Background and Objectives:Authors aimed to observe the change of hearing threshold and the concentration of perilym-Materials and Method:Healthy guinea pigs were anesthetized with xylazine and ketamine and perfomed thracheotomy with ventilatory care. After shaving around vertex and mastoid area, the minimum ABR threshold was checked until the wave I was normally traced. Hypoxic condition was induced by the increase of N2 and the decreased O2 saturation was confirmed via monitor, and then the ABR threshold was rechecked. Then, the mastoid cavity was opened and round window was identified under microscopic view. Labyrinthine perilymphatic fluid was collected from a round window by Hamiltons syringe and the lactate level was calculated. Three guinea pigs were used as controls and the perilymphatic fluids were collected. Results:In the guinea pig with normal Preyers reflex, the initial hearing threshold was 29.5± 3.6 dB SPL (mean± SD) and the average ABR threshold of guinea pig with hypoxic state was 71.0± 1.4 dB SPL. The average perilymphatic lactate level was 5.39± 0.07 mg/dL in the guinea pig of normal hearing and 60.024± 1.66 mg/dL in the guinea pig of hypoxic state. Conclusion:Authors observed that hearing threshold was decreased and perilympahatic lactate level was elevated via induced hypoxia. Through these findings, authors can draw the conclusion that lactate may be one of the possible factors explaning the mechanism of the change in the hearing threshold by tissue ischemia. 페그마타이트에서 부분적으로 운모화된 전기석을 고분해능 투과전자현미경을 이용하여 관찰하였다. 전기석 의 변질광물로서 관찰되는 백운모는 전기석의 {110}와 {100} 방향으로 발달하는데, 이러한 특징은 초기에는 전기석의 변질작용이 구조적으로 벽개의 방향에 의해 결정되었음을 지시한다. 고분해능 투과전자현미경 관찰 에 의하면 전기석과 백운모의 반응경계면은 전기석의 {110}와 {100}을 따라 생성되어 있음을 보여준다. 백 운모의 (001)와 전기석의 (110)간의 반응경계면이 이루는 각도는 일정하지 않지만, 백운모의 (001)와 전기 석의 c-축 간의 방향은 일반적으로 평행을 유지한다. 고분해능 투과전자현미경 관찰 결과는 전기석이 다른 광 물을 거치지 않고 직접 백운모로 변질되었음을 보여준다.
농촌마을종합개발 항목별 중요도 분석 및 개선방안에 관한 연구 - 인제군 용대권역을 중심으로 -

In 1960's, Korea had concentrated on economic development, in the meantime the existing problem which is an avoiding rural settlement phenomenon such as a farming population decrease, an unstabel income, poor surroundings, etc. could intensify. And because of an exodus from agricultural area caused by industrialization and a fall of agricultural farm price as a result of domestic agricultural market opening in accordance with FTA, in 2004 Korean government excuted the integrated rural-village development plan as a measure to provide more support for agricultural villages. The integrated rural-village development plan means that inter-connected with villages which have potnetial and developed it as a unit of small-zone, also we can assume it a Down-up development type because residents participate and lead this plan directly. But, this plan made progress rapidly as a countmeasure of government so, it needs to evaluate for completed project area and make an improvement for a sustainable undertaking. Therefore, this study categorized project contents systematically into two parts of Hardware and Software, after that composed of 4 large-parts, 13 mid-parts and 43 small-parts from Inje-Yongdai zone which was designated for an integrated rural-village development plan in 2004. And a result of analysis for project contents priorities by hierarchy analysis method showed the Regional capability reinforcement is selected for the most important project content by 3 stakeholders who are specialists (514pts.), Korea Rural Community Corporation staffs (694pts.), local government officers (688pts.)
Effect of hot-consolidation method on the superconducting properties of B- and C-doped FeSe0.5Te0.5

The effect of hot consolidation method on the microstructures and superconducting properties of FeSe0.5Te0.5(þB, C) was examined. FeSe0.5Te0.5 (þB, C) compounds were prepared by four different hotconsolidation methods: in-situ sintering, infra-red radiation sintering, hot-pressing and spark plasma sintering. The results showed that, among the employed consolidation methods, the spark plasma sintering is the most effective processing route for enhancing the critical current density due to enhanced densification. The doping of B or C also increased the critical density of FeSe0.5Te0.5, in particular, for spark plasma sintered specimens, but its beneficial effect was less pronounced for the specimens prepared by the other methods.
