      • 아동의 사회적 효능감과 학습조건이 구성적 개념학습에 미치는 상호작용효과

        이 연구는 초등학교 아동의 개념학습에서 구성주의에 기초한 접근방법의 효과성을 규명하고, 다양한 학습조건에서 구성적 개념학습의 효과성이 아동의 사회적 효능감 수준에 따라 어떻게 다르게 나타나는지를 검증하고자 수행 되었다. 연구대상은 제주도 시지역의 초등학교 3개반 99명의 학생으로 실험집단은 각각 개별조건과 협동학습 조건에서 구성적 개념학습에 참여하였으며 통제집단은 직접교수법에 의존하는 학습활동에 참여하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이 연구는 구성적 학습집단이 전통적 학습집단보다 학업성취도가 높다는 것을 부분적으로 지지하였다. 둘째, 개념학습의 협동학습 조건이 높은 개념학습 성취를 보이는 것과 더불어 아동들의 학습 동기를 높일 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 아동의 사회적 효능감과 학습조건이 학업성취에 미치는 상호작용 효과를 증명하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 초등학교 현장에서 아동들이 개념획득 과제를 학습함에 있어서 교사가 협동학습 조건의 구성적 접근방법으로 안내해야 함을 시사하고 있다. 더 나아가 사회적 효능감이 높은 학생들이 협동학습 조건에서 더 활발히 참여하므로 아동들의 높은 학업성취를 위해서는 학교에서 사회적 효능감을 높일 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 개발하고 실시해야함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to explore the interaction of children s social self-efficacy and learning condition on the constructive conceptualization The hypotheses are as follows. 1. There would be significant difference between traditional conceptualization and constructive conceptualization 2. There would be significant difference between difference children s social self-efficacy and learning condition on the constructive conceptualization. In order to verify these hypotheses, the subjects for this study consisted three classes of 6th grades N elementary school in jeju city. In three classes, two classes were assigned to experimental groups and the remainder was assigned to control group. In experimental groups subjects participated either individually or cooperatively in the learning activity. Thirty-three students were participated in learning individually, thirty-two students were participated in learning cooperatively, and thirty-four students were participated in traditional learning. Three groups studied the same content that had been designed to learn about the classification of animals drawn from science text. Experimental group s subjects had taken lessons on constructive conceptualization . The instrument used in this study were the unit-focused model which was made by Song, Jae-hong(2000, 20001). The control group s subjects had taken lessons on traditional conceptualization. The experimental period was 5 class hours. To testify the effectiveness of this experiment, the result of hypotheses 1 s data analysis by one-way ANOVA and t-test. The result of hypotheses 2 s data analysis by two-way ANCOVA. The findings of study were as follows. 1. Compared with traditional approach, the cooperatively constructive approach to the concept learning had more positive effects. But there was no significant difference between individual learning group and traditional group. 2. The interaction of children s social self-efficacy and learning condition on the constructive conceptualization show significant difference. That is, high social self-efficacy students benefits from cooperative learning on the constructive conceptualization.

