유아교육기관에서 임신한 교사와 함께 생활하는 교사, 원감, 원장의 어려움

This study aimed to explore the difficulties of teachers, vice-directors, and directors working with pregnant teachers in the children's educational institutions and to analyze their efforts to cope with the difficulties in the qualitative method. The results of the study would provide the basic information in developing the ways to support pregnant teachers. Six teachers, 5 head teachers, 2 vice-directors, and 3 directors who worked with the pregnant teachers participated in the in-depth interviews. The first difficulty teachers and directors working with pregnant teachers was that they felt a sense of burden because their workload increased by helping pregnant teachers. Second, they were concerned about pregnant women miscarrying. Third, in particular, the non-married teachers felt the limitation of helping because they did not have an experience with pregnancy. Fourth, as pregnant teachers tended to be sensitive in body and mind, there were both small and big conflicts among the pregnant teachers and the other teachers, principals. Finally, recruiting instructors to replace pregnant teachers was also perceived as a difficulty when the pregnant teachers went on maternity leave. The other teachers also made various efforts to cope with the difficulties of working with the pregnant teachers. First, they helped the pregnant teachers in many ways, and second, they tried to understand the pregnant teachers' position by changing their own positions. Third, they tried to change their schedule to help the pregnant teachers with the information about pregnancy. Fourth, they felt pity for pregnant teachers who carried on working despite their changing physical and mental condition. Finally, they tried to care for the pregnant teachers by making regulations for pregnant teachers. 본 연구의 목적은 유아교육기관에서 임신한 교사들과 함께 생활하는 교사, 원감, 원장들이 어떠한 어려움을 겪고 있는지 알아보고 이러한 어려움을 어떻게 해결해 나가고 있는지 질적으로 분석하는 데 있으며, 궁극적으로 임신한 교사들을 위한 지원방안을 마련하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 임신한 교사와 함께 생활하는 교사 6명, 부장교사 5명, 원감 2명, 원장 3명 총 16명을 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하였다. 먼저 임신한 교사와 함께 생활하는 교사, 원감, 원장의 어려움으로는 첫째, 임신한 교사의 일까지 돕게 되면서 자신에게 부가되어지는 일이 늘어나게 것에 대한 부담감, 둘째, 임신한 교사의 유산에 대한 두려움, 셋째, 처녀 교사들이 임신 경험이 없어 임신에 대한 지식이 부족함으로 인해 임신한 교사를 돕는 데 한계를 느끼고 있었다. 넷째, 임신한 교사의 몸과 마음이 예민해짐으로 인해 그들과의 관계에서 크고 작은 갈등도 겪고 있었으며, 마지막으로 임신한 교사들이 출산 휴가를 가게 되면 이를 대체할 수 있는 강사를 구하는 것에도 큰 어려움을 나타내고 있었다. 그러나 임신한 교사와 함께 이러한 어려움을 극복해나가기 위해 다양한 노력을 하고 있었다. 이러한 노력으로는 첫째, 몸과 마음으로 열심히 도와주고 있었으며 둘째, 임신한 교사의 입장과 자신의 입장을 바꾸어서 생각하며 그들을 이해하려고 노력하기도 하였으며 셋째, 임신에 관한 지식과 정보를 수집하여 그들의 상황을 이해하고 이를 바탕으로 자신의 스케줄을 조절하여 임신한 교사들을 효율적으로 도와주려고 노력하였다. 넷째, 무겁고 힘든 몸을 이끌고 일을 해나가는 교사들을 불쌍하게 여기기도 하였으며 다섯째, 기관 내에서 임신한 교사를 위한 규정을 만듦으로써 임신한 교사들을 최대한 배려해 주려는 노력 또한 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

