This study was conducted to understand the meaning of the life and leisure of the young Koreans living abroad and living in cross-cultural environments through an narrative approach. For this purpose, a 31-year-old female and a 28-year-old male who have lived in Rome, Italy, for 9 and 4 years respectively, were selected as research participants. The data was collected through in-depth interviews with the participants, and researcher's field notes on them for their life in the living world. The collected data tried to contextually understand and describe the narrative about life and leisure in other countries through the process of approaching, talking, transcribing, interpreting, and rereading on the basis of narrative exploration. Through exploration, we can confirm that the narrative of the participants changes in the process of forming a relationship of life and leisure in other countries, which is initiated by their own choice. We can see the process of turning into leisure for survival from the life of a variety of experiences, and difficulties interspersed in those experiences. In conclusion, the lives of young korean living abroad can be interpreted relying on leisure as a support means, for overcoming the unfamiliar environment, the avoidance of consumption-oriented leisure activities due to economic difficulties, and the result of changing daily routines and leisure patterns.

기업역량과 외부협력이 벤처기업의 조기 국제화에 미치는 영향 : 창업자 소유지분과 경험의 조절 효과를 중심으로

일부 벤처기업은 창업 초기 단계에서 국제화를 추진하여 일반적인 벤처기업에 비해 빠르게 성장하고 더 나은 성과를 창출한다. 조기 국제화의 선행요인에 관한 기존 연구는 자원기반 관점에서 보유 자원과 역량의 경쟁력 수준이 조기 국제화 가능성을 높이는 것으로 보고한다. 이처럼 기존연구는 기업 자원과 역량이 조기 국제화 과정에 활용될 것임을 암묵적으로 가정하고 있으나 벤처기업의 국제화 전략 실행 여부는 창업자의 전략적 선택에 따라 달라진다. 이에 본 연구는 창업자의 전략적 선택에 영향을 미치는 창업자의 소유지분과 관련 산업 경험 및 과거 창업경험이 기업역량 및 외부협력과 조기 국제화 가능성 간의 관계를 어떻게 조절하는지 살펴봤다. 실증을 위해 2016년부터 2018년까지의 벤처기업실태조사 자료를 활용했다. 창업자 소유지분이나 관련산업 경험이 적거나 과거 창업경험이 없는 경우 기업역량이나 외부협력 수준이 높음에도 불구하고 오히려 조기 국제화 가능성이 작아짐을 알 수 있었다. 이는 기업의 기술이나 네트워크 역량 등의 자원 보유 여부가 바로 조기 국제화로 이어지지 않는다는 것을 의미한다. Some ventures promote internationalization in their early stages for growth and performance. Existing studies on the antecedents of early internationalization report that the level of competitiveness of company’s resources increases the likelihood of early internationalization. However the existing research implicitly assumes that the resources owned by the company will be used for internationalization. But whether a venture implements an internationalization strategy or not depends on the allocation of resources by the founder. This study examined how founders equity ownership, industry-related work experience, and serial entrepreneurship experience moderate the relationship between the level of internal and external resource competitiveness and the likelihood of early internationalization. We used 2016-2018 Survey of Korea Venture Firms for the empirical analysis. From the analysis, we found positive moderating effect of the founder factors. In addition, we also found that if the equity ownership of the founder, the industry-related work experience and serial entrepreneurship experience are low, the likelihood of the early internationalization decreases despite of the high level of company competency or external cooperation. This infers that the existence of resources, such as a company s technology or network capabilities, may not directly lead to early internationalization.

한국 유아체육의 연구동향 분석과 방향제안

The present study aims to understand the current research tendency of physical education for young children by analyzing 175 dissertations defended from 2002 to 2011 and journals contain at least 10 articles related to the physical education for young children. Through analyzing the purposes, research methods, published years, and subdivided majors of published papers in the journals, the research tendency on the physical education for young children was discussed. As a whole 130 papers were published in four major journals related to physical education for young children. The number of research articles on the physical education for young children are decreasing or showing stasis. This result suggests an urgent need of developing the specialized journal on the physical education for infants.

