국내 건조 대다수의 선박 함정은 선체의 부식 방지를 위하여 1차적으로 선체의 전처리(Shot Blasting) 및 도장(Painting) 처리를 하고 2차적으로 도장 손상시 선체 부식을 방지하기 위해 전기적 강제 부식 방지 장치인 ICCP(Impresses Current Cathodic Protection) System 을 채택하고 있다. 그러나 현재 채택하고 있는 ICCP는 1960년대 개발되어 별다른 기술발전 없이 사용되어진 구형 System으로 공식(Pitting) 및 과방식 등 여러 가지 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점 및 원인을 분석하여 새로운 개념의 ICCP System 개발에 대한 타당성 및 연구방향을 제시하고자 한다.

A various ocean facilities are operating on the sea such as buoy, lighthouse, sea mark and drilling facility. Generally, buoy is the most inferior power condition for operation, because it is received the electric power from stand-alone power system like solar system. The solar system for buoy is influenced by weather condition, so the terms of power system design is very complicated. This power problem for buoy is solved with solar and wave hybrid system. In this case, the output of wave system is reduced by marine life like mussels, barnacles and etc. This paper describes electronic anti-fouling system design for preventing the efficiency reduction of wave system in hybrid system.

In recent years, small boats used for marine leisure have been steadily increasing because of the increase in national income and the desire for marine leisure. But the repair of such small boats in dry dock haspointed out many faults in small FRP-shipbuilding in terms of workspace and manpower. Lifting a boat from the water to land is done with a crane or by hand using a sling around the bottom of the boat. But dry dock work is limited by the scale of the boat, which corresponds to the crane capacity, with carelessness making it possible to capsize a boat and endanger life. The purpose of this study was the development of a marine docking system that would improve economical efficiency and safety, for which we carried out concept design, model tests, structural analysis, etc.

This paper present power characteristics of wells turbine which is used in wave power generation system of the marine facilities. Output voltage of wave power generator is adjusted under the same condition of the air volume, velocity and frequency. The performance of power characteristic is analysed with the experiment equipment for small wave generator, and the results showed that output power is changed by output voltage. and Wells turbine increases output power when it start running with no load. Power efficiency of small wave generation system will be improved when this characteristic apply to control system in small wave generation system.
