        흡착공정 모델링을 위한 시뮬레이션 시스템 설계 및 구현

        생물 및 화학공정의 정제과정은 여러 단계의 크로마토그래프 분리공정을 포함할 수 있다. 최근 생명공학의 발전과 더불어 중요시되는 단백질과 같은 생물 분자의 분리를 위하여 크로마토그래피 흡착공정에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 흡착공정 모델링을 위한 시뮬레이션 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 흡착공정 모델링에 따른 시뮬레이션 결과 값을 시각화하거나 곡선 그래프로 나타나도록 하였다. 본 시스템의 개발은 회분식 흡착공정 모사프로그램에 중점을 두어 국한되어 개발하였다. Biological and chemical processes in the refining process can include several steps of chromatographic separation processes. Recently, with the development of biotechnology is important to a lot of attention has been paid to the process in Adsorption chromatography for the separation of biological molecules such as proteins. Therefore, in this paper, we have designed and implemented a simulation system for adsorption process modeling. This system appear visualization for simulation result or curve graph according to adsorption process modeling. The development of this system has been developed to focus on the batch adsorption process simulation program, is limited.

        희귀생약 붉은대극(Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata)에 대한 분류학적 재검토

        Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata is a perennial herb of Euphorbiaceae that has a cyathumal inflorescence, the glands of the involucres are rounded-cordate and reddish, stems are erect, thick and 40-50 cm high. The leaves are alternate and rather numerous. So far this plant has been known as a unreported species in Korea. However, as the result of this study, this plant was found to be widely distributed in Korea over eight habitats, i.e. Keunduk, Dokye and Kaliwangsan, Kangwon-do: Dunduksan, Kyongsangbuk-do: Okcheon, Chungcheongbuk-do: Manduksan, Baekyangsan and Naejangsan, Jeolanam-do. On the other hand, its variety, E. ebracteolata var. coreana Hurusawa which grows only in Poong-do, Kyongki-do was reviewed by comparative morphology and chemotaxonomy to be resulted in the same species, E. ebracteolata.

        해간전(解肝煎)의 항산화(抗酸化) 활성(活性) 및 간세포(肝細胞)의 산화적(酸化的) 손상(損傷)에 대한 보호효과(保護效果)

        Objectives: Haeganjeon(HGJ) has been used for the treatment of liver disease in traditional medicine. The present study was carried out to evaluate the antioxidant and protective effects of HGJ extract on oxidative damage of hepatocytes by tert-butyl hydroperoxide(t-BHP). Methods: In the linoleic acid water-alcohol system, the levels of lipid peroxide(LPO) were determined by TBA method. The scavenging effect of HGJ on ${\alpha},{\alpha}-diphenyl-{\beta}-picrylhydrazyl$(DPPH) radical was determined according to the method of Hatano. In the Fenton system(ferrous ion reaction with hydrogen peroxide), the levels of hydroxyl radical induced LPO in rat liver homogenate were determined according to the method of TBA. Inhibitory effect of HGJ on superoxide generation was measured by xanthine-xanthine oxidase system. In order to evaluate antioxidative activity of HGJ in the liver cell, cultured normal rat liver cells(Ac2F) were prepared and incubated with or without HGJ. After 18hr, cells placed in DMEM medium without serum, and then incubated with 1mM tert-butyl hydroperoxide(t-BHP) for 2hrs. Viable cells were detected by MTT assay. Conclusions: In the linoleic acid autoxidation system, HGJ extract significantly inhibited the time course of the lipid peroxidation. These effects were similar to those of BHA HGJ extracts showed about 70% scavenging effect on DPPH radical. And HGJ extract inhibited the lipid peroxide formation in rat liver homogenate induced by hydroxyl radical derived from Fenton system. In addition, HGJ extract protected the cell death induced by t-BHP and significantly increased cell viability in the normal rat liver cell. These result indicated that HGJ extract might playa protective role against oxidative hepatic cell injury by means of free radical scavenger.

