        스포츠 스캔들 유형에 따른 위기커뮤니케이션 전략이 공중관계성에 미치는 영향

        The current study applied the situation crisis communication theory (Coombs & Holladay, 2004) in order to investigate the effects of sport scandal types and crisis communication strategies on perceived public-team relations. Four scenarios were designed to simulate crisis types (high and low responsibility scandals) and communication strategies (defensive and accommodative strategies) in the context of professional baseball. Respondents (N=210) were randomly assigned to one of the four scenarios and rated the extent to which they perceive their favorite team’s organization-public relationships before and after they read the scenario. The multivariate of analysis of variance (MANOVA) revealed that there were significant differences in changes in perceived organization-public relationships among scenarios, Wilk"s λ=58, p<.001. In both low and high responsibility crisis situations, accommodative communication strategies deemed effective in maintaining or even enhancing public-team relationships in time of sports scandal.

      • 공군사관학교 체육교수의 지도특성과 수업태도 및 수업만족의 관계

        이 연구는 공군사관학교 체육교수의 지도특성과 사관생도의 수업태도 및 수업만족의 관계를 구명하는데 연구목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 사관생도 357명을 연구대상으로 편의표집 하였으며, SPSS Version 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 체육교수의 지도특성의 하위요인인 호감과 사관생도 수업태도의 하위요인인 수업내용의 흥미 및 이해에 정적인 관계가 나타났으며, 수업태도의 하위요인인 수업 참여 자세는 지도특성의 모든 하위요인이 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체육교수의 지도특성의 하위요인인 의사소통과 사관생도 수업만족에 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사관생도의 수업태도와 수업만족에 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The study aims to explore the relationship between the teaching characteristics of the KAFA(Republic of Korea Air Force Academy) physical education professor and the learning attitude and the class satisfaction of the cadets. To fulfill this research objective, 357 cadets were selected through convenience sampling and the following conclusions were drawn through frequency analysis, exploration factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and standard multiple regression analysis of the SPSS Version 22.0 program. First, a sub-factor of the Teaching characteristics of physical education professor, which is goodwill, showed positive relationship with a sub-factor of learning attitude, interests and contents of the class participation; a sub-factor of learning attitude, showed positive relationship with all other sub-factors of the teaching characteristics of physical education professor. Second, a sub-factor of physical education professor’s teaching characteristics, which is communication, showed a positive relationship with class satisfaction of cadets. Third, the cadets’ learning attitude and class satisfaction showed positive relationship toward each other.

        공군사관학교 체육교수의 비언어적 의사소통과 사관생도 학습효과의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to discover relationship between non-verbal communication of Korean AirForce Academy"s physical education professors and its academic effectiveness on cadet. A sample of 508 cadets from Korean Air Force Academy were used for this study. Using SPSS 22.0 program"s frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and standard multi-regression analysis, following conclusions are drawn: Fist, positive non-verbal communication of Korean Air Force Academy"s physical education professors showed static effects on cadet"s academic effectiveness. Second, negative non-verbal communication of the professors showed partially static and negative effects on cadet"s academic effectiveness.

        공군사관생도의 심폐능력에 따른 심리 · 생리요인 비교

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in psychological and physiological factors between groups by classifying groups based on the 3km running record of fourth grade Air Force Academy cadets. Among the top 46 Air Force Academy cadets who wanted to participate in the study, the study conducted an open survey of the top 13 and the bottom 15 who wanted to provide the data prior to the study. The subjects of the experiment and in-depth interview were studied by a total of 18 people, 9 of each upper and lower members who wished to participate in the study. Psychological factors were structured through inductive content analysis of data extracted from in-depth interviews, and physiological factors were conducted to verify differences between groups of body composition and cardiopulmonary function. The psychological factors of the upper and lower groups were found to be general areas of performance strategy, achievement motivation, emotional response, military spirit, situation perception, and basic physical strength. In the detailed areas, the subjects were also examined in 15 areas including physical fitness indicators, confidence, condition control, task orientation, and positive self-perception. As a result of comparison between upper and lower groups, the upper group was 2.2 times higher than the lower group and the lower group was 1.7 times higher than the upper group in the military spirit and performance strategy of the general area response rate. In general area response, the ratio of mental strength and confidence was different in the general area of military spirit. In addition, the upper group in the achievement motivation showed a high percentage of task tendency at 47%, while the lower group showed a high rate of zero motivation at 50%. In the emotional response, the upper group showed an equal ratio, while the lower group showed an 81% ratio of negative emotions. In the overall response by sub-region, the negative emotions of the subgroup were high at 28%. In the body composition, BFM showed a statistically significant difference between upper and lower groups, and Weight, FFM, and SMM did not show any significant difference between groups. In cardiopulmonary capacity, VO2max showed a statistically significant difference between upper and lower groups, and VE and LT did not show significant differences between groups.
