      • 노동력의 고령화는 노동생산성을 저하시키는가?

        최근 고령화는 사회·경제적 시스템의 지속적 발전 가능성을 불안하게 하는 상당한 위험요인으로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구는 이론적 논란이 되고 있는 고령화와 노동생산성간 관계를 실증적 연구 관점에서 평가하기 위하여 한국의 분기별 자료와 성장회계접근방법을 응용하여 분석하였다. 실증적 분석결과, 전체 노동자중 55세이상 노동자들이 1% 증가하면 1인당 노동생산성 증가율은 약 0.3% 하락하는 것으로 추정되었다. 이러한 추정결과를 바탕으로 한국의 미래 노동생산성을 전망한 결과, 노동력의 고령화는 베이비붐 세대가 고령 노동자의 주요 그룹이 되는 2015년 – 2016년에 노동생산성을 상당히 감소시킬 것으로 예측된다. 본 연구는 노동력의 고령화는 한국경제 생산성을 저하시키는 요인으로 작용하기 때문에 고령화의 부정적인 영향을 상쇄하고 경제전반으로 양(+)의 생산성 증가를 유발하기 위해서는 여타 부문에서 생산성 향상을 위한 상당한 노력과 정책이 필요함을 시사한다. Recently, population aging emerged as an adverse factor which can make the sustainability of most of the social and economic systems unstable in most developed countries. This study analyzes and evaluates in terms of empirical view the relationship between aging population and productivity which is a controversial theoretical issue by using Korea quarterly data and the growth accounting approach. The estimation results indicate that 1% increase in the share of 55 or older workers over all workers reduces the growth rate of labor productivity by 0.3%. Based on this estimation results, we try to project Korea future labor productivity and expect that further population aging may result in serious reduction in the labor productivity in 2015 - 2016 when the baby boomer generation is the main group among all workers. This study suggests that Korea economy needs to establish various policies and serious efforts in order to offset the negative impact of aging population on productivity and stimulate overall positive productivity growth.

        기하 증명 구성에 나타나는 학생들의 사고과정 탐색

        This study aims to explore secondary students` thinking while doing proof in geometry. Two secondarystudents were interviewed and the interview data were analyzed. The results of the analysis suggest that thetwo students similarly showed as follows: a) tendencies to use the rules of congruent and similar triangles tosolve a given problem, b) being confused about the rules of similar and congruent triangles, and c) beingconfused about the definitions, partition and hierarchical classification of quadrilaterals. Also, the resultsrevealed that a relatively low achieving student has tendency to rely on intuitive information such as visualrepresentations.

        활성탄에 의한 아연 함유 중금속 폐수의 흡착 처리 특성 연구

        The presented study investigated the characteristics and mechanism of zinc-ion containing wastewater treated by Granular Activated Carbon (GAC). GAC was pretreated by HCl with different concentrations to evaluate the influence of HCl on the specific surface area of GAC. Batch adsorption experiments were conducted to study the effects of pH, contact time, adsorbent dosage, co-existing ions, complexing agents and temperature. Kinetic studies revealed that the process of zinc-ion containing waste water treated by activated carbon is in confidence limits of both pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order model. The equilibrium data of zinc-ion containing waste water treated by activated carbon was fitted in Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm model and the R2 indicated that the Langmuir model fit better. The maximum monolayer adsorption capacity of zinc was 5.17 mg/g at an optimum pH 7. The Arrhenius activation energy for the adsorption of zinc onto GAC was 10.97 kJ/mol. The adsorption of zinc-ion was affected by Cu2+ more significantly. The adsorption capacity of zinc-ion by GAC was highly influenced by the existence of Nitrilotriacetic Acid (NTA).

        As we know, Incoterms or soft law has been used to divide the obligations of buyer and seller in work of expect- import business. Incoterms aim to provide internationally uniform rules for the interpretation of standard trade terms. They have been amending through adjust for 60 fears. Incoterms 2011 2nd draft which will be enforced on Jan. 1, 2011 has character and problems from the side of the structure, provisions, each trade term. Particularly the place of delivery between terms for any mode of transport and marine-only terms, the difference of B.4 and A.8 among regulations, E. F. D. -terms and C- terms scope of use marine-only terms and terminology used as synonyms must be revised and explained in order to avoide of confusion between the buyer and seller.

      • Expression of Human Galβ1 , 3GalNAcα2 , 3-Sialyltransferase (hST3Gal II) in E. coli and Production of Polyclonal Antibody Using Recombinant Protein

        Gal β 1,3GalNAc α 2,3-sialyltransferase (ST3Gal I and II) is the enzyme that transfers CMP-NeuAc with an α 2,3-linkage to a galactose residue O-linked to a threonine/serine of a glycoprotein, and to the terminal galactose residues of glycolipids. Compared to ST3Gal I with the same acceptor substrate specificity, ST3Gal II exhibits much more acceptor substrate preference for glycolipids than for O-linked oligosaccharide of glycoproteins. For expression of human Galβ1,3GalNAc α 2,3-sialyltransferase (hST3Gal II) in E. coli, the expression plasmid (pET-hST3Gal II) was constructed by PCR and cloning into a plasmid (pET-3d) containing a phage T7 RNA polymerase promoter. The recombinant protein expressed by induction with IPTG was accumulated as inclusion bodies, which correspond to molecular mass of approximately 31-kDa on SDS-PAGE, in the insoluble fraction of cells. The isolation and washing of inclusion bodies with Triton X-100 and EDTA yielded a high proportion of the recombinant hST3Gal II with a large increase in purity. To investigate the subcellular localization of ST3Gal 11, polyclonal antibody to the recombinant hST3Gal II (rhST3Gal II) was produced. By immunoblot analysis this antibody showed the specificity for the 48-kDa protein which probably corresponds to ST3Gal II in the Golgi fraction of rat liver. This result shows that ST3Gal II is localized in the Golgi apparatus.
