최근 한반도 정세 변화에 대한 중국의 인식 고찰 -남북·북중·북미정상회담을 중심으로-

최근 북핵(북한)문제를 둘러싼 주요 관련국들간의 정상회담이 매우 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 이러한 일련의 회담들이 열린 주된 목적은 바로 북핵(북한)문제를 해결하기 위한 것이다. 북핵(북한)문제를 해결함에 있어서 중국의 역할은 결코 무시할 수 없다. 중국은 경제적으로 북한의 가장 큰 지원국이며, 동시에 정치·외교적으로도 북한의 유일한 동맹국이자 든든한 후원자이기 때문이다. 그렇기 때문에 우리가 원하는 방향으로 북핵(북한)문제 해결을 이끌어 가기 위해서는, 중국이 최근 북핵(북한)문제를 둘러싼 주요 관련 국가들간의 정상회담에 대해 어떠한 인식을 가지고 있는지에 대해 분석하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 우선 중국의 한반도에 대한 전통적인 인식과 현재 중국이 갖고 있는 대한반도 정책 방향에 대해 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 최근 한반도를 둘러싼 정세 변화, 특히 관련국들간의 일련의 정상회담에 대한 중국의 인식을 고찰할 것이다. 이러한 고찰을 통해 최근 한반도 정세 변화에서 상대적으로 ‘경시 받던’ 중국의 한반도 비핵화 과정에서의 역할과 중요성을 재조명해보고자 한다. Recently, summit talks between major countries involved in the North Korea nuclear issue(the North Korean issue) have been very active. The main purpose of these series of summit talks is to resolve the North Korea nuclear issue. The role of China in resolving the North Korea nuclear issue can never be ignored. China is economically the largest supporter of North Korea, and at the same time is the only ally and a strong supporter of North Korea in both politics and diplomacy. Therefore, it is very important to analyze what kind of perception China has in recent series of summit talks, in order to resolve the North Korea nuclear issue in the direction we want. To this end, this paper will first examine the traditional perception of China on the Korean Peninsula and China’s current policy toward the Korean peninsula. Based on this, we will consider China’s perception of a series of summit talks between the countries concerned. This consideration will reexamine the role and importance of China in the process of denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, which has been relatively “underrated” in the recent changes of the situation in the Korean Peninsula.

Combat power is the ability of military units to perform combat and achieve military goals on the battlefield. It is divided into tangible and intangible combat power. Intangible combat power, which involves morale, fighting spirit, perseverance, leadership, and so on, can decisively influence a side’s victory in battle. Although combat power is highly advanced today due to the development of science and technology, the human mind is a key factor in winning or losing a war. Recently, Republic of Korea Army attempted to implement Morale Education using Army Band, rather than traditional lecture-oriented education, to strengthen the morale of its personnel. However, to date, the effectivity of this educational method has not been sufficiently examined. Therefore, this study designs a Morale Education program using Army Band based on the ASSURE model to analyze the effectivity of Morale Education and then applies it to field troops to examine the effectivity of the program. In addition, based on the results of this study, we discuss ways to strengthen the morale of military personnel and suggest some related directions for development.
