그리스도의 몸인 교회 교회와 : 인간의 몸을 유비 관계로 삼는 이유에 대한 소고

현대 교회의 변질과 분열 앞에 ‘그리스도의 몸인 교회’라는 표상에서 흘러나오는 교회 속성으로서 보편성과 통일성과 거룩성은 현대 교회가 회복해야 할 본질과 사명이다. 성경은 교회를 ‘그리스도의 몸’이라는 표상으로 표현한다. 이는, 그리스도의 신비와 성육신과 구속을 통한 교회의 본질과 사명을 드러내기 때문이다. 한편, 교회는 지속해서 다양한 도전을 받아오고 있다. 그리고 그 도전은 인간의 ‘몸’에 대한 도전과 무관하지 않다. 그 도전으로서 범신론과 삼분설과 영지주의는 ‘그리스도의 몸’과 ‘인간의 몸’의 유비 관계를 통해 드러나는 신비성과 전인성과 구원 열망성이란 차원의 특징과 각각 비교된다. 이 유비 관계는 ‘몸’에 대한 오용이 교회에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 보게 할 뿐 아니라, ‘그리스도의 몸인 교회’로서 그 참된 교회의 정체성을 확인하게 한다. The purpose of this study is to restore and revitalize ‘Church as the Body of Christ’ that represent the nature of the church, and church’s attributes flowing out from the essence in the face of corruption and division in the modern church. The Bible manifests the church as a symbol of ‘the body of Christ.’ This is because it reveals the essence and mission of the church through Christ’s mystery, incarnation, and redemption. Meanwhile, the church continues to face various challenges. And the challenge is not irrelevant to the challenge of the human ‘body.’ As challenges, pantheism concerning mysticism, Trichotomy, and Gnosticism derived from Dualism are compared with the characteristics of mystery, whole personality, and aspiration for salvation revealed through the analogical relationship between the “body of Christ” and the “human body.” This relationship not only allows us to see how the misuse of the ‘body’ affects the church but also confirms the true identity of the church as a “church, the body of Christ.”

영 전압 스위칭 기법을 이용한 무변압기형 고승압 부스트 컨버터

절연이 필요하지 않은 응용에서 낮은 전압을 높은 전압으로 승압시키기 위해 무변압기형 고승압 부스트 컨버터가 제안되었다. 이 컨버터는 변압기 없이 6~8배의 실제 승압비를 가지며, 인터리빙 동작으로 입력전류 및 출력전압 리플이 작아지는 장점이 있어 연료전지 응용에 적합하다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 제안된 고승압 무변압기형 부스트 컨버터에 DCM 방식의 영 전압 스위칭을 적용하여 인덕터의 부피를 줄이고 스위치의 턴 온손실과 EMI를 저감하여 고주파의 응용에 적합하도록 하였다. 제안된 컨버터의 영 전압 스위칭의 동작모드 분석을 통해 원리 분석을 행하였으며, 실험 및 기존 컨버터와 효율비교를 통하여 타당성을 검증하였다.

판례를 통한 여성차별 근로실태 분석 및 비교법적 고찰을 통한 개선방향 모색

본 연구는 남녀 간 성차별에 관한 실존하는 문제점과 그에 대한 관련법의 효용성 및 문제점을 파악하기 위해 1987년 현행 헌법 개정 이후의 성차별금지와 관련한 주요 법규 및 대표적 성차별 사례를 법원의 판례를 통해 분석해 보았다. 그리고 성차별에 대한 법률과 제도가 우수한 것으로 평가되는 독일과 덴마크의 법률을 조사·분석하고 이를 국내의 주요 법규 및 제도와 비교해 보았다. 이러한 분석결과에 근거하여 본 연구는 앞으로 성차별 부분에서 긍정적 변화를 도출해 내기 위한 정책적·법률적 개선방향으로서 첫째, 균형적인 노동자성 확대를 기반으로 한 비정규직 사용 사유 제한, 둘째, 최저임금현실화 방안 강구, 셋째, 기업의 의무적 임금 공개, 넷째, 적극적 고용개선 조치의 실효성 확보 및 관리직 임원에 대한 여성 할당제 도입 등을 제언하였다. This study aimed to understand the existing issues on sexual discrimination, and the utility and problems of related regulations, analyzing the cases of courts with main laws related to sexual discrimination ban and major cases of sexual discrimination since the amendment of current Constitution in 1987. Also, laws in Germany and Denmark that are perceived excellent in terms of laws and systems on sexual discrimination were investigated and compared with main laws and systems in Korea, suggesting political and legal directions of changes to generate positive changes on the sexual discrimination further as follows. First, limitation of temporary worker employments based on expansion of balanced workers’ sex, second, seeking to materialize the lowest wage system, third, compulsory public opening of company wage system, and fourth, securing practicality of active employment improvement and female quota system in the managements, and so on.

