한국어 "없이"의 유형과 일본어 대응 표현에 대한 연구 -한일 병렬 말뭉치 용례를 중심으로-
오선영 ( Seon Yeong O ),다키구치게이코 ( Takiguchi Keiko ) 한국문학언어학회(구 경북어문학회) 2015 어문론총 Vol.65 No.-
The purpose of this study is to examine the patterns and features of Korean ‘없이’ adverbs in the corpus and to analyze their Japanese equivalents in the Korean-Japanese parallel corpus. Korean ‘없이’ adverbs include both ‘없다’ adjectives that become adverbs with the help of the affix ‘-이’ and adverbs that take adverbial ending ‘-이’ when ‘없다’ is used as predicate of a subject. This study sees both as ‘없이 ’adverbs and examines the patterns and features through the analysis of examples in the corpus. A dictionary describes the japanese equivalent for the korean ``없이`` as ‘なく’ or ‘ず’, but in fact, there are many other equivalents found when examples in the corpus are analyzed and these can be grouped into 8 different patterns. The most commonly found pattern is that ‘ず’(ずに、ずと) is used as the Japanese equivalent for Korean ‘없이’. The next common pattern is that there is no morphological negation found in Japanese equivalents while korean‘없이’ expresses negation both morphologically and semantically. Other patterns show that the Japanese equivalent contains the requisite particle ‘も’, or the Japanese equivalent is derived from prefix ‘無’. Also, some Japanese equivalents can be syntactically different expressions or common adverbs while others can not be found at all.