        블록체인 기반의 트랜잭션 향상을 위한 영지식 증명 연구

        블록체인 기술은 모든 거래를 축적하고 저장하며 모든 트랜잭션의 내용을 확인하기 위해 데이터 자체는 압축되지만 확장성이 제한된다. 또한 거래 유형별로 별도의 검증 알고리즘을 사용하기 때문에 거래 규모가 커질수록 검증 부담이 커진다. 기존 블록체인은 사양이 낮은 서버를 사용하여 블록 싱크가 되지 않기 때문에 네트워크에 참여할 수 없다. 이러한 문제로 인해 시간이 지날수록 블록체인 네트워크의 데이터 크기가 커지고 자원이 풍부한 사용자를 제외하고는 네트워크 참여가 불가능하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 일반 동작 검증을 위한 영지식 증명 알고리즘을 연구함으로써 트랜잭션을 향상시켰다. 이 시스템에서는 일반 동작 검증이 가능한 영지식 회로 생성기 설계와 검증자 및 검증자의 최적화도 수행하였다. 그리고 키 생성을 최적화하기 위한 알고리즘을 개발하였다. Recently, blockchain technology accumulates and stores all transactions. Therefore, in order to verify the contents of all transactions, the data itself is compressed, but the scalability is limited. In addition, since a separate verification algorithm is used for each type of transaction, the verification burden increases as the size of the transaction increases. Existing blockchain cannot participate in the network because it does not become a block sink by using a server with a low specification. Due to this problem, as the time passes, the data size of the blockchain network becomes larger and it becomes impossible to participate in the network except for users with abundant resources. Therefore, in this paper, we are improved transaction as studied the zero knowledge proof algorithm for general operation verification. In this system, the design of zero-knowledge circuit generator capable of general operation verification and optimization of verifier and prover were also conducted.

        빅데이터를 이용한 중고 거래 분석 시스템 연구

        최근 중고 거래를 지원하는 중고 거래 사이트가 증가함에 따라 사용자는 실시간으로 다양한 정보를 검색하고자 한다. 이러한 새로운 변화는 전자상거래 기반에서 새로운 유형의 C2C(Commerce to Commerce) 거래가 활성화 되었다. 그러나 각각의 중고 거래 사이트는 고유한 특성들이 있어 전체 표준화가 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자가 사용한 거래 데이터를 실시간으로 제공하고 원하는 정보를 신속하게 제공하는 시스템을 연구하였다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 전자 상거래를 통한 중고품 통합 거래 시스템 개발에 필요한 크롤러 시스템을 연구하고, 정의된 형태소 분석기를 통해 사용자가 원하는 웹 환경에서 정보 제공이 가능하도록 하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다양한 중고 물품 사이트에 접속하지 않고도 사용자가 원하는 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 설계하였다. Recently, as the number of used trading sites supporting used trading increases, users want to search for a variety of information in real time. This new change has enabled a new type of C2C (Commerce to Commerce) transaction in the e-commerce base. However, since each used trading site has its own characteristics, it is difficult to standardize the whole. Therefore, in this paper, we studied a system that provides the transaction data used by the user in real time and provides the desired information quickly. In this paper, we researched the crawler system necessary for the development of the integrated trading system for used goods through Internet e-commerce, and made it possible to provide information in the web environment desired by the user through the defined morpheme analyzer. Therefore, in this study, we designed a system that provides information desired by users without accessing various used goods sites.

        A chemical examination of the aerial parts of Euphorbia pekinensis $R_{UPRECHT}$. (Euphorbiaceae) has led to the isolation of seven hydrolyzable tannins and ten fl avonoid glycosides. The former ones have been identified as gallic acid, methylgallate, 3-O-galloyl shikimic acid, 1,3,4,6-tetra-O-galloyl-${\beta}-_D$-glucose, 1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-${\beta}-_D$-glucose, corilagin, geraniin and the latter ones as isoquercitrin, quercitrin, astragalin, afzelin, prunin, rutin, kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside, quercetin-3-O-(2"-O-galloyl)-${\beta}-_D$-glucoside and quercetin-3-O-(2"-O-galloyl)-${\alpha}-_L$-rhamnoside on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence.

        Seven phenolic compounds were isolated from the leaves of Spiraea salicifolia. Their structures were characterized as cinnamic acid, ${\rho}-hydroxy$ cinnamic acid, ${\rho}-methoxy$ cinnamic acid, $1-O-coumaroyl-{\beta}-D-glucopyranose$, $1-O-caffeoyl-{\beta}-D-glucopyranose$, hyperoside and quercetin $3-O-(6'-O-{\alpha}-L-arbinopyranosyl)-{\beta}-D-galactopyranoside$ by chemical and spectroscopic evidence.

        We have previously reported the isolation of nine hydrolisable tannins and five flavonoids from the aerial parts of Euphorbia ebracteolata. Further investigation about the same plant has led to the isolation of 5-O-caffeoyl quinic acid, kaempferol $3-O-(2'-O-galloyl-{\beta}-_D-glucoside)$ and euphorbin A.

        대극 지상부의 페놀성 화합물(제2보)

        We have previously reported the isolation of seven hydrolyzable tannins and nine flavonoids from Euphorbia pekinensis Ruprecht. Further investigation about the same plant has led to the isolation of kaempferol, quercetin, kaempferol $3-O-(2'-O-galloyl-{\beta}-_D-glucoside)$, quercetin 3-O-(2'-O-galloylrutinoside), ellagic acid and acetonyl geraniin. These compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
