        This study was intended to manifest how female adults' regular swimming could exercise effect on the cardiovascular function, The measurement was taken at the Seoul YMCA Physical Strength Center over 7 months, centering around 1992. female members who had participated in the center's Swimming Program The One-way ANOVA was adopted as a methodology in order to find out any difference among the different groups of people. For this purpose, at first, the 1992. volunteers were grouped into 8 different divisions(between 29 year olds and 60 years olds) according to their ages and 4 different divisions(under one year, 1~2 years, 2~3 years, and 3 years or more) according to years of involvement in exercise Besides, ANCOVA was used with exclusion of age division in order to ascertain the effects that pure swimming participation had on those variables concerned, The conclusion drawn on the basis of the results of the study through the methodology and data analysis procedure stated above were as follows. 1. The study indicated that swimming participation exerted a very significance(p<.05) effect upon the change or the heart rate, as it was conducted with the exclusion of age variables so as to certify whether pure swimming participation affected anything upon the change of the heart rate in a normal situation or not 2. As a result of verifying what effects swimming participation had on the change of the vital capacity, through the exclusion of age variables, it was made clear that the participation had no effect upon the change of the vital capacity. 3. We could not found reliable difference of maximal oxygen uptake of among groups. As a result of verifying what effects swimming participation had on the change of the maximal oxygen uptake, through the exclusion or age variables, it was made clear that the participation had no effect upon the change of the maximal oxygen uptake.

        IR-UWB 레이더 환경에서 적응형 다중 목표물 추정 알고리즘

        본 논문은 투과성이 좋고 실내 환경에 강건하며, 수십 센티미터(cm) 급의 고정밀 측위가 가능하다는 점에서 주목 받고 있는 IR-UWB(Impulse-Radio Ultra Wideband) 레이더 시스템에서 신호의 특성을 이용한 적응형 다중 목표물 추정 알고리즘을 제안한다. 목표물에 의해 반사되는 신호는 Peak를 갖는 다는 특성으로 다중의 Peak를 추정하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 이러한 알고리즘의 성능을 확인하기 위해서 레이더 앞에 다중 목표물을 두고 기존의 기법과 다중 목표물 추정 알고리즘을 비교하였다. 하나의 송신 안테나와 수신안테나로 목표물들의 위치를 실시간으로 추정한다. 기존의 최고 신호 도출 방식에 비해 추정할 수 있는 수가 늘어나고 다중으로 목표물 도출이 가능하다. 기존의 기법은 하나의 목표물만 추정하다보니 평균 제곱 오차가 1이 나오는 반면 다중 목표물 추정 알고리즘은 약 0.05의 결과가 도출된다. 본 논문에서 제시한 기법은 하나의 IR-UWB 모듈 환경에서 다중의 목표물을 추정 및 응용에 적용할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다. In this paper, we propose an adaptive multi-target estimation algorithm using the characteristics of signals in the IR-UWB(Impulse-Radio Ultra Wideband) radar system, which is attracting attention because it has good transparency, robustness to the indoor environment, and high precision positioning of tens of centimeters. We proposed an algorithm that estimates multiple peaks with the characteristic that the signal reflected by the target has a peak. To verify the performance of these algorithms, multiple targets were placed in front of the radar and the existing technique and the multi - target estimation algorithm were compared. The location of the targets is estimated in real time with one transmitting antenna and one receiving antenna. The number of estimates can be increased compared with the existing peak signal derivation method, and multiple targets can be derived. The conventional technique estimates only one target, which results in a mean square error of 1 while a multi - target estimation algorithm yields a result of about 0.05. The proposed method is expected to be able to apply multiple targets to the estimation and application in one IR-UWB module environment.

        This study was designed to manifest how regular swimming exercises could affect on the blood pressure in adult women. 1992 women who participated in the Seoul YMCA Swimming Program were recruited as the subjects, and the measurements were taken at the Seoul YMCA Physical Strength Center over 5 months. The subjects were divided into 8 age groups (24-66 yrs) as well as 4 career groups by the years of involvement in the exercise. To find the differences between the groups, one-way ANOVA was employed. And ANCOVA was utilized to examine the effects of the career on the measured variables without considering age factor. Regardless of age, the subject`s swimming career had no effects on their systolic and diastolic blood pressure.

