        농촌거주 국제결혼한 한국인 남성의 음주와 결혼 안정성: 의사소통과 사회적 지지의 매개효과

        Purpose: This study was designed to identify whether alcohol use predicts marital stability and to investigate the mediating effects of marital communication and social support in international married Korean men who lived in a rural area. Methods: The participants were 200 of the international married men. The data were collected during June, 2010. The instruments were Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT), Marital Instability (MI), Marital Communication (MC), Social Support (SS). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression, Results: The mean score for AUDIT was 9.6, and alcohol use was negatively correlated with marital stability, marital communication and social support. We also found that marital communication fully mediated the association between alcohol use and marital stability, while social support did not mediate this association. Conclusion: The outcomes of this study indicates a need to develop intervention strategies and education programs that include emphasis on moderate drinking and communication skills for couples in international marriages.

        후방 공군 병사의 의사소통, 회복탄력성, 정신건강이 군 적응에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 후방지역 공군 병사의 군 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 N 지역의 병사 160명이었다. 자료는 2015년 11월 16일부터 12월 11일에 수집되었고, 연구 도구는 군 적응, 의사소통, 회복 탄력성, 정신 건강이었다. 연구 결과 대상자의 군 적응 평균 점수는 1.25점, 회복탄력성 평균 점수는 3.69점, 정신적 웰빙의 평균 점수는 2.98점, 정신장애의 평균 점수는 1.24이었다. 일반적인 특성에 따라 나이, 주관적 건강상태 인식, 진로에 대한 생각이 유의하 게 나타났다. 특히 병사들의 군 적응을 힘들게 하는 요인으로 상․하 인간관계와 주 상담원은 군내에서 동기가 많았다. 군 적응과 의사소통, 정신 장애는 유의하게 정적 상관관계를 나타내며, 회복 탄력성, 정신적 웰빙은 유의하게 부적 상관관계로 나타났다. 정신 장애와 비난형 의사소통 유형은 군 적응의 설명력 41%로 나타났다. 본 연구는 병사들의 정신 장애와 비난형 의사소통 유형이 군 적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 정신 장애와 비난형 의사소통 유형 관리에 초점을 둔 프로그램을 개발하고 제공되어야 한다. This study was designed to investigate the factors that influence soldiers' military adjustment in the rear air force. The data were collected through a survey of 160 soldiers in N city from Nov. 16th to Dec. 11th, 2015, using appropriate instruments to assess their military adjustment, type of communication, resilience and mental health, and analyzed using IBM SPSS WIN 21. The mean scores for military adjustment, resilience, mental well-being and disorder were 1.25±0.33, 3.69±0.56, 2.98±0.94 and 1.24±0.36, respectively. In the analysis of their general characteristics, there were significant differences in age, perceived health and future career. Significantly positive correlations were found between adjustment and placating, blaming and irrelevant communication and mental disorder and significantly negative correlations were found between adjustment and resilience and mental well-being. Mental disorder and blaming communication accounted for 41% of the variance in the military adjustment. The result of this study shows that soldiers' military adjustment is related to mental disorder and blaming communication.

        베트남 출신 며느리를 맞은 농촌 지역 시어머니의 적응과정

        본 연구는 베트남출신 며느링를 맞이한 시어머니의 적응과정에 대한 실체적 이론을 생성하기 위해 근거이론적 접근을 이용하여 시행된 질적 연구이다. 연구방법: 베트남출신 며느리를 가진 13명의 시어머니를 면담하여 필사한 결과응 근거이론적 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 총 268개의 개념에서 9개의 범주와 21개의 범주가 확인되었다. 현상은 ``차이 극복하기``였고 중심범주는 ``며느리와 함께 살아가기 위해 최선을 다함``이었다. 9개의 범주는 만남, 씨름하기, 함께 살아가기 등의 세 단계로 분류되었다. 결론: 서로 다른 개인적 문화적 배경을 가진 개인들이 만났을 떄는 서로의 요구를 충족시키며 함께 살아가기 위해 끊임없는 협상의 과정을 반복한다. 건강전문인들은 이들이 서로의 다름을 놓고 씨름할 때 서로의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 방법과 통찰력을 제공함으로써 이들의 적응과정을 도울 수 있다. This study was conducted to generate a grounded substantive theory of the adaptation process of mothers-in-law of Vietnamese women married to Korean husbands. Methods: Thirteen women who had Vietnamese daughters-in-law were interviewed. Data were transcribed verbatim and analyzed using a grounded theory method. Results: Nine categories with 21 sub-categories were extracted from 268 concepts. The identified phenomenon was ``overcoming differences`` and the core category was ``trying one`s best to live together with daughter-in-law``. The 9 categories were grouped into 3 stages for the adaptation process: encountering, struggling, and living together. Conclusion: The results indicate that when individuals from different cultural and personal backgrounds have to live together there is a continuing negotiation process towards meeting each other`s needs. Health professionals can assist this adaptation process by providing these women with insights into various ways of meeting each other`s need while they are struggling.

