        RC자켓팅으로 보강된 기존 벽체의 면외방향 내진성능 실험평가

        In this study, the out-of-plane seismic resistance of lightly-reinforced existing walls strengthened with thick RC jacket was investigated. The thick RC jacket with a thickness of 500 mm was placed at one side of the thin existing wall with a thickness of 150 mm. At the interface between the wall and RC jacket, a tee-shaped steel section with a number of anchor bolts and dowel bars was used as the shear connector. To investigate the connection performance and strengthening effects, the cyclic loading tests of four jacketed wall specimens were performed. The tests showed that the flexural strength of the jacketed walls under out-of-plane loading was significantly increased. During the initial behavior, the tee shear connector transferred forces successfully at the interface without slip. However, as the cracking, spalling, and crushing of the concrete increased in the exiting walls, the connection performance at the interface was significantly degraded and, consequently, the strength of the jacketed walls was significantly decreased. The flexural strength of the jacketed walls with tee shear connector was estimated considering the full and partial composite actions of the tee shear connector.

        Al2O3 Doping of TiO2 electrodes and Applications in Dye-sensitized Solar Cells

        Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) have been intensively studied since their discovery in 1991. DSSCs have been extensively researched over the past decades as cheaper alternatives to silicon solarcells due to their high energy-conversion efficiency and their low production cost. However, someproblems need to be solved in order to enhance the efficiency of DSSCs. In particular, the electronrecombination that occurs due to the contact between the transparent conductive oxide (TCO)and a redox electrolyte is one of the main limiting factors of efficiency. In this work, we reportfor the first time the improvement of the photovoltaic characteristics of DSSCs by doping TiO2with Al2O3. DSSCs were constructed using composite particles of Al2O3-doped TiO2 and TiO2nanoparticles. The DSSCs using Al2O3 showed the maximum conversion efficiency of 6.29% due toeffective electron transport. DSSCs based on Al2O3-doped TiO2 films showed better photovoltaicperformance than cells fabricated with only TiO2 nanoparticles. This result is attributed to theprevention of electron recombination between electrons in the TiO2 conduction band with holesin the dye or the electrolyte. There mechanism is suggested based on impedance results, whichindicated improved electron transport at the TiO2/dye/electrolyte interface.

        PS강선으로 보강한 콘크리트 벨트월의 전단설계

        본 연구에서는 대각 및 수직수평으로 배치된 PS강선으로 보강된 벨트월의 전단설계 방법을 개발하였다. 대각으로 배치한 PS강선으로 보강한 벨트월의 경우 변형적합조건에 기반한 스트럿-타이모델을 사용하여 벨트월의 극한전단강도 및 파괴변형을 평가하였다. 수직수평으로 배치한 PS강선으로 보강된 벨트월은 압축응력장이론을 사용한 PS벨트월의 전단설계법을 제안하고, 균열 및 극한한계상태의 강도 및 변형을 평가하였다. 제안된 방법을 사용하여 PS강선 보강 벨트월의 전단설계 예제를 제시하고, PS벨트월의 하중전달 특성과 구조설계 고려사항에 대하여 논하였다. 연구 결과, 대각 보강된 PS벨트월은 PS강선 항복 이전에 대각방향 콘크리트 압괴에 의한 전단취성파괴가 발생하였다. 또한 콘크리트 스트럿 주변의 응력집중이 발생하므로, 벽체 모서리 및 슬래브 경계면에 대한 상세설계가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 반면, PS강선을 수직수평으로 배치한 벨트월은 응력집중이 완화되고 콘크리트의 압괴 이전에 PS강선의 항복으로 파괴되지만, 동일한 전단저항에 소요되는 PS강선 개수가 증가하였고 구조설계시 PS강선 항복에 따른 강성저하를 고려하는 것이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. In the present study, shear design methods for concrete belt walls reinforced with pre-stressing steel bars (PS belt walls) were developed. For diagonally reinforced PS belt walls, a strut-and-tie model based on strain-compatibility was proposed to evaluate the shear strength and maximum deformation. For vertically and horizontally reinforced PS belt walls, on the other hand, shear strengths and deformations at concrete cracking and ultimate state were evaluated based on the Compression Field Theory. Design examples for PS belt walls were illustrated and the aspects of the load-transfer and design considerations were discussed. The results showed that diagonally reinforced PS belt walls exhibited brittle shear failure due to concrete crushing before yielding of PS bars. In addition, since the concrete strut rather than PS bars carries significant shear, attention should be paid on the detailing of the nodal zone. On the other hand, vertically and horizontally reinforced PS belt walls failed due to the yielding of PS bars before concrete crushing. However, the number of PS bars for shear design was increased and the reduction in the stiffness after shear cracking was significant.

