        지하공동구 화재 이상 탐지를 위한 ConvLSTM Variational AutoEncoder 모델 연구

        지하공동구 화재를 탐지하지 못하면 재난 관리 비용이 증가하는 동시에 시민의 삶과 산업에 막대한 피해와 혼란을 초래하므로 정확한 화재 이상 징후 탐지가 매우 중요하다. 최근 AI, IoT 및 디지털 트윈 등 첨단기술 기반 지하공동구 화재·재난 관리 시스템에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행중이다. 그러나 IoT 센서는 통신 환경이나 상태에 따라 데이터의 손실 혹은 잡음이 포함된 저품질 데이터가 발생할 수 있고, 이로 인해 부정확한 화재 이상 탐지가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 시계열 데이터의 시·공간적 특성을 동시에 반영하여 데이터 잡음이나 손실이 있더라도 정확하게 이상치를 탐지하는 ConvLSTM-VAE을 제안한다. 실험을 위해 화재 시뮬레이터 (FDS)를 이용해 충북 오창 지하공동구를 모사한 가상환경을 조성하여 화재 데이터를 수집하였다. 실험에서는 제안된 모델과 시계열 이상 탐지 모형들의 성능을 비교하고, 화재 상황 분류 성능을 확인하였다. ConvLSTM-VAE는 정밀도 0.881579, 재현율 0.99505, 정확도 0.930693, F1점수 0.934884로 이상 탐지 성능에서 비교모델 중 가장 우수한 것으로 분석되었다. As the failure of fire detection not only leads to an escalation in disaster management costs but also inflicts significant damages and disruptions to citizens' lives and industries, accurate detection of fire anomalies is of paramount importance. There have been several studies on monitoring and managing catastrophic events using AI, IoT and digital twin technologies. However, the challenges arise from the telecommunications environment and the level of sensor maintenance, making it difficult for IoT sensors to collect data without experiencing loss or noise. This paper proposes a hybrid deep learning model called ConvLSTM-VAE that can detect anomalies by considering spatial and temporal information simultaneously, demonstrating robust results even in the presence of noise or data loss. A virtual environment modeled after the underground utility tunnel located in Ochang, Chungcheongbuk-do is constructed to collect fire data using Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS) software. In the experiment, we compared the proposed model to other time-series anomaly detection models and evalutated its predictive performance. The results show that the precision, recall, accuracy, and F1-score of ConvLSTM-VAE are 0.881579, 0.99505, 0.930693, and 0.934884, respectively, and far superior to other models in terms of its predictive performance.

        부모의 음주문제가 대학생 자녀의 대인관계에 미치는 영향에서 부모화의 매개효과

        Objectives: This research aims to understand the mediating role of parentification in the association between parental drinking problems and interpersonal relationships among college students. Methods: Utilizing a cross-sectional design, data were collected both through online and offline means. The study encompassed responses from 281 university students aged 18 to 29. The mediation effect of parentification on the relationship between parental drinking problems and the interpersonal relations of students was examined using bootstrapping analysis in jamovi 2.23.21 solid version for macOS. Results: Notable correlations emerged among the primary variables. Parental drinking problems exhibited a negative correlation with students' interpersonal relations and a positive correlation with parentification. Crucially, parentification mediated the effects of both fathers' and mothers' drinking problems on two specific aspects of interpersonal relations: caring for others and managing conflicts. However, no significant differences were discerned based on parental gender. Conclusion: This study reveals the significant impact of father' and mother' drinking problems on the interpersonal relations of college-aged children through parentification. The findings underscore the profound influence of both fathers' and mothers' drinking problems on the interpersonal dynamics of college-aged children, mediated by parentification, irrespective of the gender of the parent. The implications of this study emphasize the need for intervention strategies and policies that account for familial dynamics, and social contexts, aiming to mitigate interpersonal challenges faced by college students from families grappling with alcohol-related issues.

