      • 지능형 진단 시스템을 이용한 태양광 접속반의 화재 예방 및 진단에 대한 연구

        기존 태양광 접속반은 역극성과 과전류 차단을 위한 퓨즈와 다이오드로 구성되어 있어 화재 발생 시 화재 진단 기능이 없기 때문에 경제적 손실이 크다. 태양광 접속반에는 주위 환경 변화나 기타 요인에 따른 화재 사고가 많이 발생하게 되는데 지능형 진단 시스템을 갖춘 태양광 접속반은 실시간으로 방열판 온도, 이산화탄소, 일산화탄소, 접속반의 온도, 습도, 불꽃 센서와 태양광 패널의 전압, 전류를 센서를 통해 상태 확인이 가능하다. 태양광 패널에서 생성된 전압과 전류는 접속반을 거쳐 인버터로 가게 되는데 접속반에서 전류 센서와 저 역 통과 필터를 거쳐 측정하게 된다. 전압, 전류, 방열판 온도, 이산화탄소, 불꽃 센서값은 MCU 내부 16 Bit ADC를 통해 측정하였고, 일산화탄소 센서는 UART를 통해 측정하였다. 이산화탄소와 일산화탄소의 경우 가로 40cm, 세로 32cm의 철제 외함 내부에 초에 불을 붙여 연소시켜 나오는 가스를 측정하였으며, 불꽃센서는 1초 내에 감지되며, 오경보를 줄이기 위해 두 개의 불꽃 센서를 접속반의 좌측과 우측에 배치하여 이중화를 통한 신뢰성 있는 검출기능을 구현하였다. 스마트폰을 이용한 WiFi와 Ethernet 통신을 이용한 SCADA 모니터링 시스템을 통해 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 모니터링이 가능함을 확인하였고, 화재 예측 알고리즘은 기준치 이상, 다수의 센서에 이상이 감지되면 모니터링 시스템을 통해 사용자 및 관리자에게 실시간으로 화재 경보 상태를 알리게 된다. 방열판의 온도와 태양광 패널의 전압과 전류, 접속반의 습도는 실시간으로 값을 확인할 수 있고, 화재 발생 시 생성되는 유독가스 중 탄소를 함유한 대부분의 가연성 물질이 발생 되는데, 이중 이산화탄소와 일산화탄소의 농도가 각각 2,000ppm, 100ppm 이상 감지하고, 불꽃 센서의 경우 3초 이상 감지될 시 화재 경보가 발생된다. 화재 경보가 발생되면 인버터로 가는 전력을 차단기를 통해 차단하고, 자동확산 소화장치를 통해 CO2 소화 약제를 분사하게 된다. 만약 화재로 인해 접속반 컨트롤러의 제어가 안 될시 접속반 내부 온도가 70℃ 이상 되었을 시 ABC 자동소화 장치를 통해 소화 약제를 분사하게 된다. 화재 경보 알고리즘을 통해 접속반 내부의 상태를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있고, 화재 발생 시 2개의 자동소화 장치를 통해 초기 화재를 진압한다. 기존 태양광 발전 설비의 태양광 접속반은 설치단가가 상대적으로 낮기 때문에 전기관련 설비, 부품에서 많은 사고로 화재가 발생되는 문제점을 개선하고자 태양광 접속반에 각종 센서 및 통신 장비를 통해 화재 발생률을 줄이고, 화재 발생 시 보다 빠른 화재 감지를 통해 화재를 진압함으로써 경제적 손실 및 인명 위험, 화재 확산 등 문제점을 개선할 수 있다. Existing photovoltaic connection module consists of a fuse and diode for reverse polarity and overcurrent blocking. A lot of fire accidents occur in photovoltaic connection module due to changes in the surrounding environment or other factors. photovoltaic connection module equipped with an intelligent diagnosis system provide real-time heat sink temperature, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, photovoltaic connection module temperature, humidity, flame sensor and solar power. It is possible to check the status of the voltage and current of the panel through the sensor. The voltage and current generated by the solar panel go to the inverter through the photovoltaic connection module, where it is measured through a current sensor and low-pass filter. The voltage, current, heat sink temperature, carbon dioxide, and flame sensor values ​​were measured through the 16-bit ADC inside the MCU, and the carbon monoxide sensor was measured through the UART. In the case of carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide, the gases emitted by burning a candle inside a 40 cm wide and 32 cm long iron case were measured. The flame sensor is detected within 1 second, and to reduce false alarms, two flame sensors are placed on the left and right sides of the photovoltaic connection module to realize a reliable detection function through duplication. It was confirmed that monitoring is possible regardless of time and place through the SCADA monitoring system using WiFi and Ethernet communication using a smartphone. It notifies the manager of the fire alarm status in real time. The temperature of the heat sink, the voltage and current of the photovoltaic panel, and the humidity of the photovoltaic connection module can be checked in real time, and most of the toxic gases generated during a fire are combustible materials containing carbon. Among them, the concentration of carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide It detects more than 2,000ppm and 100ppm, respectively, and in the case of a flame sensor, a fire alarm is generated when it is detected for more than 3 seconds. When a fire alarm occurs, the power to the inverter is cut off through the circuit breaker, and the CO2 fire extinguishing agent is sprayed through the automatic diffusion fire extinguishing system. If the photovoltaic connection module controller cannot be controlled due to a fire, the fire extinguishing agent is sprayed through the ABC automatic fire extinguishing system when the internal temperature of the photovoltaic connection module exceeds 70℃. Through the fire alarm algorithm, the status of the inside of the photovoltaic connection module can be checked in real time, and when a fire occurs, the initial fire is extinguished through two automatic fire extinguishing devices. Since the solar power junction panel of the existing solar power generation facility has a relatively low installation cost, in order to improve the problem that fires occur due to many accidents in electrical facilities and parts, the fire rate is reduced through various sensors and communication equipment in the solar power junction panel. In the event of a fire, it is possible to improve problems such as economic loss, risk of life, and fire spread by extinguishing the fire through faster fire detection.

