This research is a Argument about 'modernity' and 'context creative & tradition of arts' There are elements what will be to encounter during the process to established definition of the Newly Arts Dance. The aim of this research found the culture-historical meaning and necessary of preservation Newly Arts Dance in Korean dance history, as traditional cultural. As inquiring the modernity of Newly Arts Dance. Analysis that tradition is thought of as opposite to each other creative unnoticed modernity in traditional dance. Therefore they tried to regard the tradition as something passive and stagnant. The research divided the Korean dancing into different types. This was done to discuss what the standard in separating the Newly Arts Dance and traditional Korean dancing, and based on this separation, comparing the two and understanding the relationship between them, it tried to confirm the spiritual values in Newly Arts Dance history research. In art we inquired about, what is <evolution> or <development> is <progressive> or <unprogressive>, seeking for the periodic righteousness of the rise and the activities of the Newly Arts Dance and connecting with the theoretical inquiry in the creation of Art. Even if we don't think about the lessons and expectations of our forefathers through the studies of Korean Newly Arts Dance history, the character of it is more than a product of future directive ideal. It will provide an opportunity to clearly understand the true meaning of creation.
Argon Laser 우각조사술을 시행한 녹내장환자의 관찰

Eleven phakic eyes with uncontrolled open angle glaucoma under went 180 degree argon laser trabeculoplasty (ALT) to the anterior portion of the trabecular meshwork. The mean rate of pressure reduction was 17.25% and success rate was 72.72%. The ALT caused serious complications in none of the 11 eyes. Failure was seen in secondary open angle glaucoma to angle recess and uveitis. The patients over 40 years had a success rate that was better than that in patients below 40 years. Additional ALT (2 eyes) was not effective.
Sodium iodate에 의한 실험적 망막외층 손상시의 망막전위도 및 미세구조 변화

The purpose of the present study was to investigate certain relationship between ultrastructural and electrophysiological changes in the retinal degeneration induced by sodium iodate. 1n the previous reports of other authors, functional changes of the degenerated retina.always preceded the structural changes even in the ultrastructure. The author investigated the sequence of intracellular ultrastructural changes in the earlier stage of retinal degeneration comparing with the electroretinographic changes. Twenty seven rabbits were given an intravenous injection of 2 % sodium iodate. A single does of 50 mg/kg body weight produced relatively constant patterns in electroretinographic and ultrastructural changes in 14 rabbits. The amplitudes of the 3 component waves of electroretinogram increased transient 15 minutes after sodium iodate injection. One and half hours later, b and a waves decreased. The electroretinogram disappeared completely 24 hours later and did not recover with time passing up to 3 weeks. The first ultrastructural changes were observed in the pigment epithelium only 15 minutes after sodium iodate injection. The pigment epithelium showed mild swelling of mitochondria and dilatation of smooth surfaced endoplasmic reticulum. The basal infoldings and apical villi were still preserved at thattime. The space between the cristae was wide but their outlines were visible. The cellular changes progressed and ended in necrosis about three days later. By the time photoreceptor cells changed also and left severely deformed inner segments over the degenerated pigment epithelium and Bruch’s membrane with complete loss of outer segments. A week later some repairing process occured in the pigment epithelium. A lot of modified pigmented cells lay on the Bruch’s membraneand appeared quite different from the normal ones. The cytoplasm of mueller cell extended through a gap in the external limiting membrand. They participated in supporting the degenerated photoreceptor inner segments.

Endophthalrnitis is a rare but potentially devastating complication of intraocular surgeries and penetrating injury. We experienced three consecutive cases of pseudomonas endophthalmitis and performed vitrectomy combined with intravitreal antibiotics. Repetitive intraocular antibiotic injections or vitrectomies were performed in these cases, but all had loss of vision. Vitrectomy with intraocular antibiotic injections for endophthalmitis has been known to eliminate the intraocular infection effectively. But pseudomonas aeruginosa are extremely difficult to eradicate and resistant to antibiotics. An earlier total vitrectomy rather than a partial vitretomy and repetitive intravitreal antibiotics would be recommended particularly for pseudomonas endophthalmitis

Vitreous hemorrhage, which is the major cause of blindness in proliferative diabetic retinopathy, has been prevented clinically with laser photocoagulation. We reviewed 57 cases(98 eyes) of proliferative diabetic retinopathy which were treated by argon laser and followed up for more than 6 months. Of these 98 eyes, 81 eyes(83%) showed a satisfactory response after standard panretinal photocoagulation. 14 eyes(14%) revealed the vitreous hemorrhage after panretinal photocoagulation and higher incidence of vitreous hemorrhage in the cases of new vessel on the optic disc. In the cases(26 eyes) of new vessel on the optic disc, 2000 laser burns revealed lower incidence of vitreous hemorrhage(1/5, 20%) in comparison with 1500 laser burns(8/21, 38%). These results indicate that initial augmented laser therapy prevented the vitreous hemorrhage effectively.
초자체흡인술이 폐쇄우각 녹내장의 전방깊이에 미치는 영향

From an eye with chronic angle-closure glaucoma, 0.4 ml of vitreous was aspirated at the same time of trabeculectomy. The ultrasonographic measurement revealed decrease in the length of the vitreous cavity and increase in the depth of the anterior chamber by 0.3 mm at 2 months following the vitreous tap when compared with the preoperative measurement. The other 4 eyes which had undergone argon laser iridectomy or trabeculectomy alone did not show change in the intraocular intersegmental distances. In certain cases with chronic angle-closure glaucoma, it seemed that the vitreous tap procedure might deepen the anterior chamber following a filtration surgery and give a beneficial effect to prevent a further postoperative synechial closure of the chamber angle.

