This study is an attempt to investigate on the substitution of outpatients prescriptions dispensed in SNUH(Seoul National University Hospital) after launching the prescription-drug dispensing separation system in Korea. Out of the outpatient prescriptions issued in SNUH from July 2000 to September 2003, those substituted were chosen for the study. The percentage of prescriptions which were substituted and the rate for drug substitution which were not allowed has been on the decrease as the prescription-drug dispensing separation steadily gained its ground. Medicine most substituted at the pharmacies are diazepam, atenolol, furosemide, amitriptyline in order of frequency. The rate of substitution of prescriptions was highest in the department of plastic surgery, with the departments of neuropsychology, emergency, diagnostic radiology following. When substituting prescriptions, pharmacists sometimes failed to report the amount of the dispensed medicine(37%), the date of the prescriptions(14%), the name of the pharmacy(8%) and the pharmacist(7%). 29% of the substitution appeared to be done at the pharmacies located around SNUH, and 69% at the other pharmacies. We found examples of the reports not being made properly when substitutions were done to some degree. Also it was difficult to control the malpractice. And to improve this situation, some measures and efforts should be taken by pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, and the government authorities.

The purpose of this study was to investigate difference of work values by a university student's personality type. In this study, the subjects were 489 university student, they were given two tests. The instruments are Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI) and Work Value Inventory. The results of the present study were showed differences in word values according to student's personality type. First, there were no significant differences between male and female in work values. Second, the scores of work values were higher when the teachers is prefer to E than I. Third, the scores of work values were higher ST than NT to functional personality type. Fourth, There were correlated MBTI and work values.
격려집단상담이 초등학생의 공격성 및교우관계에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 낙담한 초등학생들의 공격성을 낮추고 교우관계를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 찾고자 격려집단상담이 공격성과 교우관계에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 초등학교 6학년 54명을 대상으로 자기낙담 검사를 실시한 후 상위 30%(16명)를 연구대상으로 하여 격려집단상담을 실시하고, 공격성(30문항)과 교우관계(20문항)에 어떻게 영향을 주는지 알아보았다. 본 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위해 실험집단과 통제집단에 사전‧사후검사를 실시하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 격려집단상담이 낙담한 초등학생들의 공격성 감소에 긍정적인 효과가 있었고, 공격성의 하위요인인 적대감에서도 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 격려집단상담은 낙담한 초등학생들의 교우관계 향상에도 긍정적인 효과를 주었고, 교우관계의 하위요인인 친구의 유무와 신뢰도, 친구간의 적응, 친구간의 공동생활에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 시사점과 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the encouragement group counseling on the aggression and peer relationship of discouraged elementary school students to find out the ways of lowering the occurrence of aggression and improving peer relationship. For this study, after administrating the self-discouragement inventory (24 questions) among 54 students of 6th graders from B elementary school in A metropolitan city, top 30%(16 students)of the students were randomly assigned to experimental and control group. After group counseling, the aggression scale (30 questions) and peer relationship scale (20 questions) were administered to find out how encouragement group counseling had an effect on the aggression and peer relationship. To verify the effect of the encouragement group counseling, pre and post-test data were analyzed through the SPSS 24.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, encouragement group counseling had a positive effect on lowering the aggression of the discouraged elementary school students. Also, there was significant difference on the hostility, a sub-factor of the aggression. Second, encouragement group counseling had a positive effect on improving the peer relationship of discouraged elementary school students. Also, there were significant differences on the presence and reliability of friends, the adaption between friends, the co-living with friends. According to the results of the study, counseling implications, limitations of the study, and suggestions for future research were proposed.
니트 패션에 나타난 트롱프뢰유(Trompe l’œil) 표현 특성의 미적가치

Expression technique of Fashion has been changing intimately in accordance with art. The technique of Trompe l’oeil is considered to be the inventive expression method in fine arts and has been a constant influence in the field of modern fashion. Recently, Trompe l’oeil has been acknowledged as a fascinating fashion technique due to its creative ideas which induce optical illusion to express creative individuality. This study focuses on examining the characteristics of the knit fashion based on Trompe l’oeil technique and evaluating its aesthetic value. The first characteristic of Trompe l’oeil in the assknit fashion is visual impact and amusement expressed through layering style. The Second characteristic is a decoration effect which creates an illusion that someone is wearing accessories. The third characteristic is the effects in detail. An ample image can be created by the doubling effect from optical illusion associating movement with the silhouette of basically two dimensional object. The first aesthetic value of Trompe l’oeil expressed in the knit fashion is the effect of delightfulness which leads prosaic people of the modern era to a more relaxed and enjoyable state. The second is the effect of fantastic which draws visual expansion from the fashion design ideas. The third is the effect of diversity that produces various images. These results demonstrate the usefulness of Trompe l’oeil technique expressed in the knit fashion by effectively illustrating three-dimensional effects through optical illusion.