노인여성의 여가 스포츠 참여를 통한 레크리에이션적 가치 체험

The purpose of this study is to find values of leisure sports activities for elderly women in terms of creating or designing active elderly life rather than living in their remaining life. For the study three senior women who were participants in leisure sports activities, were interviewed and the followings were concluded. First, elderly women have an eager desire for recovering their feminity through the leisure sports activities. They believed participation in leisure sports activity as a process to recover healthy and beautiful body which were once lost by feminine activities, for instance giving a birth, nursing, and aging. Second, there is a cultural value which can share each other in elderly women`s group. That is, through the independent physical activity the leisure sports activity expands its meaning to cultural life for senior women, to express themselves. Third, as a part of life long education, the leisure sports activity has educational meaning for elderly women to adapt properly in the fast-changing society.

Present study aims to suggest a discourse of walking, one of main phenomenon for slow leisure in digital generation. To construct the discourse, historical, philosophical, and leisure aspects of walking were considered through the literatures. A drawing conclusion was summarized as follows: Firstly, the meaning of walking in leisure that has been changed from its biological meaning, walking erect was considered. Secondly, the meaning of walking not only physical activity, but in philosophical speculation was searched. Thirdly, the books related to walking were classified depending on the important key words, and finally, the reason why walking is representative activity of slow leisure was investigated.

중년여성의 신체적 여가활동 체험공간 의미

This study aims to discuss the necessity of the space for physical leisure activities through analyzing the meaning of lived space by the major consumer of the space, the middle-aged women, and understanding the essence of the space. Seven middle-aged women who have participated in a physical leisure activities for more than five years were chosen as participants of this study and the data was collected from the participants by 2-3 times of in-depth interviews for about 30 minutes to one hour at each interview. The collected data was interpreted based on the diverse concepts in the lived space for physical activities, and focused on personal lived life of each participants narratively. Through the process of reduction, the meaning of spaces for physical leisure activities were recognized as follows. Firstly, for middle-aged women, the spaces was a kind of new vision in their life. Secondly, the lived spaces linked with their social and personal network. Lastly, it was not functional space but real space contained multiple aspects for middle-aged women` life. To conclude, the essence of the lived space for physical leisure activities of middle-aged women was organic and ecological space existed their new life.

주거용 건물에서 전열매트 사용에 따른 재실자의 국부적 온열쾌적에 관한 실험적 연구

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the personal heating device on local thermal comfort of occupants. In this study, the field survey in a residential building was preceded with composite heating systems including the heating mat. The survey results show that most of the subjects preferred higher thermal sensation on their lower body parts. There is a big difference on comparison the survey results with the thermal comfort indices. In the case of buttocks, the skin temperature was the highest value of 37.3℃(maximum), and over 90% of subjects responded as ‘comfort’. A logistic regression was used with the skin temperature and the survey results, and quantitative relation was carried out. Throughout this paper, the heating characteristics in residential buildings and the analysis of the local thermal comfort in actual conditions were carried out.

유아 체육놀이지도자의 전문성 경험탐색

The purpose of this study is to represent and to analyze expert experience for PE teachers of Early Childhood by using the method of narrative inquiry. The participants of this research were selected three professional playful activity teachers. The main materials were the collected stories through in-depth interviews, and it was analyzed by five steps; attending, telling, transcribing, analyzing, and reading. Each individual experience and story of the three participants was reconstructed to the live context through the researcher`s describing and it resulted in three voices. The voice noticed the process of becoming a professional playful PE teacher. For three participants, becoming a playful PE teacher was a experience of technical work however they were not prepared as experts for anything: attitude, knowledge and skill to be needed teaching playful activities for children before their participation in the educational field. Generally, before entering the educational situation as a teacher they have to acquire expertise but every participants experienced it during the process of their teaching. Through the analysis of those teachers` experience, it is concluded that providing expertise curriculum to playful PE teachers for early childhood is the basic difficulty in general education field of early childhood.