In the 21st century, in prospect that cultural creativity will be the core of the development of a country, cultural administration is getting more important. Following this tendency, a great deal of effort is being made for the public relation and strategies concerned with culture and art and also the concern and the rate of participation of people is increasing. Recently, though the social and cultural extents of dance, which is one of the genres of art and culture, have got bigger and more diverse, too, dance is not known well compared with the other kinds of art. It is because the qualitative growth did not go together with the expansion in quantity, and especially, it is due to not so much the creativeness of dance as the defect found in administration or execution that lays the decline of reality. Therefore, in this situation that a solution which prepares the future in which the importance of the cultural administration is embossed and innovation over the base of administration of dance are desperately needed, I attempted to investigate the changing process of the administration of dance-how dance has been reflected in policy as a field that had cultural value until now- and to analyze the present condition of the field of dance and finally tried to find the problems of it expecting that this paper could be used as a guide for the dance cultural policy.

졸-겔 공정에 의해 Diol을 기반으로 제조된 PZT막 상전이에 대한 종자 영향

PZT(53/47) precursor 1M sols were prepared using a diol based Sol-Gel process, and thin films were deposited by spin coating onto Pt/Ti/$SiO_2$/Si substrates. With a single coating, final film thickness of aproximately 0.9${\mu}m $ was achieved from diol-based PZT sol. Since PZT crystallized in a ferroelectric perovskite phase from an intermediate nonferroelectric pyrochlore phase, the effects of the presence of perovskite PZT seeds on the phase transformation of PZT were investigated. Seeded PZT films were prepared from the seeded PZT 1M sols in which seeds with less than 0.2${\mu}m $ in size and 1wt% were dispersed in n-propanol before mixing with the PZT stock solution. The seeding effects were confirmed by the fact that the formation temperature of perovskite phase decreased by 50$^{\circ}C$ with less than 1wt% seeds.
고장률을 고려한 비용 효율적인 항공기 객실 전자장치 구현

항공기 객실 전자장치는 장시간 이동 간 승객에게 편의를 제공하기 위해 진화하면서 복잡도는 증가하였고 신규 장치들의 탑재가 늘게 되었다. 최근 여객기의 추락 및 크고 작은 항공 사고로 인해 객실 전자장치 설계 시에도 안전을 최우선시해야 한다는 인식에서 본 연구는 시작되었다. 이는 낮은 고장률을 가지는 객실 전자장치의 구현을 필요로 하나 고장률과 비용의 트레이드오프 관계로 인해 원하는 두 가지 목적은 상충한다. 이 논문은 승객에게는 더 안전한 객실 전자장치의 보급을 기업에게는 감수할 수 있는 비용의 상승이라는 조화로운 설계 솔루션을 제시하고자 한다. 우선, 항공기 객실 전자장치 중 복잡도가 가장 높은 기내 엔터테인먼트 장치를 기준으로 하드웨어 아키텍처 선택 옵션을 정의한다. 다음으로, 해당 장치의 고장률과 비용의 다목적 최적화 및 각 선택 옵션별 적용되는 부품의 조합 최적화를 고려하여 문제를 혼합 정수 선형 계획법으로 수립한다. 문제 해결을 위해 가중 합산법으로 파레토 전선을 탐색하고, 심플렉스 방법과 분지 한계법을 통해 최적의 하드웨어 아키텍처 및 최적해를 도출한다. 도출한 최적해는 유전 알고리즘으로 검증하고 민감도 분석을 통해 강건성을 입증한다. 이 과정은 항공기 객실 전자장치의 설계 방향성 정립에 대한 가이드로 사용될 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. Aviation cabin electronics have evolved from basic necessities to service-oriented equipment aimed at providing greater convenience to passengers, resulting in a significant increase in both the complexity and the installation of new electronics. This study is started with the perception that safety should be put first when designing them due to recent crashes and accidents of civil aircraft. This requires their implementation with the low failure rate but two desired objectives conflict due to the trade-off between failure rate and cost. This paper proposes the design solution that balances the need for safer cabin electronics for passengers with the increased cost tolerance for manufacturers. First, we define choice options of hardware architecture focusing on In-Flight Entertainment, which represents the highest complexity among cabin electronics. Second, we formulate the problem as a mixed integer linear programming model that incorporates the optimization of the combination of components across all choice options, as well as multi-objective optimization concerning both failure rate and cost. We then derive the pareto front using the weighted sum method and identify the optimal solution through the simplex and branch-and-bound method. We subsequently verify the optimal solution using genetic algorithm, and further assess its robustness through sensitivity analysis. This process holds significance as it can provide a framework for guiding the design direction of aviation cabin electronics.