For this purpose, we begin with reviewing definitions and basic properties of the Gamma function and the Beta function. The inverse binomial coefficients can be expressed as a form of integral using the Beta function. Using this integral expression of inverse binomial coefficients, we compute an infinite series as a form of an integral.

      • 자동계류시스템 진공흡착패드의 Lab test를 위한 평가 절차 개발 연구

        The 4th Industrial Revolution mandates the creation of smarter, more efficient operational systems in maritime logistics and port industries. Specifically, the advent of smart ports and autonomous ships necessitates automatic mooring systems that utilize AI-based automation and vacuum suction technologies, advancing beyond conventional mooring rope methods to improve mooring process efficiency and worker safety. These systems feature vacuum suction pads with rubber seals to endure external forces like mooring pressures. Developing a high-performance automatic mooring system requires a detailed analysis of vacuum suction pads' design needs and real-scale performance testing. This study scrutinizes the necessary design elements for vacuum suction pads and outlines the evaluation process of their performance via real-scale tests. According to port and fishing port design standards, the mooring forces on the training ship HANBADA under the severest ocean conditions (Beaufort 7) were determined to be 248kN in the sway direction and 17.7kN in the surge direction. The seal's rubber material was selected for its physical robustness and resistance to environmental conditions, opting for a CR55/NR45 blend, and the seal shape was crafted by referencing earlier products to create a real-scale vacuum suction pad. In the real-scale performance test, a dedicated indoor test bed for the suction pad was developed, revealing that welding on the surface led to pressure loss within the pad, thus not achieving the maximal suction force of 200kN. Nevertheless, under all other tested environmental conditions, the pads met the required suction force, proving their effectiveness. 4차 산업혁명의 도래는 해운 물류 및 항만 산업 내에서 보다 스마트하고 효율적인 운영 시스템의 개발을 필요로 하고 있다. 향후 개발될 스마트 항만과 자율운항선박간의 연계에서 특히, 선박 계류 과정의 효율성과 작업자들의 안전성을 향상시키기 위해서는 기존의 계류삭 방식으로 선박을 고정하는 것이 아닌 AI 기반의 자동화 시스템과 진공 흡착 기술을 이용한 자동계류시스템 개발이 요구된다. 자동계류시스템은 선박의 계류력과 같은 외부 하중에 견딜 수 있도록 고무 Seal을 구비한 진공 흡착패드가 장착되어 있는 것이 특징이다. 고성능 자동계류시스템을 개발하기 위해서는 진공흡착패드의 설계 요구사항을 분석하고 실선 스케일에서의 시험 성능 테스트를 진행할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 진공흡착패드에 요구되는 설계 요소들을 검토 및 분석하고, Real-Scale 테스트를 통해 진공 흡착패드의 성능을 평가하기 위한 과정을 보여준다. 항만 및 어항 기준에 따라 가장 극한의 해상 조건(Beaufor 7) 상태에서 한바다호에 대한 계류력은 Sway 방향의 힘은 248kN, Surge 방향의 힘은 17.7kN으로 나타난다. Seal의 고무 소재는 물리적 성질 및 환경 저항에 기반하여 Blend CR55/NR45로 선정하였으며, 효율적인 흡착 성능을 위해 선행사들의 제품들을 참고하여 Seal 형상을 설계하여 실선 스케일의 진공흡착패드를 제작하였다. Real-Scale 성능 시험에서는 흡착패드에 특화된 실내 Test bed를 제작하였으며, 시험 결과 표면에 용접이 있는 조건에서는 패드 내부에 압력 손실이 발생하여 최대 흡착력 200kN에 만족하지 못했지만, 그 외에 환경조건에서는 모두 흡착력을 만족한 것을 확인하였다.

