        10차 전력수급기본계획에 따른 발전원별 경제적 파급효과 분석

        The power generation sector is one of the critical sectors for achieving emission reduction targets in Korea. The 10th Master Plan for long-term electricity also emphasizes the carbon neutrality target and energy security. The power mix changes following the plan will cause changes in production, value-added, and employment of the power sector and related industries. This study aims to quantify the economic inducement effect that occurs according to the power generation target of the energy transition policy. The results show that all generation sources' production inducement coefficient is higher than average in the economy except for coal. In the case of the value-added inducement coefficient, the average is 0.7450, and nuclear and wind power is over the average value with 0.8354 and 0.7655, respectively. The employment inducement coefficient for wind power is 8.7 people per billion won, 7.7 for solar photovoltaic, 5.5 for nuclear, 2.1 for gas combined, and 1.3 for coal. The 10th basic plan shows the highest value-added inducement effect. The production and employment inducement effect, NDC, 10th, and 9th scenarios were high in the order. This study offers the economic inducement effect of individual power sources and the impact of the entire power generation industry on the economy. 한국의 온실가스 감축목표 달성을 위해서는 전환(발전) 부문의 역할이 매우 중요하다. 10차 전력수급기본계획에서도 안정적인 전력수급과 함께 탄소중립 방향성을 분명하게 제시하고 있으며, 기본계획에 따른 발전믹스 변화로 인하여 국가 경제에 미치는 파급효과도 달라진다. 이에 본 연구에서는 에너지 안보와 탄소중립 정책에 따른 발전믹스 변화가 발전 부문과 타 산업에 유발하는 생산, 부가가치, 고용효과에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 석탄과 가스복합화력, 태양광과 풍력 발전이 분리된 산업연관표를 새롭게 구축하였다. 분석 결과, 석탄을 제외한 나머지 발전원의 생산유발계수는 전산업 평균보다 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 부가가치 유발계수는 원자력과 풍력이 각각 0.8354, 0.7655로 전산업 평균보다 높게 분석되었다. 취업유발계수 결과에 따르면 10억 원의 최종수요 발생에 따라 풍력이 8.7명, 태양광이 7.7명, 원자력이 5.5명, 가스복합 화력이 2.1명, 석탄 화력이 1.3명의 유발효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 시나리오별 분석 결과는 이와 같은 발전원의 영향을 반영하는 것으로 나타났다. 10차 전력수급기본계획이 가장 큰 부가가치 유발효과를 보였으며, 생산과 고용유발효과는 NDC, 10차, 9차 시나리오 순으로 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 개별 발전원의 경제적 파급효과에 대한 정량화 결과와 함께 탄소중립 정책에 따른 전력 부문의 경제적 파급효과에 대한 정보를 제공한다.