        성인여성의 수영운동이 체력에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to manifest how regular swimming exercises could affect on the physical fitness in adult women.1992 women who participated in the Seoul YMCA Swimming Program were recruited as the subjects, and the measurements were taken at the Seoul YMCA Physical Strength Center over 5 months. as follows; 1. Regardless of age, the grip strength of both right (p<0.05) and left (p<0.01) hands were influenced by the subject's swimming career. And the longer their career, the lower their grip strength. 2. Regardless of age, the subject's swimming career had no effects on their back strength. 3. Regardless of age, the sit-up was effected by the subject's swimming career (p<0.01). 4. Regardless of age, the side-step was influenced by the subject's swimming career (p<0.001).And the longer their career, the higher their score. 5. Regardless of age, the vertical jump was influenced by the subject's swimming career (p<0.05). 6. Regardless of age, the balance measured as standing with one leg while closing their eyes was influenced by the subject's swimming career (p<0.05). 7. Regardless of age, the trunk flexion was influenced by the subject's swimming career (p<0.001).

        SAGE 알고리즘을 이용한 MIMO 채널 파라미터 추정과 분석

        본 논문은 다중 경로 다중입력 (Multiple-input multiple-output : MIMO) 채널에서 space alternating generalized expectation-maximization(SAGE) 알고리즘을 이용하여 채널 파라미터 추정 성능을 확인한다. 성능을 비교하기 위해 781 대역의 제주도 측정지역에서의 채널 파라미터로부터 시변 채널 환경 채널 파라미터 추정을 SAGE 알고리즘을 통해 추정하고 원본 데이터와 비교한다. 이를 통해 SAGE 알고리즘의 성능을 확인할 수 있으며 일반적인 파라미터 계산보다 SAGE 알고리즘을 통해 추정하는 것이 지연 확산(Delay Spread), 도래각 확산(Arrive of Angular Spread)이 적어 정확 측면에서 성능이 뛰어나고 안정적이다. This paper is a multi-input multi-path (Multiple-input multiple-output: MIMO) using a space-alternating generalized expectation maximization(SAGE) algorithm in the parameter channel and determine the channel estimation performance. Estimated by the algorithm, SAGE time-varying channel environment, the channel parameters estimated from the parameters of the channel measured in the island region 781 of the band in order to compare the performance and compares the original data. This allows you to check the performance of the algorithm SAGE and is highly stable to delay spread (Delay Spread), the diffusion angle of arrival (Arrive of Angular Spread) performance in terms of accuracy down through the SAGE algorithm for estimating a more general calculation parameters.

        위성 MF-TDMA 시스템을 위한 효율적인 자원할당 기법

        차기 군 위성 통신망 체계는 중계용량의 확대 및 강화된 통신 생존성을 위해 개발되고 있다. 이 중 중계용량의 확대를 위해서는 한정된 무선자원을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 기술이 요구된다. 이에 따라 차기 군 위성 통신망 체계는 FDMA와 TDMA를 결합한 MF-TDMA(Multi Frequency-Time Division Multiple Access)기법을 적용할 것으로 예상된다. MF-TDMA는 다수의 시간과 주파수 구간으로 분할된 망 자원을 동적으로 운용함으로써 한정된 무선자원을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있으며 자원 할당 성능은 각 지상단말에 대한 무선자원 할당 방식에 의해 결정된다. 본 논문에서는 차기 군 위성 통신망 체계에서 효율적인 MF-TDMA 자원 할당 기법을 제안하며, 기존의 자원 할당 기법들과 성능을 비교 및 분석하였다. 분석 항목으로는 Total Resource Efficiency, Reject Ratio, Computational Time, PSD의 분포를 이용하여 무선자원의 사용효율, 자원할당 실패 확률, 소요시간 및 채널 간섭을 분석하였다. Next generation military satellite communication systems have been developed for expanding capacity and survivability. As for expanding capacity, the communication systems require efficient techonology to use limited resource. So, next generation communication systems are expected to use MF-TDMA technology. MF-TDMA is the technology which has the advantages of FDMA and TDMA. By using MF-TDMA, communication systems can use limited resource efficiently, and the performance of resource allocation depends on the allocation scheme. In this paper, we propose efficient allocation scheme for next generation military satellite communication systems. Also, we compare and analze performances such as Total Resource Efficient, Reject Ratio, Computational Time, PSD distribution with existing allocation schemes.