        『교육심리연구』의 지식네트워크 분석: 연구주제와 연구자, 연구대상, 연구방법 간의 구조적 관계를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 『교육심리연구』의 연구주제와 연구자, 연구대상, 연구방법 간의 이원-모드 지식네트워크와 연구주제별 에고 지식네트워크를 탐색하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국교육심리학회가 발간한 학술지『교육심리연구』의 창간호(1987년)부터 제33권(2019년)까지에게재된 논문 중 986편의 논문에서 연구주제, 연구자, 연구대상, 연구방법의 키워드를 추출․정제하고 이원-모드 지식네트워크, 다차원 속성의 에고 지식네트워크를 구성하여 이를 분석하였다. 자료 분석 및 시각화에는 NetMine 4.4가 활용되었다. 연구결과『교육심리연구의 이원-모드 지식네트워크는 특정 연구주제·연구자·대상·방법을 중심으로 연구가 수행되는 무척도 네트워크의 속성을 보이고 있었다. 노드 중심성 분석 결과, 특정 연구주제는 ‘학업성취’, ‘창의성’, ‘자기효능감’, ‘성취목표지향’, ‘지능’ 등으로 나타났고 특정 연구자는 ‘AY/K’, ‘EJ/L_2’, ‘SI/K’, ‘SD/L’, ‘ES/M’ 등으로 나타났다. 특정 연구대상은 ‘중등’, ‘초등’, ‘대학(원)’으로 등으로, 특정 연구방법은 ‘구조모형’, ‘인과비교’, ‘회귀분석’ 등으로 나타났다. 연결강도 분석 결과『교육심리연구』의 이원-모드 지식네트워크에서는 연구주제와 연구자, 연구대상, 연구방법 간에 뚜렷한 선호 관계가 존재했다. 마지막으로 에고 지식네트워크 분석 결과 지식네트워크에서 핵심적인 지위를 차지하는 ‘학업성취’, ‘창의성’, ‘자기효능감’ 등의 주제는 많은 연구자, 다양한 대상, 다양한 방법으로 연구되고 있음이 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 『교육심리연구』의 연구구조의 특징, 본 연구의 의의와 한계, 향후 연구과제가 논의되었다. The purpose of this study was to examine the research structure of educational psychology by exploring the 2mode knowledge networks and ego networks of “The Korean Journal of Educational Psychology” using keyword network analysis. Research topics, authors, subjects, and method keywords were extracted and refined from 986 papers published in “The Korean Journal of Educational Psychology” between 1987 and 2019 (from Vol 1, Issue 1, through Vol 33, Issue 4). These keywords formed 2-mode knowledge networks and ego networks and these networks were analyzed. NetMine 4.4 was used for data analysis and visualization. As a result of node-centrality analysis, in these knowledge networks, ‘academic achievement’ ‘creative’, ‘self-efficacy’, ‘achievement goal orientation’, ‘intelligence’, ‘AY/K’, ‘EJ/L_2’, ‘SI/K’, ‘SD/L’, ‘ES/M’, ‘middle and high school student’, ‘elementary school student’, and ’university student’ had important positions. As a result of the strength analysis, there was a strong relationship between the research topics, the research authors, the research subjects, and the research methods in the 2-mode knowledge networks. Finally, the analysis of ego networks confirmed that topics such as ‘academic achievement’ and ‘creativeness’, which occupied a key position in the knowledge network, were being studied with many authors, various subjects, and various research methods. Based on these research results, several implications, suggestions and limits of this study were discussed.

        직장내 '성희롱'에 대한 이해와 대처방안의 모색 - 지침서 계발을 중심으로 -

        This paper is the study of sexual harassement at work in Korea. The study subjects are as follows; (1) the conception of sexual harassement(the range and the standard of sexual harassement) (2) the concrete circumstances of sexual harassement at work; the damage and suffering result from sexual harassement at work (3) the structure in which sexual harassement has occured has been continued. (4) sexual harassement concerning measures which employees, employers, trade unions, states should take. For this study, we first looked into the preceding researches and on the basis of this study, we performed interview about 30 persons, which consist of white color and blue color workers, technicians and professionals. In addition to that, we sincerely considered the concerning professionals' advice and consultation in order to develop a Recommendation and a Code of Practice for action on the issue. 1. The conception of sexual harassement Sexual harassement at work is any conduct of a sexual nature unwanted by the recipient and gender stereotyped action. Sexual harassement occures at any time and space, but mainly results from power relationship at work. Sexually motivated sexual harassement includes the visual, the verbal, the physical contact, displaying pornographic images and sexual propositions. Sexual harassement on the basis of gender stereotype includes sexist verbals, conducts and the forced gender division of labour. Sexual harassements are also divided into hostile environment sexual harassement and quid pro qu sexual harassement by the motive and the result of that. And the view of sufferer is importantly considered in the judgement whether a conduct is sexual harassement or not. 2. The concerete circumstances of sexual harassement According to one research, women, who suffered sexual harassement, amount to 87 percent of the whole sample. This research says sexual harassement at work is widely spread. Turning a blind eye to sexual harassement costs time and money. Organizations should think seriously about the cumulative cost of replacing staff affected, paying sick leave to employees who miss work because of stress, and the implications of reduced individual and group productivity-all expensive drains on the morale and efficiency of workplace teams. 3. The structure and mechanism of sexual harassement at work Sexual harassement bases on the unequal power relationship. The power relationship includes powers resulting from hierarchy at work and socially-accorded gender power. Power relationship at work has occured and has been continued on the basis of un equal position and power between sexes, gender division of labour and sexual role joined with `women's work'. In this respect sexual harassement is sexism at work and bases on the sexist culture of our society. The sexist culture includes commodization of sex, stereotyped expect of feminity and masculinity and male chauvinism. 4. Prevention and procedures of sexual harassement at work The prevention and solution of sexual harassement at work require many sides approaches and endeavors. An employee is a basic unit of the prevention and solution of sexual harassement. First of all one should perceive sexual harassement obviously in order for work-place free of sexual harassement. So we compared the wrong streotyped/distorted sexual harassement with the real and proposed the guideline for prevention and precedures to solve the sexual harassement. It is recommended as a good practice that trade unions should come sexual harassement into question formulate and statements on sexual harassement in the workplace, in order to create a climate in which it is neither condoned nor ignored. Employers should observe Equal Employment Opportunity Law in order for work circumstances free of sexism and perform the sex education program.
