        퍼지 적분을 도입한 계증구조 평가 알고리즘

        One of the main problems in evaluating complex objects, such as an ill-defined system, is how to treat ambiguous aspect of the evaluation. Due to the Complexity and ambiguity of the objects, many types of evaluation attributes should be identified based on the rational dsision. One of these attributes is an analytical hierarchy process (AHP). the weight of evaluation attribtes in AHP however comes from the probability measure based on the additivity. Therefore, it is notapplicable to the objects which have the property of non-additivity. In the previous studies by other researchers they intriduced the Hierarchical Fuzzy Integral method or mergd AHP and fuzzy measure for the analysis of the overlaps among the evaluation objects. But, they need more anlyses in terms of transformation of the probability measure into fuzzy measure which fits for the additivity and overlapping coefficient which affects to the fuzzy measure. Considering these matters, this paper deals that, ⅰ) clarifying the relation between the fuzzy and probability measure adopted in AHP, ii) calculating directly the family of fuzzy measure from the overlapping coefficient and probability measure. A simple algorithm for the calculation of fuzzy measures and set family of those from the above results is also proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm developed by applying this to the problems for estimation of safety in ship berthing and for evaluation of ports in competition is verified. This implied that the new algoritnm gives better description of the system evaluation.

      • System Dynamics법을 이용한 동북아항만 경쟁모델에 관한 연구

        If a system has a large boundary and complexity, forecast's accuracy will be very low when consider the system's substance as black box. Thus, it is necessary that analysis by structure model. To examine competition in Northeast Asia Ports, it has assumed that the form of structure model, For which the System Dynamics method is adapted in this paper. Northeast Asia Ports Model includes five ports - Pusan, Kobe, Yokohama, Kaoshiung, Keelung, - which are adjacent to each other by geographically and has a competition relation. The Northeast Asia Ports Model has several sub-systems which consists of each unit port models. And, each unit port model found by quantitive, qualititive factors and their feedback loops. All effects which components of one port have influence to components of the rest ports must be surveyed in order to construct Northeast Asia Ports Model, but it may be impossible currently. In this paper Northeast Asia Ports Model was simplified by HFP-Hierarchical Fuzzy Process Method -adapted to integration of level variables of unit port model. Container cargo volumes in Northeast Ports Model is distributed by results of HFP method. And, distributed container cargo volumes effected to unit port model. Developed model can estimate change of container cargo volumes in competitive relation by alternation of simple parameter, and reflects dynamics characteristics which are included in model.

        동남아시아 국가의 경쟁력에 관한 연구 : 컨테이너 항만 인프라를 중심으로

        As the economic scales and trade volumes in Asia expand, the cargo volumes are rapidly increasing. The annual growth rate of cargo volumes is 5.2 % at Asia-North America run and 11.5% at Asia-Europe run. Within Asian countries, it is also high, 10.6%. Up to present, Asian container ports have been grown 2nd in exports and lst in imports at cargo volumes. Consequently, the competition among Asian countries is posed for revolutionary changes in their cargo volume. To improve their competitive advantages, they are concentrating on investment in their infrastructures on a large-scale. Nevertheless, the effect of cargo infrastructure on the competitiveness in container ports is not well understood. Thus, this paper aims to analyze the relationship between the cargo infrastructure and its competitiveness. To accomplish this, we investigate major container ports in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Philippine with the hybrid analysis model of KJ method and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. In addition, questionnaire survey was carried out on the specialists to investigate the weights of evaluation variables that explain container port infrastructure. Our empirical study shows that there have some differences in weights of evaluating variables and their competitiveness among container ports.

        우리나라의 업종별 물류종합능력 평가에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 기존의 단편적인 물류업종별 실태파악에서 벗어나 업종별 물류능력을 종합적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가구조와 알고리즘을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구는 크게 평가구조를 획득하는 과정과 획득된 평가구조에 알고리즘을 적용시켜 해를 구하는 과정으로 나뉘어져 있다. 평가구조는 선행연구를 통하여 도출된 평가세부속성에 KJ법을 적용시켜 획득하였는데, 대표속성을 중심으로 다속성·다계층구조(Multiple Attributes·Multiple Hierarchy Evaluation Structure : MAMHES)로 구성되어 있었다. 그래서 본 연구는 이러한 다속성·다계층구조를 평가하기 위해서 계층퍼지분석법(Hierarchical Fuzzy Process)을 도입하여 평가알고리즘을 구축하였다. 산업분류에 따른 우리 나라 13개 제조업종과 유통업종을 대상으로 평가알고리즘을 적용시킨 결과, 업종별 물류종합능력의 순위를 획득할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to provide the evaluation structure and algorithm in order to evaluate the ability of logistics comprehensively according to the type of industry beyond the simple status study about the existing logistic fields. This study was divided into two parts such as the process of getting the evaluation structure and the process of getting the solution through algorithm application with evaluation structure. Evaluation structure has got detailed attributes through the review of literature, after that these were applied to the KJ method. Evaluation structure was consist of multiple attributes and hierarchy evaluation structure based on the representative attributes. This study was constructed evaluation algorithm with the introduction of Hierarchical Fuzzy Process for the evaluation of multiple attributes and hierarchy evaluation structure. As the result of application of evaluation algorithm with the 13 manufacturing and distribution industries in Korea according to types of industry, this study got the rank order of comprehensive ability in logistics to the type of industry.

