on the general theory regarding ZHUAN-ZHU that “the mutual interpretation among those letters which have same roots, same meaning but different shape”(林尹 1971:151), presented by of 林尹(1971:151), 鄭張尙芳(2013:3) and so forth, this study selected the ‘辟 phonetic radicals’ ZHUAN-ZHU as the subject of discussion. According to my study for several years (2003-2015), there was a systematic corresponding phenomenon of Chinese Character’s phonology and Korean (or Altaic language) native (basic vocabulary or verbs) in the Archaic time, which surpass the ‘Chinese-Korean borrowing’ relations of the mediaeval time. It is possible to reconstitute “Chinese-Korean(Altaic language) quasi-cognate words” through this. The summary of this study’s discussion is as follows. First, three types of ZHUAN-ZHU group are corresponding from the meaning and sound perspective with native Korean language inside the ‘辟 phonetic radicals’. One example among them is as follows: ‘壁[*peeg](AC):廦[*pheg](AC)’ - [pjәɾʌ](AK-崖),[pjәɾo](MK-崖),[pʌɾʌm](MK-壁),[pjәl-h](MK-絶壁) Moreover, among the general letter in ‘辟 phonetic radicals’ also there are three examples of the ‘Chinese-Korean correspondence.’ One example among them is as follows: 霹[*phleeg>*pheeg](AC-霹):[pjəɾak](K-霹) This study reconstitute six ‘Chinese-Korean quasi-cognate words,’ related with the ‘辟 phonetic radicals’, through ‘Chinese-Korean correspondence. One among them is as follows: “[PVR-]/{壁,崖} Chinese-Korean quasi-cognate words”- “壁[*pleeg](AC-壁),廦[*phljeg](AC-牆):[pjәɾʌ](AK-崖),[pjәɾo](MK-崖),[pʌɾʌm](MK-壁), [pjәl-h](MK-絶壁)” In addition, it modifies few Archaic Chinese of 鄭張尙芳 (2013:3). For example, it is necessary to modify 4 DENG-YUN (4等韻)sadugeun character in the ‘辟 phonetic radicals’ need to modify to the sound accompanying medial [l] sounds, based on ‘辟 phonetic radicals’ ‘Chinese-Korean correspondence.’ The example is: ‘霹(普擊切)(霹靂)[*pheeg]→[*phleeg] 본 논문에서는 轉注 중에서 ‘辟聲’系 자 漢字群을 한자의 上古音(AC)과 한국고유어의 同源的 대응법으로 재해석해보았다. 林尹(1971:151), 鄭張尙芳(2013:3) 등의 轉注에 대한 기본적 학설, 즉 “語根이 같고 의미가 같으나 형체가 다른 문자끼리의 상호 해석”(林尹 1971:151)에 의거해 이 조건에 부합하는 ‘辟聲’系 轉注만을 토론 대상으로 삼았다. **의 최근 수년간(2003-2015)의 연구에 의하면, 상고시기에는 중고시기의 ‘漢-韓차용’ 관계를 뛰어넘는 한자의 상고음과 한국(또는 알타이제어) 고유어(기초 어휘나 動詞類어)가 체계적으로 대응하는 현상이 있으며, 이들을 통해 “漢-韓(알타이) 準同源語” 재구가 가능하다. 본 논문에서 토론한 결과를 약술해 보면 아래와 같다. 우선, ‘辟聲’系내에는 총 세 종류의 전주자군이 한국 고유어들과 음의 양 방면에서 대응하고 있다. 그 중 한 예를 들면.. ‘壁[*peeg](AC):廦[*pheg](AC)’ - [pjәɾʌ](벼ᄅᆞ)(AK-崖),[pjәɾo](벼로)(MK-崖),[pʌɾʌm](ᄇᆞᄅᆞᆷ)(MK-壁), [pjәl-h](별ㅎ)(MK-絶壁). 또, ‘辟聲'계에서 일반 글자 중에도 ‘漢-韓대응’ 하는 예가 세 개 있는데, 그 중 하나를 들어보면.. 霹[*phleeg>*pheeg](AC-霹):[pjəɾak](K-霹) 이들 ‘漢-韓대응’을 통해 본 논문에서는 ‘辟聲’系자와 관련된 총 여섯 개의 ’漢-韓準同源語群‘을 재구하였는데, 그 중 하나만 예들어 보면 아래와 같다. “[PVR-]/{壁,崖} 漢-韓準同源語群”- “壁[*pleeg](AC-壁),廦[*phljeg](AC-牆):[pjәɾʌ](AK-崖),[pjәɾo](MK-崖),[pʌɾʌm](MK-壁), [pjәl-h](MK-絶壁)” 아울러, 토론과정에서 몇몇 鄭張尚芳(2013)의 上古音을 수정하였다. 예컨대, ‘辟聲’系의 ‘漢-韓對應’에 근거하면, ‘辟聲’系안의 四等韻字들은 [l]개음을 동반하는 음으로 수정할 필요가 있겠다. 예컨대, ‘霹(普擊切)(霹靂)[*pheeg]→[*phleeg]

