Collinearity among independent variables in multiple linear regression can have sever effects on the precision of prediction equation. To overcome this problem, many alternate type of biased estimation have been proposed. In this we have compared the ordinary least squares, principal component and restricted estimators of regression coefficient using mean-squared error sum criterion. we have shown that the principal component estimator is identical to the least squared estimator with a special restriction and using this fact we have proposed a specific method which determines the number of latent vectors to be deleted in principal component regression. Since the proposed method in this paper contains the least squares estimator which may be poor under collinearity, the estimation problem of proposed criterion deserved further consideration.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the features of Trump presidency. By joining the ongoing discussions of Stephen Skowronek`s ambitious retheorizing of American presidential history, this paper argues that Trump presidency belongs to Skrownek`s disjunction cycles of presidency, in line with Herbert Hoover and Jimmy Carter in American history. The disjunction model refers to a president who seeks to be a transformative leader but is unable to forge new coalitions to establish political order. Drawing on David Plotke`s framework of political order and Skrownek`s historical pattern of political time, this paper suggests that, even though Trump skillfully adopts populist rhetoric against the establishment, he is doomed to be a chaotic leader, who will constantly oscillate between great repudiator and pre-emptive pragmatist.

This paper seeks to examine the continuity and discontinuity between Clinton and Bush administration. Unlike conventional wisdom that only privileges clear distinction between two regimes, this paper underscores many continuity and unintended consequences of previous political order. In particular, neoliberal characteristics of Clinton administration tends to unstabilized social order in America as well as abroad and ended up paving the way for more extreme conservative order that exploited fear and uncertainty.
글로벌 리더십 유형이 조직유효성과 직무성과에 미치는 영향

This research is set to examine the influence of leadership, through teamwork and positive psychology, to the work outcome and organization effectiveness, and to establish the difference of influence relative to the type of leadership. For this, we conducted a survey, online and offline, throughout the entire country to 10 types of business from February 13th to 20th. Using the programs SPSS 12.0 and LISREL 8.72, we verified the hypothesis of the available survey data relative to the 448 subjects. As a result, first, although the leadership has some meaningful influence on the teamwork and on the positive psychology capital of the organization members, we can detect a difference depending on the type of leadership. Second, rather than having a direct influence on the organization effectiveness and the work outcome, the leadership has an indirect influence through teamwork and positive psychology capital. Third, the servant leadership showed no statistically meaningful influence compared to other types of leadership. With such results and through a positive analysis, we verified that the concept of leadership helped to give psychological stability to the organization members and also to induce mutual collaboration between members, thus improving the organization capabilities. We then confirmed that leadership must change form depending on the organization specificity and its members' characteristics.
차폐망 및 접지형태에 따른 고출력 전자기 펄스에 대한 차폐성능 분석

본 연구에서는 HPEM(high power electromagnetic) 펄스 발생장치를 이용하여 야외에 설치된 건물에 HPEM을 노출시켜 건물 창문의 차폐망 격자크기 및 접지형태에 따른 차폐성능을 분석하였다. 차폐망은 미설치, 격자크기가 각각 0.215 ㎜, 1.3 ㎜인 차폐망이 설치된 경우들을 비교하였다. 접지형태에 따라 비접지, Front-end 접지, Back-end 접지, Mesh 접지로 구분하여 차폐성능을 분석하였다. 접지가 되어 있는 경우, 주파수 영역 1 ㎓ 이상에서 HPEM 저감효과를 보였고, 차폐망이 있는 경우, 모든 주파수 영역에서 우수한 차폐성능을 보였다. 또한, 차폐망 격자크기가 0.215 mm인 경우에 1.3 ㎜인 경우보다 주파수 영역 650 ㎒ 이상에서 더 효과적인 차폐 성능을 보였다. 이를 근거로 HPEM으로부터 보호되어야 할 핵심설비에 대한 보호대책의 필요성을 입증하였다. In this study, a high-power electromagnetic (HPEM) pulse generator was used to radiate the HPEM pulse to a building installed outdoors, and the shielding effectiveness according to the shielding mesh grid size and the grounding system of the building were analyzed. The cases of the shielding mesh not installed and that of a shielding mesh with grid sizes of 0.215 ㎜ and 1.3 ㎜ installed were compared. The grounding system was divided into isolated, mesh grounded, front-end grounded, and back-end grounded according to the grounding system, and the shielding effectiveness was analyzed. In the case of grounding, the HPEM reduction effect was observed in the frequency range of 1 ㎓ or higher, and the shielding performance was excellent in all frequency ranges in the case of the shielding mesh. In addition, the shielding mesh grid size of 0.215 mm demonstrated more effective shielding performance in the frequency range of 500 ㎒ or higher than that of 1.3 ㎜. The results proved the necessity of protection measures for core facilities to be protected from HPEM pulses.
특급호텔 및 컨벤션센터 서비스 조직의 조직문화 유형이 팀워크 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 특급호텔 및 컨벤션센터의 조직문화 유형이 팀워크와 직무만족, 그리고 조직몰입 간의 관계규명을 통하여 서비스 조직에서 접점직원의 성과향상을 위해 유용한 조직문화전략을 제안하고자 하는 목적으로 실증연구를 진행하였다. 따라서 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직문화 유형 중 팀워크에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 집단문화와 위계문화로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직문화 유형 중 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 개발문화와 합리문화로 나타났다. 셋째, 팀워크는 직무만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었고, 팀워크는 직무만족과 조직몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 본 연구에서 얻어진 분석결과를 바탕으로 서비스 접점직원의 팀워크와 직무만족을 높일 수있는 조직문화를 형성하는 것과 동시에, 조직몰입을 높일 수 있는 건설적인 시사점을 제언하였다. The primary purpose of this study is to analyze whether the type of organizational culture in a high-profile hotel or convention center has a significant influence on the teamwork and work satisfaction of frontline employees. The secondary purpose of this study is to verify whether teamwork and work satisfaction have significant influence on organizational commitment as well.The results of the analysis are as follows: First, of the organizational culture types, the types with positive influence on teamwork turned out to be collective culture and hierarchical culture. Second, of the organizational culture types, the cultures with positive influence on work satisfaction turned out to be development culture and rational culture. Third, teamwork did not have a significant influence over work satisfaction, while it did have a significant positive influence over work satisfaction and organizational commitment. Finally, in this study, constructive suggestions were made to increase organizational commitment and create an organizational culture to promote teamwork and work satisfaction of frontline employees.
