This experiment was conducted to find out high antioxidant activity varieties of chinese matrimony from the 131 accessions which conserved at Cheongyang Gugija Experiment Station. The status of the 131 accessions were composed 21 of local varieties, 20 of introduced species and 90 of improved races. The anti-oxidant activity using DPPH and IC50, 45 accessions out of 90 showed high activity in free radical scavenging ability as less than 200 ㎍/㎖ in improved races, while nine and six accessions from the introduced species and local varieties, respectively. At the stem part, the highest three anti-oxidant varieties among 131 accessions are “C0148-94”, “D0148-72” and “Cheongdae”, while China collection 1 in leaf part. Since “Cheongdae” is the progeny from the “Cheongyang Jaerae 5” and “Myungan” and those two varieties, “C0148-94” and “D0148-72” are from the Myungan and Cheongdae, high anti-oxidant activity can be inherited in Chinese matrimony vine. 본 연구는 우리나라에서 보존하고 있는 구기자(Lycium chinesis Miller) 유전자원 131점의 잎과 줄기의 에탄올 추출물을 제조한 후 이 추출물들을 이용하여 항산화 활성 및 관련 요소들을 바탕으로 계통 간 비교를 실시하였다. 전자공여능의 경우 잎 추출물에서 각각 농도별로 높은 활성을 보인 것은 “중국수집1” 계통으로 50, 100, 250 ppm 농도에서 32%, 65%, 92% 의 전자공여능을 보여 모든 농도에서 가장 높은 활성을 보였으며 농도 의존적인 경향을 보였다. 줄기 추출물의 경우 50 ppm의 농도에서 가장 높은 38%의 활성을 보인 “C0148-94” 계통, 100 ppm의 농도에서 가장 높은 70%의 활성을 보인 “D0148-72” 계통, 250 ppm의농도에서 가장 높은 93%의 활성을 보인 “CB01208-120”계통으로 이 전자공여능 값을 IC50값으로 나타내면 고농도에서 가장 높은 활성을 보인 것 보단 저농도에서 부터 순차적으로 높은 활성을 보인 계통이 IC50값이 더 낮아 DPPH radical 소거능이 높았다. IC50값은 잎 추출물에서 “중국수집1” 계통이 85.61 ㎍/㎖이었고, 줄기 추출물에서는 “C0148-94” 계통이 52.63 ㎍/㎖으로 각각 가장 낮았으며, IC50값을 이용하여 구기자 잎과줄기의 항산화활성은 IC50값이 낮은 자원의 분포가 많은 줄기 추출물이 잎 추출물보단 항산화 활성이 높은 것으로 평가된다. 자원상태별로는 대체적으로 육성종의 DPPH radical 소거능이 재래종이나 도입종에 비하여 높았다. 페놀 화합물을 정량 분석한 결과로 잎에서 항산화활성이가장 높았던(IC50이 가장 낮은) “중국수집1” 계통은 페놀화합물 총량이 가장 높은 650.91 ㎍/g 함량을 보였다. 줄기는“C0148-94” 계통이 페놀화합물 총량이 170.50 ㎍/g으로 낮았으나 두 요인간의 상관계수(미제시)가 낮은 것이 구기자잎의 항산화활성에는 페놀화합물 이외의 다른 성분들도 관여 할 것으로 판단되었으며, 구기자 잎과 줄기의 총 페놀함량과 IC50값의 상관관계가 잎 추출물에서 r=-0.5288, 줄기추출물에서 r=-0.4749로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 따라서 항산화 활성이 높게 평가된 자원들이 유전적 배경을 공유하는 것으로 미루어 줄기의 항산화 활성이 높은 품종과의 교잡에 의해 항산화활성이 높은 품종의 육성이 가능할 것으로 판단되며, 아직까지 항산화 소재로 사용되지 않던 구기자 잎과 줄기가 목단, 황금, 산수유 등의 약용작물보다 항산화 활성이 높으므로 기능성 제품생산으로 유용하게활용 될 것으로 생각된다.