        미술교육자 박휘락 교수 생애사적 탐색

        The modern Korea began its formation based on the direct and indirect influence of Japan and the West, following Political Reform in 1885, Japanese colonization during the early 1900s, US Army Military Government after liberation of Korea, and Korean War. To draw by tracing pictures and handwork was introduced as a school subject during the Japanese colonial era and formed the basis of modern art education in Korea. One of the most influential themes for art education in Korean schools was Creative·Expressionism Art Education. The objective of this study is to research the developmental process and educational-social meanings of the SECOND Art curriculum which could be the beginning period of art education in Korea. The inquiry method based on the qualitative research draws the provisional conclusions through research participants' stories, recorded document, and actual creation. The research questions are as follows. First, how are the historical development processes of the SECOND Korean Arts Curriculum? Second, what are the core values to be achieved? Third, what is the actual contribution? As main research participants, were sampled Park, Hwi Rak. He performed the most important role in the formation of arts curriculum of the time. This study focused on the trend of modern art education and the relationship between research and life of art educationalist, in an attempt to investigate the process which Creative·Expressionism Art Education was introduced, by exploring the possibilities of ‘life history of researchers.’ As a research methodology, life history research interprets and shows personal experiences in historical, social, and cultural context. In the results of analyzing textbooks, first, the experience-centered arts education was verified as core values. the composition and main contents of the SECOND Korean Art Curriculum reflected the increase of creative individuality of children. The meanings of the SECOND Korean Art Curriculum are as follows. First, in social meanings, it was helpful for overcoming the situation of 미술교육자 박휘락 교수 생애사적 탐색- 193 - the time. In the aspect of teaching-learning, it largely contributed to the change from arts education focusing on imitation paintings to arts education emphasizing the creativity and artistry. The Korea Art Education Association professionally handling the fine arts education was founded. This study is an attempt to research the art education history in Korea between the 1960s and 1980s from different angles of art education, and propose a prospect of and alternative for art education in the future, hoping to contribute to exploring and expanding the field. 한국의 2차 교육과정기는 일제강점기, 미군정, 교과과정 시대를 거쳐 생활중심, 경험중심 교육을강조한 시기였다. 당시 미술교육자인 박휘락 교수의 생애사적 탐구를 통하여 2차 교육과정기의 사회적인 구조를 파악하고, 미술교육의 특성과 현황에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다. 연구 결과 2차 교육과정기는 경험중심, 생활중심의 미술교육이 등장하였음을 교육과정, 교과서, 심층 면담을 통하여알 수 있다. 둘째, 임화 모사 위주의 미술교육에서 벗어나 학생 중심의 창조·표현주의 미술교육이등장한다. 셋째, 교사들의 자발적인 연수회를 통하여 연구하는 풍토가 조성되었다. 이는 창의성을강조하는 21세기 창의·인성·융합 미술교육에 새로운 비전을 제시하고 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 새롭게 발전하여야 할 것이다.

        회화의 문화적 상징을 활용한 다문화 미술교육 프로그램 개발 - 조선 민화와 17세기 네덜란드 정물화 비교를 중심으로 -

        A pluralistic society means that individuality in each individual's thought and actions is emphasized and each difference is recognized and its value meaning is granted. Human image to discuss with people who have different information and knowledge and respect difference and have thought and value recognition to recognize the necessity of negotiation and adjustment is required. The future's social problems of the 21st century are the whole global problems and we cannot survive while insisting only our own things. We must not have a sense superiority or inferiority for each culture but accept the social cultures to which we belong. In particular, art plays a role in deciding its national culture type and is one of the culture's dynamic factors and the most complicated ones. Multicultural art education can be called critical reflection on discrimination and prejudice and interest in cultural pluralism. In this situation, the multicultural art education jumps over the limit of modernism and widens understandings of the world culture as well as their own art cultural heritage and fields which have been estranged. The cultural relativistic education of a pluralistic period is to learn similarities and differences through the symbolistic language of art with people who have different cultures and recognize cultures of different people and understand the characteristics of each culture through the above. Students are able to compose knowledge and information on the world art culture according to their own interest. The aspect to understand each country's culture in the world including art as education and that to posses and enjoy the culture as consumers are required. Based on the necessity of this multicultural art education and theory of multicultural art education, our Chosun's folk and the Netherlands' Vanitas still life painting in the 17th century are compared. As general citizens appeared as the main bodies of art, we need to appreciate paintings which focus symbolism on things by understanding historical background in which art works develops differently from the previous times. Based on this, this class was planned and proceeded in order to recognize that on the other side of the earth, the culture we thought it different from us has a common sense and express the symbolism of current things granted by us as a formative factor of a visual language. This will play a role in development to an art consumer who can face a cultural period and appreciate and criticize art by themselves through deviating only reappearing area of seeing, drawing and coloring. In addition, it will act a role in recognition of different cultures from me and the international understanding education which can be a chance to coexist through the learning to art works which developed variously in compliance with national characteristics and formation course of the accumulated art cultures of each country.