In this paper a high efficiency bi-directional DC-DC conv erter for hybrid vehicles is proposed. The proposed converter a three-phase half-bridge interleaved ZVS converter, is desi gned to have high efficiency in the main operation range. The component ratings are calculated, the actual devices are selected, and the efficiency analysis has been performed to determine optimal ZVS range. The input and output current ripples are significantly reduced due to the interleaved opera tion. The dual loop control for the interleaved three-phase converter is also presented. To confirm the proposed convert ter, The simulation and experimental results are presented.

염상섭 소설에서 주의자의 정치성 연구 -1920년-1930년대 장편소설을 중심으로-

본고는 1920년대 중반부터 1930년대 중반 사이에 발표된, 염상섭의 장편소설에 나타나는 주의자의 의미와 정치적 성격을 살피는 것을 연구목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 1920년-1930년대 염상섭의 장편소설에 지속적으로 나타나는 주의자를 “식민지적 위기의식과 저항적 활동”으로 보는 이보영의 시각을 수용한다. 한편, 이 시기에 염상섭 소설의 한 특징으로 간주되는 통속성의 강화를 “식민지적 상황을 넘어서려는 서사전략”의 산물이라는 한기형의 주장에 동의한다. 더 나아가 본고는 주의자와 심퍼사이저를 민족적 저항의지의 표상으로 보고 염상섭이 당시의 전시적 정치 상황을 고려해 연애 등 통속성을 전면에 배치하고 주의자를 후경화시켰다고 본다. 염상섭 소설의 정치적 표상인 주의자를 이렇게 적극적으로 해석함으로써 그의 소설을 둘러싼 기존의 통속/본격(정치) 논쟁에 새로운 시각을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 예를 들어 _二心_의 경우 이보영은 “식민지 일본인과 원주민 관계의 기만성을 폭로하는 간접적인 항거”에 해당한다고 보고 본격소설로 분류하고 있지만 주의자를 중심으로 하는 사건이 없다는 점에서 통속소설로 볼 수도 있다. 반대로 김윤식이 통속소설로 보는 _白鳩_는 주의자들에 대한 묘사의 부정/긍정 여부와 무관하게 주의자인 유경호와 심퍼사이저인 김경애, 조혜숙을 축으로 하는, 독립적인 주의자 사건이 존재한다는 점에서 본격소설(정치소설)로 분류될 수 있을 것이다. This article aims to examine the meaning and political character of an ideologue in Yeom Sang-seop's long novels, published between the mid-1920s and the mid-1930s. To this end, this article accept Lee Bo-young's view of the ideologues that consistently appear in Yeom Sang-sup's long novels in the 1920s and 1930s as "colonial sense of crisis and resistance activities." Meanwhile, this article agree with Han Ki-hyung's claim that during this period, the strengthening of popularism, considered a feature of Yeom Sangsup's novel, is a product of "the narrative strategy to go beyond the colonial situation." Furthermore, this paper considers the ideologues and the sympathizer as representations of the will to resist the nation, and believes that Yeom Sang-sup placed popular vein, such as love, in the foreground in consideration of the wartime political situation of the time, and in the background the ideologues. By interpreting the political icon of Yeom Sang- sup's novel, the ideologue, so actively, this article could provide a new perspective on the existing popular/serious(political) debate surrounding his novel. For example, in the case of Two Minds(二心), Lee Bo-young classifies it as a serious novel because he believes it constitutes an indirect protest that exposes the deceitfulness of Japanese-Aboriginal relations, but it can be seen as a popular novel in that there is no incident centered on an ideologue. On the contrary, White Gull(白鳩) which Kim Yoon-sik views as a popular novel can be classified as a serious novel(political novel) in that there are independent ideologues such as Yoo Kyung-ho, an ideologue, and Kim Kyung-ae, and Cho Hye-sook, a sympathizer regardless of whether they are negative or positive in their descriptions of ideologues.

