Precision agriculture is an agriculture that collects and manages growth data and environmental data of crops or livestock, and creates an optimal growth environment based on it, and refers to agriculture with a concept similar to smart farms. The purpose of this paper is to combine the cloud-based precision agricultural management system with a farm's smart farm using public data from the Rural Development Administration's item management manual to enable systematic operation. Farm as a service (FaaS) technology development is necessary for farm cloud services. Based on the analysis or collection results of crop growth, disease prediction, and abnormal operation of IoT equipment from the smart bed system, producer services such as disease management, growth management, and resource management are provided based on the cloud. Through the development of a cloud-based precision agricultural management system, it ultimately resolves information and system imbalances by resolving price barriers, secures an eco-friendly precision agricultural foundation through intelligent drainage management, and lays the foundation for expanding profit models such as cloud-based shared services. 정밀 농업은 작물이나 가축의 생육데이터와 환경 데이터를 수집하여 관리하고 이를 기반으로 최적의 생육 환경을 조성하는 농업으로 스마트팜과 유사한 개념의 농업을 말한다. 본 논문의 목적은 농촌진흥청의 품목별 관리 매뉴얼 공공데이터를 활용한 농가의 스마트팜에 클라우드 기반 정밀 농업관리 시스템을 결합하여 체계화된 운영이가능하도록 하는 것에 있다. FaaS(Farm as a Service) 기술 개발은 팜클라우드 서비스를 위해서 필요하다. 스마트베드 시스템으로부터 작물의 생육이나 병해 예측 관련 정보, IoT 장비의 이상 작동 등의 분석이나 수집 결과를토대로 농가의 사용자나 생산자 등을 위한 병해관리·생육관리·자원관리 등 생산자 서비스를 클라우드 기반으로 제공한다. 클라우드 기반 정밀 농업 관리 시스템 개발을 통하여 궁극적으로 가격 장벽 해소를 통한 정보 및 시스템불균형을 해소하고 지능형 배액 관리를 통한 친환경 정밀 농업 기반을 확보하고 클라우드 기반 공유형 서비스 등수익 모델 확장 기반을 마련한다.

Currently, the labor shortage of farm households in Korea is serious, and income is also on the decline. There is a need for countermeasures against this, and the transition from the current agricultural system to digital agriculture is required. Artificial intelligence technology is essential to go to digital agriculture. In this paper, we will look into the development trend of artificial intelligence-based digital agriculture technology. Although artificial intelligence is still limited in fully realizing human capabilities, it is being used in fusion with various fields. Rapid technological development is taking place in the medical field, manufacturing or automobile fields, and artificial intelligence is also in the spotlight in the agricultural field, which will be discussed in this thesis. Compared to other fields, agriculture is inherently more labor intensive, requires a lot of manpower, and has little IT technology grafting. However, in recent years, robots using artificial intelligence technology are gradually becoming automated, such as managing and harvesting crops instead of manpower or spraying pesticides using control drones. If agricultural technology is developed like this, in the near future, agriculture will become a field that can be replaced by artificial intelligence rather than a job that requires manpower.

Idiopathic portal hypertension (IPH) is a rare disorder which is clinically characterized by portal hypertension, splenomegaly, hypersplenism and the absence of liver cirrhosis. Patients with IPH have massive splenomegaly leading to increased portal venous flow and subsequent portal hypertension. In selected IPH patients with splenomegaly and hypersplenism, splenectomy can be regarded as an effective treatment protocol for decreasing portal hypertension. We report a case of a 44-year-old woman who was diagnosed with IPH accompanied by splenomegaly and hypersplenism. She underwent laparoscopic splenectomy and clinical symptoms and hypersplenism resolved. Our study shows that laparoscopic splenectomy can be considered as a procedure for treating patients with splenomegaly and hypersplenism due to IPH.