        Purpose : This study was performed to examine whether 1) the shock absorber crutch (SAC) is more effective than the standard crutch (SC) on kinematical physiology 2) there are differences of effects by using the SAC or SC between male and female. Methods : To this aim, energy consumption rate, heart rate and the pressure decline rate during the weight bearing was evaluated. In this study, 40 healthy subjects were participated in the whole processes (male (n=20), female (n=20)). Results : According to results both the pressure decline rat and the energy expenditure index were significantly lower in SAC than SC (p<0.05). And also there were significant difference between male and female groups. In both SAC and SC, the pressure decline rat was higher in female group, however energy expenditure index decline rat was higher in male group. There were statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion : Thus, the present study suggests that SAC is more effective for patient to gait training.

        Dural arteriovenous fistula (DAVF) have been treated by transarterial or transvenous embolization,surgery, and radiosurgery. Besides these treatment options, the external compressiontechnique is a non-invasive, low-cost form of treatment. This article reports that a60-year-old man with DAVF between multiple arterial branches and transverse/sigmoid sinuswas treated by repeated external manual compression method.

        제2형 신경섬유종증 환자에서 시행한 인공와우이식

        Patients with neurofibromatosis type 2 (NF2) develop bilateral vestibular schwannomas that can cause binaural progressive hearing loss in most individuals. Auditory rehabilitation for bilateral profound sensorineural hearing loss in patients with NF2 poses a great therapeutic challenge. An auditory brainstem implantation may be an option after tumor excision, but its hearing results are still relatively unsatisfactory. A cochlear implantation (CI) may be another option in those cases where the cochlear nerve has been left intact after tumor excision or in those cases that have been kept stable after treating with Gamma-Knife. Here we report a case of undergoing CI after having been treated with Gamma-Knife in NF2 and showing improved open-set speech perception.

        선박용 디젤기관의 지능적인 속도제어시스템

        The purpose of this study is to design the intelligent speed control system for marine diesel engine by combining the Model Matching Method and the Nominal Model Tracking Method. Recently for the speed control of a diesel engine some methods using the advanced control techniques such as LQ control Fuzzy control or H$\infty$ control etc. have been reported. However most of speed controllers of a marine diesel engine developed are still using the PID control algorithm But the performance of a marine diesel engine depends highly on the parameter setting of the PID controllers. The authors proposed already a new method to tune efficiently the PID parameters by the Model Mathcing Method typically taking a marine diesel engine as a non-oscillatory second-order system. It was confirmed that the previously proposed method is superior to Ziegler & Nichols's method through simulations under the assumption that the parameters of a diesel engine are exactly known. But actually it is very difficult to find out the exact model of the diesel engine. Therefore when the model and the actual diesel engine are unmatched as an alternative to enhance the speed control characteristics this paper proposes a Model Refernce Adaptive Speed Control system of a diesel engine in which PID control system for the model of a diesel engine is adopted as the nominal model and a Fuzzy controller is adopted as the adaptive controller, And in the nominal model parameters of a diesel engine are adjusted using the Model Matching Method. it is confirmed that the proposed method gives better performance than the case of using only Model Matching Method through the analysis of the characteristics of indicial responses.

        Intelligent Predictive Control of Time-Varying Dynamic Systems with Unknown Structures Using Neural Networks

        A neural predictive tracking system for the control of structure-unknown dynamic system is presented. The control system comprises a neural network modelling mechanism for the the forward and inverse dynamics of a plant to be controlled, a feedforward controller, feedback controller, and an error prediction mechanism. The feedforward controller, a neural network model of the inverse dynamics, generates feedforward control signal to the plant. The feedback control signal is produced by the error prediction mechanism. The error predictor adopts the neural network models of the forward and inverse dynamics. Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed scheme to predictive tracking control problems.

        Epstein-Barr Virus Related Multiple Cranial Nerve Neuropathy

        We present multiple cranial nerve paralysis including 6th, 7th and 8th cranial nerve in a 52-year-old woman with acute Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) infection. While polyneuropathy has already been reported to be a potential sequelae for Epstein Virus infection, the specific combination of CN 6-8 palsies has not been published although there have been reports of diplopia with other neuropathies in other reports. The information here would add much to the literature in managing several polyneuropathy.