        MDMG-HFP법과 퍼지역평가법을 이용한 상하이 및 북중국과 우리 나라 컨테이너항만의 경쟁력분석에 관한 연구

        The competitive environment of Northeast Asia's intra-shipping ports is expected to change greatly due to the remarkable economic growth of China in which rapidly appeared as a production base of the world. The inter-port competition to preoccupy the hub port within the area is also expected to be much more severe. In this aspect, the main purpose of this study lies in surveying and analysing the development and status of North China's ports including Shanghai where direct calling is taking place, considering the spreading effects on Korea's ports, and drawing up a plan for improving Korea's port competitiveness. The research scope is to cover the subjective ports of Korea and China's 7 major ports (Busan, Gwangyang, Sanghai, Qingdao, Tienjin, Dalian and Kaoshuing). The substance of this study contains the extraction of port competitiveness components through the previous existing studies and the pilot test and factor analysis which reflect the opinions of working-level personnel and researchers related to the subjective ports. The evaluation structure of port competitiveness is established by utilizing the results of factor analysis. Then, we extract the relevant port competitiveness using MDMG-HFP (Multi Decision Multi Group-Hierarchical Fuzzy Process) to execute the competitiveness evaluation of the subjective ports on the basis of the established evaluation structure. Finally, we draw the factors that increase the competitiveness of major ports by applying the IRFE(Inverse Relation of Fuzzy Evaluation), and present Korea's strategic planning and implications through the scenario analysis of the extracted components. 본 연구는 상하이항을 비롯한 직기항이 이루어지고 있는 북중국 항만의 발전과 현황을 조사 분석하고 이를 통해 우리 나라 항만의 경쟁력 향상방안을 모색하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 연구 대상항만은 한국과 북중국의 7개 주요항만(Busan, Gwangyang, Sanghai, Qingdao, Tienjin, Dalian, Kaoshuing)을 연구범위로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 우선 기존의 선행연구를 통하여 항만의 경쟁력과 관련한 요소를 추출하고, 대상항만과 관련된 실무자와 연구자의 의견을 반영하여 파일럿 테스트와 요인분석(FA: Factor Analysis)을 실시하였다. 또한 요인분석 결과를 사용하여 항만경쟁력 평가구조를 구축하고, 다음으로 수립된 평가구조를 기반으로 다수의사결정그룹 퍼지평가기법을 이용하여 대상항만의 경쟁력 평가를 실시하여 항만의 경쟁력을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 퍼지 역평가법을 적용하여 주요 항만의 경쟁력 상승요인을 추출하였다. 분석결과, 대상 항만 중에 가장 높은 경쟁력을 보유한 항만은 상하이항으로 나타났으며, 이러한 현 상황에서 부산항은 경쟁력을 제고하기위해 무엇보다 배후지의 규모와 활용수준을 높이고, 물동량 창출기반을 조속히 확충할 필요가 있을 것으로 파악되었다.

        중국 컨테이너 항만의 경쟁력 평가에 관한 연구

        Since the beginning of its open-door policy, China has been making rapid annual growth with an average 10% economic development. In particular, Chinese port development and growth has been exceptional in that Chinese ports process 90% of the cargo dependent on import/export-related marine and coastal transportation. These growth rates are beginning to threaten Korea's ports which are striving to become the hub of Northeast Asian port traffic. Therefore, this paper documents research that has been carried out to assist Korean ports in establishing polices to counter those of China through determining competitive power of ports located on the east and south coasts of China. The research methods used were KJ, which abstracted the main components and AHP, which calculated port competitive power. By applying the AHP method to China's ports, Hong Kong Port(0.2097) turned out to be the most competitive, Shanghai Port(0.0866)was second. Yantian Port(0.0717) third, Qingdao Port(0.0449) fourth, Shekou Port(0.0385) fifth. Dalian Port(0.0348) sixth, Tianjin Port (0.0339) seventh, and Xiamen Port(0.0298) was least competitive.