        실시간 지하공동구 화재 온도 예측을 위한 Residual CNN-LSTM 모델 연구

        Underground utility tunnels (UUTs) play major roles in sustaining the life of citizens and industries with regard to carrying electricity, telecommunication, water supply pipes. Fire is one of the most commonly common disasters in underground facilities, which can be prevented through proper management. This paper proposes a hybrid deep learning model named Residual CNN-LSTM to predict fire temperatures. Scenarios of underground facility fire outbreaks were created and fire temperature data was collected using FDS software. In the experiment, we analyzed the appropriate depth of residual learning of the proposed model and compared the performance to other predictive models. The results showed that RMSE, MAE and MAPE of Residual CNN-LSTM are each 0.061529, 0.053851, 6.007076 respectively, making Residual CNN-LSTM far superior to other models in terms of its predictive performance.

        Taraxaci Herba has long been used in herbal medicine for their choleretic, anti-heumatic and diuretic properties. In the present study, we investigated the effects of origin plants of Taraxaci Herba, Taraxacum coreanum Nakai, as an anti-inflammatory agent in lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced microglial activation in BV2 cells. NNMBS273, the EtOH extracts of roots T. coreanum was examined for anti-neuronal inflammatory activity as new drug development. The roots of T. coreanum, showed the potent anti-neuroinflammatory effects on LPS-induced inflammation in microglial BV2 cells. The anti-inflammatory effects of NNMBS273, the EtOH extracts of roots T. coreanum was demonstrated by the suppression of pro-inflammatory mediators, including pro-inflammatory enzymes (inducible nitric oxide synthase and cyclooxygenase-2) and cytokines (tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-1β). These results suggest that the roots T. coreanum may be a promising candidate for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases related to neuroinflammation.

        Portable electronic devices generate heat more and more because of high power and thinner design specifications. The excessive heat makes the devices operate not properly and makes customers feel uncomfortable. To dissipate such excessive heat, various multi-layer heat spreading sheets (HSS) are attached to the various components of electronic devices. This study is conducted for the optimized thermal design of portable devices in the aspect of an analytical simulation modeling of HSS. First of all, test module which is similar to the product was employed and the test was done following the Graphite sheet. This result is used as input data for the computer simulation to calculate the equivalent thermal properties. Then the analytical result is compared and verified with theoretical thermal properties. Finally, thermal properties which can be applied to the concept design stage have been proposed.

        국제 물거래 대비 가상수 거래량 산정 : 국내 물발자국 적용값 도출

        수자원 수급계획은 보통 물수지분석에서 파악된 수자원의 양에 따라 수립한다. 그러나 그것은 상품의 이동과 같은 국제교역을 고려하지 않은 폐쇄적인 수급계획이다. 물수지분석에 가상수 개념을 도입하면 상품의 수출량과 수입량을 고려한 수자원 수급계획을 수립할 수 있다. 기존에 활용하는 직접적인 물 사용(지역 내에서 가용한 각종 수자원)과 가상수를 고려한 간접적인 물 사용(지역 외에서 수입한 상품생산에 소요된 타 지역의 수자원)을 종합적으로 고려하기 때문이다. 그러나 한국에서는 아직 가상수의 개념이 국가 수자원계획 수립에 본격적으로 반영되고 않고 있다. 국내외에서 발표된 가상수 산정연구 논문에서는 가상수 산정과정이 생략되거나 일부만 제시된 사례가 많다. 따라서 가상수의 산정과정 및 거래량의 적절성을 파악하여 실무에 활용하는데 큰 어려움이 존재하고 있다. 본 연구는 한국에서 수출입하는 가상수량 산정을 위한 물발자국 적용값을 구체적으로 제시하고자 한다. 농축산물의 국제 이동량, 물발자국 적용값, 가상수 거래량을 파악하는 과정을 기술하고, 이를 기존연구와 비교하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시한 산정과정과 산정기준은 물발자국 및 가상수 연구를 수행하는 연구자들에게 유용한 기초자료를 제공할 것이다. The amount of water resources identified by water balance analysis are usually used to formulate water resources plans. However, this does not consider the trade in goods between countries. It is possible to use virtual water to come up with a supply and demand plan by looking at the export and import of products. This is because it looks comprehensively at the direct water use (water resources within the region) and indirect water use (water resources of other regions from imported products). Yet South Korea does not actively use the concept of virtual water in the national water resources plan. There is difficulty with calculating and identifying the appropriate virtual water amount as many of the research papers present only few of the cases or omit the calculation process. This paper introduces detailed water footprint values for calculating the virtual water trade for South Korea. The international movement, water footprint, and virtual water trade of agricultural and livestock products are presented and compared to existing research. The water footprint and virtual water research in this paper can be utilized as baseline data for future researchers.