        중ㆍ고등학교 태권도 선수들의 자아존중감과 집단응집력 분석

        This study is aimed at grasping the actuality of group cohesion which has a significant influence on Taekwon-do trainees' socialization, group stabilization, and continuous solidarity, investigating the level of self-respect, and putting into practical use the materials as fundamental data for enhancing middle school players and high school players' self-respect and cohesion. The results are as followings. First, middle school and high school Taekwon-do players' sex and grade didn't have a significant difference in self-respect and cohesion. Religion had a significant difference in the group atmosphere of cohesion. The players having religions such as catholicism and buddhism made better group atmosphere than those who didn't have a religion. Second, middle school and high school Taekwon-do layers' current poom(grade) and prize-winning history didn't have a significant difference in self-respect and cohesion. Players' career had a significant difference in negative self-respect and group atmosphere of cohesion. The players with longer than three years' career had a higher negative self-respect than those with shorter than three years' career. The players with shorter than three years' career made a better group atmosphere than those with longer than three years' career. Third, affirmative self-respect factors had a statistically significant (+) influence on cohesion acceptance and group participation, but negative self-respect factors had a statistically significant (-) influence on cohesion group atmosphere. Generally speaking, group living through sports player living in adolescence may have a negative factor on player living and school living for middle school and high school Taekwon-do players, which may also have a direct influence on adolescent sports players' score and academic score. Even if outer aspects such as playing skills and physical ability should have an affirmative influence, players may have a difficulty in skill promotion and player living without psychological systematic management such as cohesion through players' self-respect and group living aided by parents.

        대학 태권도 선수의 스포츠자신감, 성취목표지향성 및 정신건강의 관계분석

        This thesis aimed at looking into the relationship between confidence in sports, direction to accomplishment aims, and mental health that university Taekwondo players had, and leaded the conclusion as followings. First, as for the relationship between confidence in sports and direction to accomplishment aims, the proof of ability of confidence in sports, the factor of physical/mental preparation had a positive influence on task aims of the direction to accomplishment aims; social backing of confidence in sports, the factor of physical/mental preparation had a positive influence on self-aim direction. Second, as for the relationship between confidence in sports and mental health, the model between two factors had a significant influence, that is a suitability. But, all of the factors such as speaking in detail, the proof of ability of confidence in sports, coaches’ leadership, social backing, and the factor of physical/mental preparation didn’t have a statistical significant influence on subsidiary areas of mental health. Third, as for the relationship between direction to accomplishment aims and mental health, direction to self-aims of direction to accomplishment aims had a statistical significant (+) influence on uneasiness. All of the direction to task aims and self- aims of direction to accomplishment aims had a significant positive (+) influence on depression.

        기본간호학실습 수업의 문화기술지 연구

        Purpose: Objectives of this study were to identify and describe cultural meaning for nursing students in the class in fundamental nursing practice. Methods: Data were collected from November 2016 to May 2017 included focus group interviews and participants observation. The key informants in this study included 23 nursing students divided into 3 focus groups who had taken the course in fundamental nursing practice in university U and university S in Kyungpook, and university D in Jeonnam. Interviews continued until no new information could be identified from transcripts. Data were analyzed using the taxonomic analysis method developed by Spradley. Results: Based on the data acquired from the interviews, cultural domains in the class “fundamental nursing practice” were classified as ‘community oriented activities’, ‘learning and playing space’, ‘relationship of difference and discrimination’, ‘time for present and future’. Conclusion: The culture in the class “fundamental nursing practice” could be summarized as ‘non-standardized learning with team dynamics’. Also nursing students learned about a small society whose members are becoming nurses. Results indicate that it is critical for professors to understand students’ values, beliefs and their attitude in order to aid in adjustment to class.