        Full-scale seismic retrofit of old and deteriorated masonry buildings requires a lot of cost and time. In such buildings, installing an emergency evacuation space can be considered as an alternative. In this study, requirements of the earthquake-proof table used as an emergency evacuation space for buildings hit by earthquake are investigated. Load conditions required for the table, including the impact effects due to building debris drop, are explained. To investigate the impact effects in more detail, weight drop test is performed for an prototype earthquake-proof table. In the test, the weight of the falling object and free fall height were considered as the main test parameters. The results showed that the duration of impact is very short (0.0226~0.0779sec), and thus the impact forces increase to 15.8~45.2 times the weight of the falling object. Based on these results, design considerations and performance verification criteria of the earthquake-proof table as an emergency evacuation space are given.

        2017 포항지진에 의한 필로티형 내력벽건물의 구조손상 분석

        In 2017 Pohang Earthquake, a number of residential buildings with pilotis at their first level were severely damaged. In this study, the results of an analytical investigation on the seismic performance and structural damage of two bearing wall buildings with pilotis are presented. The vibration mode and lateral force-resisting mechanism of the buildings with vertical and plan irregularity were investigated through elastic analysis. Then, based on the investigations, methods of nonlinear modeling for walls and columns at the piloti level were proposed. By performing nonlinear static and dynamic analyses, structural damages of the walls and columns at the piloti level under 2017 Pohang Earthquake were predicted. The results show that the area and arrangement of walls in the piloti level significantly affected the seismic safety of the buildings. Initially, the lateral resistance of the piloti story was dominated mainly by the walls resisting in-plane shear. After shear cracking and yielding of the walls, the columns showing double-curvature flexural behavior contributed significantly to the residual strength and ductility.

      • 감사가 조직몰입 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향 : 감사성향의 매개효과

        인간의 장점 및 긍정적 특성에 초점을 둔 긍정 심리학의 대두와 더불어 감사의 가치 및 유용성에 대한 관심이 증대되어 왔다 . 그에 따라 다수의 학자들이 감사거리를 인지하고 , 정서적으로 감사를 느끼고 , 이를 표현하는 복합적 개념으로써 감사의 효과를 검증하였다 . 하지만 선행연구들의 기여에도 불구하고 아직까지 조직맥락에서 감사의 효과를 살펴보지 못한 한계가 존재한다 . 본 연구는 이런 연구공백을 메우고자 감사가 조직몰입과 직무만족에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 검증하였다 . 아울러 이 과정에서 감사성향의 매개역할을 추가적으로 확인하였다 . 이를 위해 육군의 특정 대대의 병사들을 대상으로 감사노트를 제공한 다음 , 감사를 인지하고 느끼고 표현할 수 있도록 감사나눔의 장을 10주 동안 마련해 주었다 . 이 기간 동안 자발적으로 감사거리를 기록하고 동료들에게 감사의 내용을 나누도록 하였다 . 10주 간의 감사 나눔 적용 기간이 끝난 후 대대병사 242 명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과 , 감사나눔에 의 자발적 참여도가 높을수록 더 높은 조직몰입과 직무만족을 보이는 것으로 나타났다 . 또한 이 과정에서 감사성향이 부분 매개역할을 하는 것을 알 수 있었다 . 본 연구는 개인의 다양한 주관적 , 신체적 영역에 긍정적인 효과를 가져오는 감사가 조직맥락에서도 여전히 유용하다는 것을 밝혔으며 , 감사의 영향력 과정에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓혔다는데 시사점이 있다 . 아울러 본 연구의 한계 및 향후 연구방향에 대해 논하였다 . The construct of gratitude has attracted increasing attention and interest from a variety of related fields since the advent of positive psychology focusing on positive aspects of people. As a result, many scholars tried to find the effect of gratitude in human life. However, despite the theoretical implication and practical importance of gratitude in organizational contexts, not much is known about the consequences of gratitude in organizational settings. Our primary purpose in this study is to examine the influence of gratitude on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. In addition, we invested the potential mediating role of gratitude disposition. Empirical study was conducted in one battalion designated by Republic of Korea army headquarters. All members of the battalion were given a gratitude note and requested to write down several grateful or thankful things in his life on the note during 10 weeks. Also they were given opportunity for sharing their records with fellows at night roll call. We conducted a survey on the degree of voluntary participation in gratitude