        H-ARQ 기반 위성통신망에서 암호화 알고리즘에 따른 성능 분석

        위성신호는 방송신호와 같이 동보성을 지니므로 타 통신기술에 비해 데이터의 보안성이 극히 떨어진다. 따라 서 통신위성에서 암호화는 매우 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있고 일반서비스와의 통신성능 분석은 반드시 필요하다. 암호 화 적용 시 성능 분석을 위하여 본 논문에서는 IP 기반 위성통신에서 터보코드에 부호율 호환 펑처링을 적용시키고 무 선채널은 실제 위성통신을 고려하여 레일리 페이딩과 라이시안 페이딩 두 가지 채널에 가중치를 두어 구성하였다. 재 전송 기반 에러 제어 방식은 최근 고려되고 있는 여러 가지 방식 중 가장 성능이 좋은 H-ARQ Type-Ⅱ, Ⅲ 방식으 로 구성하였다. 보안서비스를 암호화 알고리즘 AES, ARIA (CTR, CBC모드)로 구성하여 일반서비스 대비 위성통신망 에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. Since the broadcast message in satellite signals the security of the data is extremely poor compared to other communication technologies such as the broadcast signal. Thus, encryption of the communication satellite has become a very important issue, an analysis of the communication performance of a general service is always required. In this paper, In order to analyze the encrypted communication the turbo code in an IP-based satellite communication applies the code rate compatible punctured and The wireless channel in consideration of the actual satellite communication was constructed by placing a weight on the Rayleigh fading and the Rician fading two channels. Retransmission-based error control scheme were constructed in the best performance of H-ARQ Type-Ⅱ, Ⅲ scheme of a number of ways that are recently considered. we analyzed the effects of normal service against a satellite communication network The security services were configured with encryption algorithms AES, ARIA (CTR, CBC mode).

        사회체육지도자의 장애인통합교육에 대한 인식 조사

        The purpose of this study is to find sport for all leaders' cognition toward mainstreaming and to find out a way of improving their cognition. The subjects of this study were distributed to 273 instructors who are working at sport for all facilities in the metropolitan area. The subjects of this study were selected by random sampling method in order to proportionate the sample size. The questionnaire used at PEATLD-III developed by Rizzo, and this study was reconstructed based on the questionnaire on organizational effectiveness by a previous study. The reliability was Crobach's α = .92. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Leaders showed neutral cognitions toward mainstreaming and showed more favorable cognitions in the order of followings: hearing-impaired, visually handicapped, orthopedically handicapped, emotionally disturbed, mentally retarded. 2. Leaders who have taken courses related to adapted physical education showed more positive cognition for mainstreaming than choses who haven't taken. 3. Leaders who have been experienced in teaching disabilities showed more positive cognition for mainstreaming than those who have no experience. 4. Leaders who are satisfied with their teaching disabilities showed more positive cognition for mainstreaming than those who are unsatisfied.

        위성통신망에서 Throughput 향상을 위한 Link Relay H-ARQ 방식

        위성통신은 상공에 있는 인공위성을 통신의 중계기로 이용한 통신 방법으로 통신 범위가 광범위하고 고속 데 이터를 전송할 수 있어 차세대 통신으로 각광받고 있다. 하지만 지상과 위성 간의 거리가 멀어 전파 지연 시간이 매우 길고 패킷이 손상된다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 패킷 손상을 보완하기 위하여 Link Relay H-ARQ 방식 을 적용하였다. 또한, 지연 시간을 보완하는 새로운 방식인 Modified Link Relay H-ARQ 방식을 제안한다. 위성통신 의 채널 구현을 위해 Markov 채널을 적용하여 성능을 분석해 본 결과, Link Relay H-ARQ 방식을 적용한 경우 BER과 PER 성능이 향상되고, Modified Link Relay H-ARQ 방식을 적용한 경우 Throughput 성능이 향상됨을 확인 하였다. Satellite communication is a communication method using a satellite as a repeater communication on the air and have a communication range is wide and is possible to transmit high-speed data, so Satellite communication has been highlighted as the next generation communication. However, because the distance between the ground and the satellite is far away, there is a disadvantage that propagation delay time is very long and packet is damaged. Therefore, this study was applied to Link Relay H-ARQ system in order to complement the damage to the packet. Furthermore, we propose the Modified Link Relay H-ARQ scheme is a new scheme to supplementation the delay time. By applying the Markov channel for implementing a channel of satellite communications, the results of analyzing the performance, when applying the Link Relay HARQ scheme, BER and PER performance was improved, when applying the Modified Link Relay H-ARQ scheme, Throughput performance was confirmed improvement.