        급속하게 변화하고 있는 현대사회는 창의성과 인성이 중요해지며 문화예술의 중 요성이 중요해지고 있다. 박영숙(2010)은 ‘테프-사이버나우’라는 첨단 기술의 보급으 로 음성인식시스템, 음성복사 등이 생활에 활용되면서 가난한 나라의 외딴 마을에 까지도 사이버 공간을 통하여 텔레(사이버)교육, 인터넷 강의 등이 성행할 것으로 예상한다. 더 이상 암기위주와 문제풀이식 지도에서 벗어나 학습자가 체험하면서 느끼며, 스스로 판단하고 문제를 해결할 수 있는 능력이 필요하며 교육과정에서도 자기주도적 학습을 강조하고 있다.

        CAD/CAM 티타늄 맞춤 지대주로 수복한 구치부 임플란트에서의 기계적 합병증에 대한 후향적 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this retrospective study was to evaluate the incidence of mechanical complications of the posterior implant-supported fixed dental prosthesis (p-ISFDP) using computeraided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) titanium customized abutments and to evaluate the influencing factors on complications. Material and Methods: The incidence and consequences of mechanical complications in p-ISFDPs over a mean follow up period of 54.43 ± 6.24 months were assessed based on electronic documentations f rom 138 patients with 266 implants. All p-ISFDP utilized CAD/CAM titanium customized abutments, and were fabricated with cement-retained prostheses with occlusal screw access holes. Statistical analyses were performed to identify the risk factors of mechanical complications. Results: During the observation period (3 - 5 years), implant survival rates were 100%. Major mechanical complications were 8 abutment fractures (3.01%), 8 screw loosenings (3.01%), 2 screw fractures (0.75%), 11 chipping or fractures of veneering materials (5.58%), 23 decementations of the superstructure (11.68%). The relationship between the incidence of mechanical complications and the possible factors were not statistically significant(p > .05). Conclusion: There is no significant difference between each mechanical complication and the risk factors. P-ISFDP fabricated with CAD/CAM titanium abutments is a clinically acceptable treatment.

      • 디지털 시대 변화하는 박물관과 관람자 - SNS 해시태그 분석을 중심으로 -

        오늘날 뮤지엄은 급변하는 디지털 환경과 관람객에 주목하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 온라인 플랫폼 중에서 SNS 해시태그 기록과 표현에 집중하였다. 국내 5개관 뮤지엄에 대한 관람객들의 해시태그를 하나의 도구로 인식하고, 이를 통해 뮤지엄에 대한 관람객 인식이 어떻게 변화되고 있는지 살펴보았다. SNS 활성화에 따른 가장 큰 변화는 ‘콘텐츠를 스스로 생성할 수 있는 관람자의 힘’이다. 뮤지엄을 효과적으로 운영하기 위해서는 변화하는 온라인 플랫폼과 관람자들의 특성을 파악하는 데 집중해야 할 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 뮤지엄과 관람객 사이의 효과적인 소통방안을 모색할 수 있기를 기대해 본다. Today, the museum are paying attention to the rapidly changing digital environment and visitors. In this study, the recording and expression of hashtags in the digital era were recognized as a single tool, and through this, We focused on the hashtags as a means of analysis, participation, and exchange for visitors. Through this study, we recognized the rapidly changing digital age and a new type of online platform, narrowing the gap between the museum and the audience, and finding effective communication methods based on participation and sharing.

        마이너스 자화 스피넬 산화물의 연 X선 방사광 분광 연구

        By employing soft X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) and soft X-ray magnetic circular dichroism (XMCD), the electronic structures of Li<SUB>0.5</SUB>FeCr<SUB>1.5</SUB>O₄ spinel ferrite have been investigated, which exhibits the negative magnetization phenomenon. It is found that that both Fe and Cr ions are trivalent, that most of Fe3+ ions occupy the A (T<SUB>d</SUB>) sites while Cr<SUP>3+</SUP> ions occupy the B (O<SUB>h</SUB>) sites, and that the magnetic moments of Fe ions and those of Cr ions are coupled antiferromagnetically to each other. Hence Li<SUB>0.5</SUB>FeCr<SUB>1.5</SUB>O₄ can be represented as (Fe)<SUB>A</SUB>[Li<SUB>0.5</SUB>Cr<SUB>1.5</SUB>]<SUB>B</SUB>O₄.
