        The effect of airconditioning and heating system when aircurtains installed in subway electrical rolling stock at entrance door. It blocks cold/hot air of outside. It is good for health with its blocking effect against dusts exhaust fumes, odor bugs and smoke from outside. It always maintains clean and pleasant atmosphere inside. It helps you to have health with its ever-equal temperature distribution at inside. It saves lots of maintenance cost for heating/cooling (about 86%) since it cuts the loss of hot air under heating as well as of cold air under air-conditionin. Customers can feel pleasant go in and out (better than before) with the door. It is an indispensable product for the employers to cut the cost. It makes customers feel pleasant near doors, since it isnt influenced by temperature difference of cold/hot air when the door opens/closes. In electrical rolling stock passenger temperature is a lot different from that the door opens/closes. One of the main aims is to create an acceptable thermal environment without draught problem. Temperature, gradients when aircurtains installed in subway electrical rolling stock at entrance door have been studied. And the temperature measured at 0.1, 0.5,,1.3,1.7m above the floor. It has been found that temperature, with large fluctuations caused more draught influence.

        건축기술의 발달로 유리가 벽의 구조로 일반화되어 건축되고 있으며. 기존 벽의 역할인 수직 하중을 지탱하는 역할이 없어지게 되었다. 기능과 아름다운 면을 강조하게 되어 벽이 커튼의 역할만 하게 되어 객차 실내 유리창에 접근시 차가운 느낌으로 불쾌감을 유발 한다. 그리고 유리창 아래에 바닥 난방을 했음에도 유리창에 외풍 발생으로 결로 현상이 발생하며 즉 유리창 주변에 물방울이 발생(곰팡이 발생 원인)하여 겨울철 난방 에너지와 여름철 외부 온열이 유리를 통해 이동 하게 된다. 그러므로 에너지효율감소에 절대적으로 영향을 준다. 객차에 발열 유리시스템을 적용하면 유리창 표면에는 냉기의 확산이 발생 하지 않으며. 객차의 실내 냉 난방시 에너지 절감 효과가 있다. Therefore, to reduce energy efficiency affects absolutely. When you apply heat to the carriage window, the surface of the glass system, the spread of the cold air does not occur. Therefore, energy savings cars and heating of the interior is cold.

        All electric trains in the city should be run without any troubles of the equipments in order to offer good services to the passengers. But some breakdowns occur when they are operated due to the long time uses. There are mechanical troubles and electrical troubles included reactors. Most of them, the reason of the troubles can be found out easily after breakdown. But it is difficult to find out the reasons of the reactor troubles which disappear after operation. The reactors of the train filter the current which supplied from electrical lines and supply the current to the inverter and block the ripple of the current. Partial discharge occur from the reactor by the heat. accordingly, If the signals of discharge were perceived, it could be anticipate the deterioration degree of insulation. In this paper, on-monitoring system for reactor"s troubles in trains is established and the output results of monitoring system are investigated.

      • 전동기 구동용 IGBT 소자의 열화 진단

        Motor is energy converting system to generate mechanical force from electrical power and there are various typed motors in home, office, factory, vehicles, aircraft, shipping, etc. Recently in compliance with performance and reliability and the applications of variable speed motors with invert driver are expanded. Almost high power inverter have IGBT and IGBT"s fault cause motor system fault. If we can calculate and foresee troubles of IGBT, we can protect accident caused by motor system fault. In this paper, the deterioration test method of IGBT devices is proposed and the test results of proposed method are shown by evaluated equipment. The basic concept of proposed method is current-voltage characteristic curve test between drain and source of IGBT in open state. The applied voltage type is ramp and it is confirmed that the current-voltage curvet pattern of IGBT in open state represents IGBT"s deterioration state.

        A contact patch between the wheel and the rail supports the train body and a traction power comes from it when rolling stocks run on the railroad. Friction force between the wheel and rail makes the train move on the rail. Whenever the train runs on the rail, the wheels and rails wear down by frictions inevitably. So it must be shaped by the lathe or changed for the safety train operation and the comfortable ride. Until now, many measures were carried out in order to prevent a wear and tear of the wheels. For example loop line railway in Kun Ja depot and Ji Chuk depot. This document reports the wheel changing data taken by maintenances department for the period before and after 1996 in the 1.2.3.4 lines in Seoul metro.
