This study collected data from 2009 to 2017 in China and analyzed the spatial extent of the data in termsof transportation, population and economy (apartment price and surrounding industry structure) within 2 km radius ofeach railway station. The target station area is subjected to a comparative analysis of land price change due to highspeedrailway through time-series data on apartment price, business building price and rent for 7~8 years after the openingof a high-speed railway centered on the South Highway Railway Station of the Beijing, Shanghai Hongqiao HighSpeed Railway Station and the Nanjing High Speed Railway Station. Development of industrial type around the Beijinghigh-speed railway station in the city center had already been completed and the price change was not large at the beginningeven after the opening of the high-speed railway. The Shanghai Hongqiao high-speed railway station is located onthe outskirts of the city. It is close to the Hongqiao Airport and the bus terminal, and it is easy to see that convenienttransportation has increased rents of houses, business buildings and shopping malls. The vicinity of the Nanjing HighSpeed Railway South Station, which is located on the outskirts of the city, is characterized by location conditions of thenew city. The area surrounding the high-speed railway station was low density buildings and agricultural land, but landprices gradually improved due to traffic development.

The stationary-phase sigma factor, RpoS, influences the expression of factors important in survival of Pseudomonas chlororaphis O6 in the rhizosphere. A partial proteomic profile of a rpoS mutant in P. chlororaphis O6was conducted to identify proteins under RpoS regulation. Five of 14 differentially regulated proteins had unknown roles. Changes in levels of proteins in P. chlororaphis O6 rpoS mutant were associated with iron metabolism, and protection against oxidative stress. The P. chlororaphis O6 rpoS mutant showed increased production of a pyoverdine-like siderophore, indole acetic acid, and altered isozyme patterns for peroxidase, catalase and superoxide dismutase. Consequently, sensitivity to hydrogen peroxide exposure increased in the P. chlororaphis O6 rpoS mutant, compared with the wild type. Taken together, RpoS exerted regulatory control over factors important for the habitat of P. chlororaphis O6in soil and on root surfaces. The properties of several of the proteins in the RpoS regulon are currently unknown.
절화 백합 ‘Woori Tower’의 수송방식에 따른 품질 비교 및 효과적인 습식용액 규명

본 연구는 수출용 절화 백합 ‘Woori Tower’의 건식수송과 습식수송에 따른 품질을 비교하고, 절화수명 연장 및 품질 향상 을 위한 적정 습식용액을 구명하고자 수행하였다. 실험재료로는 longiflorum 계통의 절화 백합 ‘Woori Tower’(Lilium longiflorum ‘Woori Tower’)를 사용하였다. 처리는 건식(dry transport, DT)과 습식용액으로 수돗물(tap water, TW), Chrysal AVB(C. AVB) 1mL·L<SUP>-1</SUP>, Chrysal SVB(C. SVB) 1pill·3L<SUP>-1</SUP>, 1-MCP kit(1-MCP) 2㎎·L<SUP>-1</SUP>, GA 4+7 + BA 100mL·L<SUP>-1</SUP>, Vital Oxide(V.O) 2mL·L<SUP>-1</SUP>, H₂ water(HW) 1.5㎎·L-1으로 하였다. 조사 결과, 소비자 단계(실험 7일)에서 1번화와 2번화는 모두 만개하였으나 처리 간의 유의한 차이가 없었다. 3번화의 경우 C. SVB 처리구와 GA4+7 + BA 처리구만 만개하였으며, 대조구와 TW 처리구에서 불개화 현상이 나타난 것으로 조사되었다. 절화수명 조사결과, C. SVB 처리구는 9.5일, GA4+7 + BA 처리구는 9.0일로 대조구보다 1.8 ‑ 2.3일 연장되었으며, 위조 및 꽃잎 탈리와 엽황화가 다소 적게 발생되었다. 특히, C. SVB 처리구는 생체중 변화율이 높게 유지되었고, 수분균형이 실험 9일에 부(-)의 값으로 떨어지며 품질 유지에 효과적이었다. C. SVB 처리구는 건식수송과 TW 처리구보다 박테리아가 적게 검출되었으며, 에틸렌 발생량 또한 적게 나타나 절화수명 및 선도유지에 효과적인 것으로 판단된다. 따라서, 습식수송이 건식수송에 비하여 절화 백합의 품질 향상에 효과적인 것으로 판단된다. 특히, 습식용액으로 C. SVB는 에틸렌 발생을 억제하고 높은 수분균형 유지를 통해 갈변과 엽황화 발생을 낮추어 절화수명 및 품질에 효과적인 것으로 판단된다. The aims of the present study were to compare the quality of cut flowers of the lily (Lilium longiflorum) ‘Woori Tower’ when exported via dry transport (DT) and wet transport and to identify a wet shipping solution that would improve both the vase life and quality of the cut flowers. Cut ‘Woori Tower’ flowers were treated with tap water (TW), Chrysal AVB (C. AVB, 1 mL·L<SUP>-1</SUP>), Chrysal SVB (C. SVB, 1 pill·3 L<SUP>-1</SUP>), 1-methylcyclopropene kit (1-MCP, 2 ㎎·L<SUP>-1</SUP>), GA4+7 + BA (100 mL·L<SUP>-1</SUP>), Vital Oxide (V.O, 2 mL·L<SUP>-1</SUP>), or H₂ water (HW, 1.5 ㎎·L<SUP>-1</SUP>) as DT and wet shipping solutions. First and second flowers were in full bloom during the consumer stage (Day 7), with no significant differences between treatment groups. For the third flowers, only the C. SVB and GA4+7 + BA treatment groups were in full bloom, and neither the control group nor the TW group had bloomed at all. The vase life of the C. SVB treatment group and the GA4+7 + BA treatment group were 9.5 and 9.0 d, respectively, which were longer by 1.8 to 2.3 d, and tilting, petal abscission, and yellowing occurred slightly less in these groups than in the DT group. In particular, the C. SVB treatment was associated with a higher fresh weight change rate and a longer positive water balance (9 d), which were effective for quality maintenance. Fewer bacteria were detected in the C. SVB treatment group than in the DT, TW, or wet shipping solution treatment groups, and the ethylene production of the C. SVB group was lower, thereby improving vase life and freshness. Therefore, wet shipping was more effective than DT in improving the quality of cut lily flowers. In addition, C. SVB was the most effective among the tested wet shipping solutions in improving vase life and flower quality, likely by inhibiting ethylene production and improving water balance.

As hyaluronic acid filler commonly applied in many cosmetic fields, tissue necrosis due to filler embolism is reported infrequently. Herein we report the first case of nasal hyaluronic acid filler injection resulting in nasal necrosis, multifocal brain infarction and ocular ischemia with hypotonia. A 25-year-old female, who had received an injection of hyaluronic acid filler along the nasal dorsum a month before, visited our hospital to manage the skin ulcer of nasal ala. Immediately after the injection, the patient had complained of nausea,vomiting, headache and nose pain without neurologic symptom. The skin had bluish change at her nose and forehead. And the right eyelid ptosis was observed with decreased eyeball movement and visual loss. Multifocal punctuated infarctions were found on both frontal lobes on brain MRI. The necrotic skin of right nasal ala was healed in 3 months. But, the width of the right nasal ala was smaller than the left side, and the right eye remained blind with extropia at 8 months after injection. Although hyaluronic acid filler is safe in most cases, patients should be informed of the possibility of this rare complication.