‘그려유’ 원외 유치원 교사학습공동체 경험의 의미

This study determined the meaning of the experiences lived through by out-of-kindergarten teachers in the process of operating an online teacher-learning community. Five public and private kindergarten teachers with different careers, educational backgrounds, and positions participated in this study, which lasted for 5 months from May 2022 to September 2022. The teacher learning community meetings were held nine times in total, with two face-to-face meetings and seven real-time online meetings. It was conducted face-to-face only in the preparation and final stages, during the progress stage, they communicated with each other through Zoom, SNS communication records, and e-mail. As for the findings, through the experience of participating in this community, members first shared their understanding of play-centered education, Second, they secured a driving force for personal development through the formation of a network that provides opportunities for cooperative learning and shared growth. This research solves crucial educational issues from kindergarten teachers’ management of learning community operations, and implies the need to invigorate wider levels of early childhood teacher learning community cultures. 본 연구의 목적은 원외 유치원 교사들이 온라인을 활용한 교사학습공동체를 운영하는 과정에서 겪는 경험의 의미를 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구에는 서로 상이한 경력, 학력, 직급을 가진 공립과 사립 유치원 교사 5명이 참여하였으며 2022년 5월부터 2022년 9월까지 5개월 동안 온라인을 중심으로 진행되었다. 교사학습공동체 모임은 대면 모임 2회, 실시간 온라인 모임 7회로, 총 9회 실행되었다. 준비 단계와 마무리 단계에서만 대면으로 이루어졌고, 진행 단계에서는 줌과 SNS 소통 기록, 메일을 통해 서로 소통하였다. 연구결과, 본 공동체의 참여 경험을 통해 구성원들은 첫째, 놀이중심교육에 대한 이해를 공유하였고, 유치원 교사로서의 전문성 신장과 질적 성장을 이루면서 보다 넓은 시야를 확보하였으며, 둘째, 협력 학습과 동반 성장의 기회를 제공하는 네트워크 형성을 통해 개인적 발전의 동력을 확보하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 원외 교사학습공동체가 다양한 차원에서 활성화될 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

상호작용 관점에서 본 플렉서블 아이덴티티 연구 인터넷 포털 사이트 네이버와 구글 사례 비교중심으로

과거 고정적이었던 아이덴티티는 최근디지털 테크놀로지와 미디어의 패러다임의 변화로 인하여 플렉서블하게 변모하고 있다. 따라서 ’플렉서블 아이덴티티‘는 동일성보다는 정체성에서 그 개념을 찾을 수 있다. 본 연구는 미디어에서 구현되는 플렉서블 아이덴티티가 테크놀로지와 맞물려 변화하고 있는 상황에서 과연 상호작용성의 맥락에서는 어떻게 기능할 것인가 하는 문제의식에서 출발하였다. 우선 X축은 '참여'에 따라 물리적 상호작용(직접적 참여)과 심리적 상호작용(간접적 참여)으로 나뉘고, Y축은 '커뮤니케이션 관점'에 따라 양 방향 커뮤니케이션과 상호작용적 커뮤니케이션으로 나뉜다. 이때 양 방향 커뮤니케이션은 H(Human)·M(Media) 관계를 갖고, 상호작용적 커뮤니케이션은 인간 대 인간(H·H) 관계를 가진다. X축과 Y축으로 구성된 매트릭스를 토대로 인터넷 포털 사이트인 네이버와 구글의 사례를 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과 네이버와 구글은 차이점과 공통점을 보였다. 차이점으로, 네이버는 H·H를 중심으로 심리적 상호작용(간접적 참여)이 나타났고, 구글은 물리적 상호작용(직접적 참여)을 중심으로 H·M(양 방향 커뮤니케이션)이 나타났다. 반면, 공통점으로는 양측 모두 H·H(상호작용적 커뮤니케이션) + 물리적 상호작용(직접적 참여)이 이루어지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기계와 인간과의 상호작용과 심리적 참여 못지않게, 직접적 참여를 통한 인간 중심의 소통이 중요하다는 사실을 보여준다. 이러한 과정을 통해 플렉서블 아이덴티티 정립에 있어 상호작용이 중요한 전략이 될 수 있다. 특히 본 연구는 검색 기업들의 사례분석을 통해 미디어뿐만 아니라, 수용자도 참여주체가 될 수 있다는 시사점을 기업들에게 제시한다. This study mainly deals with the question, 'in the situation where flexible identity realized in media is changing, coupled with technology, how would it function in the context of interaction?' At X axis, physical interaction (direct participation) and psychological interaction (indirect participation) are placed on the basis of 'participation'. At Y axis, we put two-way communication and interactive communication based on the manner of communication. Two-way communication has H (Human) - M (Media) relationships, whereas interactive communication has H - H relationships. In the above matrix, we compared the cases of Naver and Google, representative online portal sites in Korea and the United States. Both Naver and Google share commonalities and demonstrate differences. In terms of differences, while Naver showed psychological interaction (indirect participation), Google was featured with H-M (two-way communication) focusing on physical interaction (direct participation). Similarities were observed in that both have H-H (interactive communication) and physical interaction (direct participation). It means that human-centered communication through direct participation is as important as the interaction between machine and men as well as psychological participation. Through this process, interaction could be a critical strategy in establishing flexible identity.