        중소형항만의 화주유인 증대를 위한 항만선택요소 추출에 관한 연구

        중소형항만은 시설, 운영, 전략 등 다양한 측면에서 열악한 상황에 처해있다. 이러한 측면에서 중소형항만의 활성화를 위하여, 화물을 소유하고 항만의 선택권을 가지고 있는 항만이용자의 선호도를 파악하고, 항만으로 화물을 유인 할 수 있도록 하는 것은 중소형항만의 측면에서는 사활을 건 중요한 문제이다. 본 연구는 중소형항만의 화주유인 증대를 위한 성공요인을 도출하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 연구의 방법은 항만선택에 관한 광범위한 선행연구를 실시하고, 이를 바탕으로 성공요인 도출을 위한 요인분석(Factor Analysis)을 적용하였다. 본 연구는 상대적으로 연구가 미약한 중소형항만을 채택하여, 중소형항만을 이용자가 선택할 때 중요한 요소를 추출하고 구조화하였다는데 연구의 의의가 있으며, 향후 관련연구 및 전략 수립시 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Although the small and medium ports are actually competing with various strategies, the definition and structural understanding of small and medium ports are not known very much. Therefore this study has launched from this fact, and has the objective of obtaining the elements for increasing shippers' attraction of small and medium ports. In this respect, this study firstly various literatures to be related port selection elements were reviewed, and then questionnaire based on elements extracted from those literatures were designed. And data were collected through surveys of experts and practitioners including shipping companies and freight forwarders in Kunsan Port. Finally, Using the FA(Factor Analysis) method, grouping elements relevant to port selection and shippers' attraction structure were presented. Study results showed that 5 representative elements comprising 13 detailed elements could be identified. Based on these results, this study can help to suggest strategy and related studies for small and medium ports.

        군산자유무역지대 활성화를 위한 개발방향 구조분석에 관한 연구

        Although the Free Trade Zone(FTZ) are actually competing with various strategies, the definition and structural understanding of activation strategies are not known very much. Therefore this study has launched from this fact, and has the objective of obtaining the structural model for activation strategies in Gunsan FTZ, and understanding the components of activation in these region. The process began by abstracting the components that composed the success factors in FTZ through recent research, and grouping it by the most core components. Also, by using the FSM(Fuzzy Structural Modeling) method to understand the structure of the grouped components, and the structural model for activation of FTZ was able to obtain as the result. When analyzing the obtained structural model, expansion of tax reduction, flexibility of law systems and good business environment came out to be the most important component groups, and especially flexibility of law systems and good business environment were the most effective component that effected all the other components overall. 우리 나라가 속해 있는 동북아지역은 동남아시아와 더불어 세계 물류의 중심지 및 생산공장의 역할을 수행하고 있다. 특히 동북아시아를 선도하고 있는 한국, 중국, 일본의 경우 동아시아의 물류 거점역활 선점과 글로벌기업 유치를 위하여 다양한 Free Zone제도를 제정·도입하여 활성화에 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 동 제도의 시행초기 단계에 있는 우리 나라의 경우, 주변국을 벤치마킹하여 성공요인을 찾는 것이 시행착오를 줄이고 경쟁의 우위를 확보하는 지름길이 될 것이다. 한편, 주변국의 Free Zone들은 다양한 전략을 가지고 경쟁을 하고 있으나, 우리 나라의 경우 자유무역지대 활성화 전략에 포함되는 구성요소간의 종속관계, 계층파악 등의 시스템적인 차원에서의 접근은 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문은 이러한 점에 착안하여, 군산 자유무역지대(Free Trade Zone) 성공요인을 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 하여 군산자유무역지대 활성화를 위한 구조모델을 FSM법을 사용하여 구축하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다.핵심용어 : 군산자유무역지대, FSM(Fuzzy Structural Modeling), 구성요소, 성공요인, 활성화전략

        QFD모델을 이용한 도시물류개선시스템의 구축 및 평가에 관한 연구

        Urban Logistics can be defined as any physical distribution that is attained in cities or their vicinities in logistics activities. It has played an important role in urban economy that involves the high density of activation in political, economic and social activities. Thus, an inefficient logistics system will obstruct the appropriate development of industrial activities, increase logistics cost, and eventually weaken the urban competitiveness. In this viewpoint, it is required to make every effort to establish and maintain and improve the evaluation system of urban logistics in order to construct a better system and make efficient improvement and maintenance of the established system. The purpose of this study is to establish the evaluation system of improving urban logistics using the QFD(Quality Function Deployment) model which can help to grasp the improving degree of realizing the system conforming to the relationship between all the processes involved. At the first stage, the established system through the QFD method will be used to evaluate the level of urban logistics in Incheon District. The second stage is to investigate the important components that can make prompt improvement of urban logistics. Then, the sensitivity analysis is to be performed and the degree of improving urban logistics will be presented according to the rising degree of the relevant components. 비효율적인 물류시스템은 도시의 산업활동 저하, 물류비 상승 등을 초래하여 결과적으로 도시의 경쟁력을 약화시킬 수 있다. 이런 관점에서 효율적인 도시물류의 유지·개선 및 평가를 위한 도시물류 개선평가시스템의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인천광역시를 대상으로 하여 현재, 2006년, 2011년의 도시물류 수준을 평가하고 민감도분석을 수행하여 도시물류 개선안을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 연구의 방법은 항목의 중요도 측정을 위하여 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)법을 이용하며, 항목간 상관관계를 측정하기 위하여 퍼지종속관계(FSR : Fuzzy Subordination Relations)법을 사용하였다. 마지막으로 두 단계를 모두 수용하는 종합적인 모델링법인 QFD(Quality Function Deployment)모형을 도입하여 시스템 평가 및 민감도 분석을 수행하였다.