김수영 시의 문학 정치에 대한 고찰

본고의 연구 목적은 크게 두 가지이다. 첫째는 김수영 시의 정치성 연구를 통해 국내에 도입돼 문학의 정치성 파악에 적용되고 있는 자크 랑시에르(Jacques Rancière)의 문학 정치 개념의 전개 과정을 비판적으로 고찰하는 것이다. 둘째는 김수영 시에서 문학 정치가 구현되는 두 가지 전제 조건 - ‘몫 없는 이들’을 서술주체나 대상으로 할 것, 말과 사물의 과잉을 통해 민주주의적 문학성을 드러낼 것-을 구명함으로써 문학 정치 개념을 문학에 적용하는데 새로운 관점을 제시하는 것이다. 랑시에르의 문학 정치 개념이 한국 문학 연구에 본격적으로 도입된 계기는 2008년에 발표된 진은영의 논문이다. 그는 이 글에서 김수영 시에서 랑시에르적 문학 정치가 구현되는 조건으로 언표를 통해 드러난 기존 질서와의 불화(disagreement) 또는 불일치(dissensus)를 제시했고, 지금까지 여러 연구자들이 진은영의 방식을 전유해 특정 작가나 작품의 정치성을 파악하는 논문을 써 왔다. 그런데 랑시에르에 따르면 그의 문학 정치는 ‘말 자체의 사용의 문제’가 아니라 ‘세계에 개입하는 방식의 문제’이기 때문에 텍스트에 표명된 언어를 통해 구현될 수 없다. 이런 점에 주목해 서론에서는 먼저 진은영의 글을 둘러싼 그동안의 논쟁을 살펴보고, 이어 Ⅱ장에서는 본고의 관점에서 김수영 시에 드러난 문학 정치 양상을 고찰한다. 이런 연구에 바탕해 문학 정치가 구현되는데 필요한 두 가지 전제 조건을 제시하고, Ⅲ장에서는 이 조건에 기반해 지금까지 랑시에르 문학 정치로 작품의 정치성을 파악해 온 논문들을 비판적으로 고찰한다. There are two main purposes of this article. First of all, it is aim to critically examine developing process of the concept of politics of literature by Jacques Rancière which has been introduced in Korea through the study of the politics of Kim Soo-young's poem and used to study the politics of literature. The second is to present a new perspective on applying the concept of politics of literature to literature by finding out the two prerequisites for the politics of literature - to use 'those who do not have a share' as the narrative subject or object & to demonstrate democratic literary character through the excesses of words and objects- in Kim Soo-young's poem. Ranciere's concept of politics of literature was introduced in earnest into the study of Korean literature on the Jin Eun-young's thesis which was published in 2008. In this article, he suggested 'disagreement' or 'dissensus' with the existing order that was revealed through the statement as a condition for the realization of Ranciere's politics of literature in Kim Soo-young's poem, and until now, a lot of researchers have been writing thesis to understand the politics of specific authors or works by appropriating Jin Eun-young's method. However, according to Ranciere, his politics of literature cannot be embodied through the language expressed in the text because it is not 'a matter of the use of the words themselves' but 'a matter of the way they intervene in the world'. With this in mind, the introduction first examines the debate surrounding Jin Eun-young's works, and then in Chapter II, this article aim to examine the aspect of politics of literature which are revealed in Kim Soo-young's poems from the perspective of this paper. Based on this study, two prerequisites for the realization of literary politics are presented, and in Chapter III, based on these conditions, the papers that have been grasping the politics of works through Ranciere's politics of literature are critically examined.

고승압비를 갖는 인터리빙 양방향 DC-DC 컨버터

본 논문에서는 높은 승압비를 갖는 응용에 적합한 양방향 DC-DC 컨버터를 제안한다. 제안한 컨버터는 작은 듀티로 높은 승압이 가능하므로 기존의 단상 또는 다상의 컨버터에 비해 스위칭 소자의 전류 스트레스가 작고, 전압 정격이 출력전압 보다 작은 장점이 있어 작은 도통 손실을 갖는 소자의 선정이 가능하다. 또한 기존의 다상 병렬연결 인터리빙 부스트 컨버터와 마찬가지로 인터리빙을 적용 할 수 있다. 제안한 컨버터의 이론적 분석을 행하고, 실험을 통하여 타당성을 검증하였다.