      • 등록상표의 不正使用 및 不使用에 의한 商標登錄 取消審判制度에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to analyze problems and issues regarding the Korean trial system for the revocation (cancellation) of a trademark registration due to unjust use by the trademark right owner, or non-use of a registered trademark, and to propose legislative alternatives to certain problems, as well as to offer a new construction on certain issues. Regarding a trial for the revocation of a trademark registration due to unjust use by the trademark right owner in accordance with Article 73(1)2 of the Korean Trademark Act, first, it is proposed to clearly provide for, in the Trademark Act, the concept of ‘a comparable trademark’ and its requirements; for, despite no specific wording for it in the Act, the courts have acknowledged its presence and its necessity when correctly applying the Article, and it should be provided for, even if only on the basis of pure logic. Second, it is proposed that, in addition to the consumer, ‘the general public’ be included among those who can be misled or confused as to the source of goods or services, as the Supreme Court has acknowledged the possibility of ‘post-sale confusion’ on the part of the public. Alternatively it is proposed to delete ‘the consumer’ in order to expand ‘the misled subjective’ to ‘the public’ or ‘the third party.’ Third, the expression ‘confusion with goods relating to another person’s business’ is vague and elusive, and I propose it be changed to ‘confusion with the goods of another person.’ Fourth, Article 91bis(2), which is closely related to Article 73(1)2, must be amended due to both a semantic or phraseological error as well as a lapse in logic. The wording ‘as similar to the registered trademark’ must be deleted. In addition, a provisory clause needs to be added to the Article, saying “Provided, that the foregoing shall not apply where a change of color of the registered trademark leads to any misconception about the quality of goods or any confusion with another person’s trademark recognized as a particular person’s.” In regard to a trial for the revocation of a trademark registration for non-use under Article 73(1)3, first, it is proposed to provide that a non-exclusive licensee could sub-license his/her license to another person with permission from the trademark right owner (and the exclusive licensee, if any). Second, it is beyond all reason and understanding that the Supreme Court acknowledged as ‘the use of a trademark by its right holder’ the importing, selling and displaying of the designated goods of a registered trademark by a parallel importer who is not under the control of, or has no relation to, the trademark right owner. This decision is not in accordance with not only paragraph 2 of Article 19 of the WTO/TRIPs Agreement and foreign case law but also another judgment made by the same Supreme Court in which the Court did not acknowledge the selling of designated goods by a domestic seller who is not under the control of the trademark right owner as a justifiable use of the registered trademark for the purpose of exemption of revocation of a trademark registration under Article 73(1)3. Third, it is proposed to demolish the unnecessary interests requirement, provided for in Article 73(6), for a claimant to prove his/her interests for the trial for the revocation of a trademark registration in accordance with Article 73(1)3. Fourth, it is recommended to make a provision in the Act not to acknowledge as “a justifiable use” cases in which the registered trademark is used within three months before the date of lodging the request for a trial for the revocation of a trademark registration, for it is “a nominal use” intended to avoid revocation due to non-use. Fifth, it is proposed to acknowledge the retroactive effect of the revocation of a registered trademark to the date of the registration of the trial request, for it may be possible for the trademark right owner to lodge an infringement lawsuit or license the trademark not in use to a third party during the period of the trial for the revocation of a trademark registration. Sixth, it is required to prohibit the trademark right owner from registering a new trademark identical with or similar to the abandoned trademark where the trademark right owner abandons his/her trademark right within three months before the filing date of the request for a trial for the revocation of a trademark registration. Seventh, It is desirable to expand the acknowledgeable scope of identity of a registered trademark to include combination of not only English but also other foreign letters that are familiar to Koreans and their Korean transliteration as reflecting the trader’s actual custom and practice of using registered trademarks. Eighth, it is recommended to establish clear standards and criteria for scope of identity of a trademark in relation to Article 73(1)3 in view of case law, academic theories, and foreign legislation, because, without such standards and criteria, even court decisions have had no coherence or consistency on scope of identity of a trademark under Article 73(1)3. Ninth, as Article 73(1)3 and Article 73(4) mostly overlap each other, it is recommended to combine the two paragraphs into one that is systematic.

      • 금속-산화물 반도체-금속 다이오드의 Cole-cole 분석에 관한 연구

        Recently, oxide semiconductors have been widely studied due to their high electron mobility, transparency, and good stability under bias stress. Many TFTs and diodes use oxide semiconductors as the active layer for these reasons. However, underlying physics of oxide semiconductor must be studied to widen our understanding of dynamics of electron transfer in the active layer and the interface. Among the various measurement methods, impedance spectroscopy is versatile. It has been used to analyze the electrochemical processes and structures of organic light-emitting diodes, lithium-ion batteries, and compound solar cells. In this thesis, Cole-cole analysis of metal-oxide semiconductor-metal diode was conducted to discover the electrical process under varying frequency. In chapter 2, the fabrication of the metal-oxide semiconductor-metal diode and measurement methods were explained. In chapter 3, atomic force microscopy (AFM) analysis of the metal- oxide semiconductor-metal diode was performed. Roughness and thickness of the a-IGZO layer were measured for each molar concentration. In chapter 4, Cole-cole analysis of the metal-oxide semiconductor-metal diode was conducted. To generate Cole-cole plots, capacitance-voltage measurements were performed under varying frequency. In chapter 5, Equivalent circuit modeling of the metal-oxide semiconductor-metal diode was induced using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) simulation tool. The anodization of metal, tunneling effects, and schottky barrier exist for the equivalent circuits.