        Outcome of Reinduction Chemotherapy with a Modified Dose of Idarubicin for Children with Marrow-Relapsed Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia: Results of the Childhood Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (CALL)-0603 Study

        This multicenter, prospective trial was conducted to develop an effective and safe reinduction regimen for marrow-relapsed pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) by modifying the dose of idarubicin. Between 2006 and 2009, the trial accrued 44 patients, 1 to 21 years old with first marrow-relapsed ALL. The reinduction regimen comprised prednisolone, vincristine, L-asparaginase, and idarubicin (10 mg/m2/week). The idarubicin dose was adjusted according to the degree of myelosuppression. The second complete remission (CR2) rate was 72.7%, obtained by 54.2% of patients with early relapse < 24 months after initial diagnosis and 95.0% of those with late relapse (P = 0.002). Five patients entered remission with extended treatment, resulting in a final CR2 rate of 84.1%. The CR2 rate was not significantly different according to the idarubicin dose. The induction death rate was 2.3% (1/44). The 5-year event-free and overall survival rates were 22.2% ± 6.4% and 27.3% ± 6.7% for all patients, 4.2% ± 4.1% and 8.3% ± 5.6% for early relapsers, and 43.8% ± 11.4% and 50.0% ± 11.2% for late relapsers, respectively. Early relapse and slow response to reinduction chemotherapy were predictors of poor outcomes. In conclusion, a modified dose of idarubicin was effectively incorporated into the reinduction regimen for late marrow-relapsed ALL with a low toxic death rate. However, the CR2 rate for early relapsers was suboptimal, and the second remission was not durable in most patients.

        A novel anti fibrotic strategy utilizing conditioned media obtained from miR-150-transfected adipose-derived stem cells: validation of an animal model of liver fibrosis

        The limitations of stem cells have led researchers to investigate the secretome, which is the secretory materials in stem cells, since the principal mechanism of action of stem cells is mediated by the secretome. In this study, we determined the antifibrotic potential of the secretome released from miR-150-transfected adipose-derived stromal cells (ASCs). The secretome released from ASCs that were transfected with antifibrotic miR-150 was obtained (referred to as the miR150 secretome). To validate the antifibrotic effects of the miR-150 secretome, we generated in vitro and in vivo models of liver fibrosis by treating human hepatic stellate cells (LX2 cells) with thioacetamide (TAA) and subcutaneous injection of TAA into mice, respectively. In the in vitro model, more significant reductions in the expression of fibrosisrelated markers, such as TGFβ, Col1A1, and α-SMA, were observed by using the miR-150 secretome than the control secretome, specifically in TAA-treated LX2 cells. In the in vivo model, infusion of the miR-150 secretome into mice with liver fibrosis abrogated the increase in serum levels of systemic inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-6 and TNF-α, and induced increased expression of antifibrotic, proliferation, and antioxidant activity markers in the liver. Our in vitro and in vivo experiments indicate that the miR-150 secretome is superior to the naive secretome in terms of ameliorating liver fibrosis, minimizing systemic inflammatory responses, and promoting antioxidant enzyme expression. Therefore, we conclude that miR-150 transfection into ASCs has the potential to induce the release of secretory materials with enhanced antifibrotic, proliferative, and antioxidant properties.
