艾葉 Chlorofrom 추출물 분획의 항위염 및 항위궤양 효과에 관한 연구

The methanol extract and chloroform extract of Artemisiae herba showed significantly the antigastritic and antiulcerative effect in previous report. In this study, the chloroform extract of Artemisiae herba was fractioned by using n-hexane ethylacetate and fraction A, B, C and D was obtained. Among these fractions, fraction D showed the effective inhibitory action on gastric lesion induced by HCI-aspirin and gastric ulcer induced by aspirin. Fraction D was recrystalized with absolute methanol and compound Uwas obtained. This compound also showed the effective inhibitory action on gastric damage induced by HCI-aspirin and aspirin in dose dependent manner. The ED50 value of compound U is 8.5mg/kg in gastric lesion induced by HCI-aspirin and 5.2mg/kg in gastric ulcer induced by aspirin. But this compound showed no effect on Shay ulcer model, basal gastric secretion and pepsin. From these results, it might be conclueded that the compound U isolated from Artemisiae herba has an antigastritic and antiulcerative effect caused by preventive mucosal barrier break.

Flexible Payment Recommender System

When a customer owns multiple credit cards, the selection of a credit card for a purchase payment is rarely done systematically. Furthermore, the customer has no online options to pay a high cost item with multiple cards. This paper presents a flexible Payment Recommender (PR) system that helps the customer to make a decision on identifying a group of credit cards, called Virtual Card, which provides customers with the flexibility of customizing their payments by splitting a payment over multiple cards. This intelligent PR system uses a divisible card payment decision model based on fuzzy membership functions of the customer’s weighted preference parameters and suggests the best card or best combination of cards to the customer. The PR system uses the Virtual Card Manager (VCM) that modifies and extends the existing single credit card-based payment infrastructure, to support rocessing multiple card-based flexible payments. A prototype PR system was implemented, that can be installed on the customer’s PC or mobile device, to manage multiple credit cards and personal preferences, and to support making payment decisions. A user acceptability study of the proposed PR system is also reported.

비파괴적 분석법을 활용한 활음진 함유 에멀젼의 인체효능평가

최근 한방화장품이 각광을 받으면서 한방에서 말하는 피부개선효과에 대한 적절한 평가법을 찾는 연구가 많이 수행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 피부 항산화 효과가 우수한 산사자, 당귀, 홍화, 두충, 숙지황의 초임계추출물 (활음진, 活陰眞)의 혈액순환 개선효과를 적외선 열화상 이미지 분석 및 LaserDoppler Perfusion Imager를 이용한 분석을 통해 평가하였다. 평소 손발이 차가운 여성 11명을 대상으로 활음진을 포함한 에멀젼을 1주일간 도포하게 하였으며, 도포전과 1주일간 사용한 후 피부 온도와 혈류량을 비교하였다. 그 결과 얼굴의 피부 온도가 증가하였고, 이마, 눈위, 뺨정면 부위에서 시료 사용 후 유의한 증가를 보였다. 본 연구를 통하여 활음진 성분을 포함한 에멀젼의 혈액순환 개선효과를 확인하였을 뿐만 아니라 한방적 접근을 통한 피부개선효과를 평가하는데 적절한 실험모델을 수립하였다.

심신의 편안함과 안정이 숙면에 미치는 영향은 널리 알려져 있으며 다양한 연구방법을 통하여 보고되고 있다. 그리고 향에 대한 심리생리적 효과 또한 잘 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 숙면 유도 향과 천연 추출물을 포함한 슬리핑팩의 효과에 대한 생리적 반응과 설문지를 통한 숙면의 정도를 조사하였다. 생리적 반응은 수면다원검사를 실시하여 수면지연시간, 3-4 단계의 비율을 비교 하였다. 실험결과 슬리핑팩 A와 B는 일반적 및 아무것도 바르지 않은 상태에 비해서 입면지연시간이 짧았고, 3-4 단계의 비율이 유의하게 높았다. 설문지 결과 또한 슬리핑팩을 사용하고 수면을 취했을 때 숙면을 취한 것으로 피실험자들이 느꼈다.