Regional Development is regarded as a comprehensive and planned endeavour, for better income and welfare improvement. Through these regional development, We could achieve three genral goal; efficiency, equity and sequrity in region. Among many smodels, There are reflecting two different perception of the problem of development planning; first downward planning at the national level, secondly upward planning at the local level. The incident problems of downward planning are following; first, The economic activity within region is not consistent with geographical region. secondly, Since growth pole is urban and periphery is runal, Structural gap between urban and rural has deepened along time. Therefore, growing pole links more tight with other city. Regional growth has stagged owtward from pole and income level of inhabitants lower and unfair. thirdly, Efficiency is more important factor than equity in most developing nations, because of scarcity of available resources. The limits of upward planning have various aspects; over-competition among villages, necessity of spatial integration, diseconomy of scale size, inter-regional coodination of public administration, …etc. It has been suggested a cooperative regional development strategies from discussing limits and problems of models. First, It is a upward and development from within method. It is a autonomous problem solving method with its own available resources. With these effort and strategies, We could achieve a ideal autarchy and highly self-sufficient economic system, Second, It is a cooperative method. It has been necessary that village integrate wider development unit for the efficiency. Thus middle-range unit is same self-autonomous agropolitan that reflect a basic need of inhabitants. Therefore, a cooperative policy correspond to autonomous method. Third, It is a exploitation method of latcnt resources. It is necessary that marginal resources as well as manifested resources mobilize for development goal.

Over-Urbanization is caused by merit of Urbanism and urban socio-economic benefit. Urbanism is understood as a set of social institution and attituds which would tend to be found whenever people settled permanently in large, dense and heterogeneous groupings. Large size and high density is diffrentiated by specialization, but is need to be integrated by some rule. City is considered as instrument in central region, particularly. Because of good accessibility, urban central region has high centrality and urbanigation economy with agglomeration. Factly, over crowed urban problem is deduced by high densely urban function and activities in central region, and urban spatial structure and land use pattern is deterermined by a set of outcome activity pattern and therefore, I compared the real activity characteristics in Seoul central region with general urban spatial theory. Following Conclusion is deduced by correlation research. ① Activity population has concentrated at central region. Employee and business population is distributed with diffrent density within hard core, middle, periphery region and therefore internal specialization is taken placed within central region, but inhabitant population is decreased toward core region. Density crater is approved by this fact. ② Urban activity has the peculiar changing time cycle, per day, per work, per menth, per seoson, per year. ③ Peak time and running time is different from type of activity and agents of business. ④ Urban function which have national-wide sphere influence is majorly located in middle region, and urban function with international-wide is densely located in core region of central region of Seoul. ⑤ Because of a residual product, pollution is cncreasing toward central region.
ALBA: 탈식민성과 ‘선물주기’ 방식의 라틴아메리카 통합운동

Durante la segunda mitad del siglo XIX, los blancos criollos establecieron los regimenes de estado-nación moderna con la colonialidad(exclusión) interna de los indígenas y negros. Después de los años 90, han aparecido los movimientos sociales de emancipación social de los otros así como indígenas, negros, mujeres, agricultores sin tierra, pobres buscando la globalización alternativa. Para guardar esta visión de que otro mundo sea posible, los movimientos sociales latinoamericanos se dieron cuenta de la importancia de los movimientos de integración latinoamericana y con el liderazgo de Chavez la materializaron poco a poco incluso con la participación activa de Brasil y la Argentina. Estos países se acercaron dentro del ámbito de Mercosur con la conciencia de importancia político-estratégica de integración latinoamericana promovida por Venezuela en el área energética y de infraestructura. Y apareció ALBA. ALBA es un acuerdo singular de integración latinoamericana no al nivel de capital sino al del pueblo. Porque ya no se trata de la lucha de clases sino de elite/pueblo. Con el protagonismo del pueblo en los movimientos sociales y de integración, se ha regresado lo público o político en la América Latina. Las activas políticas de integración latinoamericana hacia los derechos básicos así como la educación y la salud de ALBA no se pueden realizar sin el surgimiento de la emacipación de los indígenas y negros. Por tanto, las utopias sumergidas en los cuerpos del pueblo latinoamericano indican el sistema de integración de 'igualdad de las diferencias' sin la jerarquización vertical racial con la superación del desarrollismo moderno de la epistemología eurocéntrica

The two-thermocouple method was investigated experimentally to evaluate its accuracy for the measurement of local wall temperature and heat flux on a heat transfer tube with an electric heater rod installed in an annulus channel. This work revealed that a thermocouple flush-mounted in a surface groove serves as a good reference method for the accurate measurement of the wall temperature, whereas two thermocouples installed at different depths in the tube wall yield large bias errors in the calculation of local heat flux and wall temperature. These errors result from conductive and convective changes due to the fin effect of the thermocouple sheath. To eliminate the bias errors, we proposed a calibration method based on both the local heat flux and Reynolds number of the cooling water. The calibration method was validated with the measurement of local heat flux and wall temperature against experimental data obtained for single-phase convection and two-phase condensation flows inside the tube. In the manuscript, Section 1 introduces the importance of local heat flux and wall temperature measurement, Section 2 explains the experimental setup, and Section 3 provides the measured data, causes of measurement errors, and the developed calibration method.