임신한 유아 교사로 살아가기

This research illustrates how pregnant teachers face difficulties at early childhood educational institutions, how they overcome these troubles, and what they learn from their experience of being pregnant. For the study, the researchers performed face to face interviews with ten teachers who had been pregnant at work, and concluded that the difficulties come from conflict among oneself, other teachers, and parents. With regard to self-conflict, the hardships of pregnancy not only come from physical change in one's body, but also, pupils, the growing fetus, duties, and physical pain. Difficulties exist to varying degrees among teacher to teacher relationships such as different positions from the principal, and the lives of single teachers who haven't experienced pregnancy Regarding conflict with the parents of students, they expect more of the teachers' attention due to their dissatisfaction of having a pregnant teacher instruct their children. When the parents notice the pregnancy, it naturally brings concerns. The study shows that the pregnant teachers surmount these difficulties by having conversations with their co-workers, by readjusting their thoughts, and by applying the regulations at institutions which appear to be the most helpful way to face their reality. Lastly, the study shows that pregnant instructors, on the other hand, may gain some positive attributes such as natural prenatal education while constantly teaching others; well-regulated lives; well-balanced nutritional supplements; becoming a mature-minded teacher; and being able to use one's body as a natural example of sexual education. 본 연구는 유아교육 기관에서 근무하는 임신한 교사들이 어떠한 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 그 어려움을 어떻게 극복해 나가는지, 또한 임신한 교사로 살아가면서 얻을 수 있는 것은 무엇인지를 분석함으로써, 궁극적으로 임신한 교사들을 도울 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 유치원과 어린이집에서 임신한 상태에서 근무한 경험이 있는 교사 10명을 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하여 분석한 결과, 임신한 교사들이 느끼는 어려움은 나 자신과 동료 교직원, 그리고 학부모와의 갈등으로 분류할 수 있었다. 나 자신과의 싸움에서의 어려움은 변화된 몸으로 인한 어려움, 내 반 아이와 내 뱃속 아이 사이에서의 갈등, 내 앞에 놓여진 많은 일들, 출산과 함께 시작되는 또 다른 고통으로 나타났다. 그리고 동료 교직원들과의 어려움은 원장과의 입장 차이, 임신을 경험해 보지 못한 처녀 교사들과의 생활, 임신했다는 사실만으로 보게 되는 눈치로 나타났다. 또한 학부모와의 갈등에서의 어려움은 서로에게 너무나 소중한 아이, 색안경을 끼고 보는 부모로 나타났다. 그러나 임신한 교사들은 이러한 어려움을 현명하게 극복해 나가고 있었는데 첫째, 주변 동료들에게 자신의 어려움을 하소연 하면서 해결해 나가고 있었고, 둘째, 생각의 전환을 통해서 긍정적인 마음을 가지려고 노력하였으며, 셋째, 원에서 미리 정해놓은 규정으로 인해 도움을 받고 있었다. 마지막으로 임신한 교사들이 자신의 임신을 통해 얻을 수 있는 것에는 첫째, 저절로 되는 태교, 들째, 규칙적인 생활, 셋째, 영양 보충, 넷째, 더욱 더 성숙해진 교사, 다섯째, 내 몸의 변화를 통해 유아들에게 자연스럽게 임신과 출산에 대한 이해를 도울 수 있다는 점이었다.
